The company was quick to respond to my towing request. Driver was courteous and professional.

Their tow truck driver backed up into my car at a red light at N Center Expressway Service Road and W Campbell Road at 9 AM on November 4th while trying to switch lanes as we were stopped. He came so close that he nearly hit my windshield. The driver didn't know what information to give me, so he called his boss right in front of me. I was present for that entire conversation, and I have clear proof of what was said. So instead of providing me insurance information that I asked for, the boss told me to bring my car to their shop and demanded I bring it right in that moment so they could fix it. Which I clearly didn't feel comfortable doing. The tow truck driver also just left due to his boss telling him to go onto his next call instead of handling the situation properly as a business owner. When I later called twice to ask if I could bring my car another day or for their insurance information, they showed no compassion, tried to argue with me, and hung up in my face both times. The last time I called, they said they didn't have time to deal with it and hung up again. Now they are trying to lie saying that I hit them and ran into the back of the tow truck and they offered to fix it "out of the kindness of their heart" , which is completely untrue and sad that is what they decided to say after I damn near almost had a whole flat bed bust through my windshield due to their drivers lack of awareness that there was someone behind him AT A RED LIGHT. I even have the interaction all recorded. This entire situation has left me feeling taken advantage of and manipulated, and everything was genuinely traumatizing. This place is just a lawsuit waiting to happen. Very unprofessional experience. I'd advise EVERY costumer to record and document EVERYTHING while using this company. Down to phone calls, one on one conversations and everything else in between. read more

Their service is so sketchy they scammed me and my family. We have been putting reviews on Google and they keep deleting them. They overcharged us and did not even solve the issue that we were having. I would not recommend for towing services ever in your life. read more

I had my truck towed to have a fuel pump repaired. Mechanic said my fuel pump was fine and all I needed was some faulty wiring fixed. Went to pick up next day and on my way home from picking it up, the check engine light came on (2 hours after i picked it up). I called and the mechanic told me to bring it back. He then asked me what I wanted him to do. He said he wasn't God and his only requirement was to get it started. $1,700 dollars later and my truck still didn't get fixed. I had to pay another mechanic to fix what they cant. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Stay away from them. I tried to report them to the better business bureau, but are not listed with them. I paid over $400 to have the under panel cover replaced. I purchased the parts to include the bolts. After 2 months of driving my car, the panel broke again. When I took it to a different repair company I was informed that the previous place (Domar) used zip ties to hold my panel and parts! Not the bolts I purchased as their advice. I experienced my car acting up in the fast food drive through line. I wasn't able to roll my window down to order but had enough room to open my door to complete ordering and pick up of lunch. All my dash warnings lights were on at this point so I knew something was really wrong. Thankfully, I made it home and parked in the street. My car wouldn't start again, so I called AAA. We had gotten a new battery less than 2 months ago so we knew that wasn't the issue. It ended up needing a new alternator and we exchanged the battery later because after the alternator was installed the battery wasn't holding a charge. I received several calls and text messages about the progress of when the tow truck would arrive, even a direct call from the driver, Jeff. I told him my car was parked in front of my house. He arrived a little earlier than expected and was very pleasant, even in the early afternoon 100+ degree heat. He took great care in loading up my car and securing it firmly. I had my 3 grandkids for the day and they really enjoyed watching the entire process. I had written down the name and address of my car repair place. Since it was further than what's covered under my AAA policy, I knew I would need to pay a balance. Jeff was a great guy - very professional and helpful. I even gave him a Gatorade, that he appreciated. I received a text message from Jeff a little while later letting me know that he had delivered my vehicle to my service technician. Had a customer's car dropped off at my house to work on. The driver Mo was very much inexperienced and ran over my neighbors landscaping. Mind you I live in a very nice neighborhood and her landscaping is about $500 to fix his damages. I went in contact with the owner Wasim and he was impossible to work with. Chatted with AAA regarding the dead battery in our Honda Pilot, and Jason from Domar was dispatched. He arrived promptly in a clean AAA branded truck, professionally and cleanly dressed. He was very friendly as he checked the battery, starter, and charging systems. The diagnosis was indeed a dead battery, not surprisingly, as it was the original six year old piece. So my car started having issues so we had repeated tows. The dealership could not figure it out. I had AAA send a wrecker and this was 2nd choice. The 1st time, a wonderful driver came out, blocked and slowly lifted my car up and drove us home. The 2nd time (going to the dealership), the driver said my car was too low and left. His dispatcher was also confused by AAA falsehoods and cancelled a redispatch the same night. The 3rd time (after I corrected the story) to the dealership was successful and the driver more carefully. The 4th time was at an aftermarket repair shop for an inspect when it refused to start back up for 5 mechanics. The car started as the tow driver got there and he agreed to follow me home. His dispatcher called him off half way there. The only good thing is a verbal clue one of the tow managers gave, which ended up being the issue. read more

I called AAA because I had a flat tire. AAA sent a Domar tow truck. Domar was to tow my Ferrari. But as they pulled it on to the flat bed trailer they ripped the back end off and caused over $40,000 thousand dollars in Damage. The back of the car caught on the lip of their flat bed trailer as they were pulling it on and ripped the bottom out and tore the bumper, the fender also ripped the rocker panel. It has been over two months and they still have not paid for the damage and their insurance company ( Berkshire Hathaway) is not returning emails or phone calls. If you have a nice car better look elsewhere unless you want to get stuck NOT having your car for months while you deal with these guys BS. I'm super pissed!! What a nightmare!!! read more

He went above and beyond to provide excellent service and made sure that I was aware of the warranty they provided and how to ensure no future issues with my new battery. BEWARE!! BEWARE!! We had a dead battery and called AAA. They sent out Domar Towing to come get the vehicle. They did not put my car on skates and instead drug my car on to the tow truck while in park. Once my car arrived at the mechanic they couldn't get my vehicle off since it was not in skates and had to call a second tow truck to drag my vehicle off...IN PARK!! The mechanic put a new battery in my car and now it starts...however, now my transmission is ruined, the car is stuck in park and I will have to get it towed to a transmission shop for repairs. Once again I must sing the praises of this excellent company. Ashley and her team are very responsive and professional. My Jeep failed to start and I called AAA to request roadside assistance. They assigned Domar Automotive to perform the service call . I reported it as a battery issue . Within 15 minutes Jeremiah arrived and tested the battery. It was not the problem! He proceeded to diagnose the actual culprit- a bad starter. He called the office and requested a wrecker. 30 minutes later Hudson arrived and loaded the Jeep . The shopping center was very busy and he maneuvered the wrecker proficiently. He transported the Jeep to my mechanic in Plano Tx All of this was accomplished in just over an hour from my initial call to AAA ! This is the second towing job they have done on two different vehicles. I have never been treated better I recommend them wholeheartedly. They have no equal .
