Within approximately three minutes of placing the order, I texted the company back to cancel the request before any driver had been dispatched or services provided. To my surprise, I was informed that I would still be charged a 50% cancellation fee. I explained that only a few minutes had passed since placing the order and that no actual service had been performed. Despite this, they still processed the charge. Charging customers a substantial cancellation fee within minutes of booking, especially when no tow truck was dispatched, and no services were rendered, feels extremely unfair and misleading. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company and would encourage others to carefully review their business practices before using their services.

The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. The AAA app had suggested a service center that was not at all suitable (it was actually a dealership) so Layton took me to a known service center where I was able to get my car fixed.
