Sam was great, as usual. Super knowledgeable and trustworthy - he will take great care of you! Many thanks!

Very overpriced for service. The tow was 8.9 miles and it took him 10 minutes to hook up my car. Wasn't anything special on Saturday afternoon. $520 read more

Couldn't recommend Northstar Towing more. Easy to get in touch with, quick to get to my vehicle and tow my vehicle, and very reasonably priced. I rode with Sam to where my vehicle was getting towed and he was very kind, helpful, and friendly. Would absolute use Sam and his service again! read more

Came and saved us when we had a flat! Polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

It's a service no one wants to use. But when you do, these folks will take care of you. Driver was on time, and took great care of my car and driveway. read more

Sam is excellent! Very honest and very responsive. I highly recommend this tow service!

Great guy. Quick and easy. Well priced and professional. Half the cost of another quote.

I called bc I was as locked out of my truck. Super quick and easy. Literally called not even a min later and came 10 mins after the call. I have tinted windows so it was tricky to get to the lock, but a bit of teamwork we are able to get it open. Highly recommend for lockout services! thank you again! read more

NorthStar Towing was very quick, simple, and on time. Samuel was very nice and very helpful.

Picked up and delivered as promised. Sent photo confirming delivery and took payment via Zelle. Good experience!

Wow, We had one of the best experiences from just about any business EVER, with NorthStar Towing last night!!!!!! We were held hostage in this Texas heat by another towing company, for 4 1/2 hours. I finally checked Yelp and saw all the other fabulous reviews for NorthStar Towing. I called and Samuel picked up the phone, Yay! We were going to call it a night and I only wanted to be first on the list for tomorrow, since it was 10:59pm. He felt our pain and promised he would be there within15-20 minutes. AND 18 MINUTES LATER HE RESCUED US! Thank You for your kindness, sense of urgency, work ethic, truth! NorthStar Towing, You Rock! oxo read more

Owner was responsive, had my vehicle picked up and dropped off within an hour of request. Also kept me updated and sent photos to confirm my vehicle was towed to the repair shop. Would recommend this business to anyone needing this service. read more

Thank you for your amazing service, honesty and quick turn around on going out of your way to help us today. I've never been so happy to work with a towing company in my life. My car lost power on the freeway and spent the next five hours waiting on my insurance company who had three tow companies cancel on me to pickup on what was a very chilly day. Called NorthStar Towing and came in 10 minutes!!! Wow!! I will never use any other company but this company for all my service needs. He was amazing, dropped off my husband, as we continue to the dealership for repairs. Don't bother with other companies. This is the one and we are beyond grateful for recusing us today. Great job. Very professional and friendly arrived faster than I had expected. We'll definitely recommend

Sam did a great job. I was a short tow, but Sam was there quickly and was able to get it dropped off exactly where I needed it.

Contacted Northstar for a quote for delivery of a non working vehicle. Answered the phone quickly and provided quote. The next day I called for service. The owner of Northstar was to my residence in 15m post phone request, and carefully and consciously loaded the car into the flatbed. The car was delivered without issue and confirmation text was sent. Quote was spot on and service was fabulous. I will utilize their services again, for several reasons...one, excellent service and cost; two, locally owned and operated. When possible, I support small businesses so they can remain open and the money directly impacts another family. read more

Sam at Northstar Towing is amazing and the best out there! I called Sam after being scammed by another tow company who was "10 minutes out" for 3 hours and required payment up front and never showed. My nephew had a wreck on 635 in 5 o'clock traffic on a Friday night and had been towed off by the police/fire and was sitting in the dark waiting. I called Sam and he assured me he could be on the road in seconds and to my nephew in 25 minutes. He let my nephew know he was on his way and showed up exactly as he said. He had the car up and I met them at the dealership for drop off less than an hour after my call! He even made sure my car started before he pulled away. I would describe Sam and the business he runs as honest, honorable; true to his word, trustworthy and cares about his customers - I really cannot say enough about how much his kindness meant to me. I implore you to save his number in your phone. You never know when you'll need a tow. Call Sam. read more

Great communication. Provided accurate timing estimate on when he'd arrive. Friendly, honest and excellent service. Went above and beyond. Most importantly, he tried to save us money by determining whether the car just needed a jump for the battery or if something more was wrong with the car. Offered to follow me to NTB to ensure car didn't die on the road while I was driving by myself. Great company! read more

Fast prompt service. Helped us greatly. We would use them again but hopefully not soon

Prompt. Competitive. Communicative. Towing service. 85 character minimum to leave a review.

I had a "fender-bender" in my gated community yesterday and found Sam and NorthStar Towing on my Yelp app! I am extremely grateful that Sam came very quickly, was able to assess the accident, put both cars on his very nice, clean, HUGE tow truck and take our cars to their respective places to be repaired. Honestly, he was a big factor in keeping me calm and able to remedy the situation at hand. Thank you & bless you, Sam & NorthStar Towing! read more

Picked me up in 20 minutes, at my destination in 20 more minutes. Couldn't ask for more from a tow! But had a good conversation too!

Prompt, polite. Recommend! Got my daughter's incapacitated car from inside lane of 75N safely and quickly and towed it to Discount Tires. Much appreciated! read more

I can't say enough about this towing company. They were super professional, great priced, on time, and extremely helpful. The customer service and honesty was amazing as well. I felt very comfortable and will be using them again when needed in the future! read more

Car had catastrophic electrical system failure at gas station. Owner/operator picked up phone immediately, got there in 20 minutes, towed me to dealer. Took great care of my car. Would use again. read more

The tow was great but $445 for a tow to a dealership 8 miles away was a giant ripoff.

A few days ago my 16 year old son was hit hard by a negligent driver. When I got there I saw the car and new it was likely totaled and I needed a tow. I called 2 places first, one the lady who answered clearly did not want my business and I got a time frame through persistence, it was 2-3 hours. I called the tow company that my body shop recommended on their after hours voice mail, they asked me if we could just do it tomorrow since he was pretty busy. I was really at my wits end, I called Northstar Towing expecting more of this insane B.S. and the gentleman who answered was polite and attentive. I told him where I was and that I needed a tow, he told me it would be about 25 minutes!!!! My father was with me and he said yeah right, more like 2-3 hours, and I agreed that was likely the case. However, Sam rolled up 30 minutes on the dot. He pulled up to us, rolled down the window and asked how everyone was and if the people in the car were ok FIRST. Only after did he pull forward and quickly and efficiently get the car on the truck and ready to go. He was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. It was one of the most refreshing interactions with ANY business I have had, much less a tow truck company! I can't recommend this company enough. Northstar Towing will be the only place I call if I need assistance. read more

Excellent communication and conscientious service -- not only in towing my vehicle but also in sending me a picture of it once it was delivered to my mechanic! A first-rate experience all around. read more

Highly highly recommended!! Newman was the driver who helped my son and me. We had tried to use the roadside assistance plan through my auto insurance company, after being told someone was on the way (and it would be a two hour wait) we found out after and hour and a half that the pick up company cancelled! We found this company by searching Yelp! Had a reply within 6 minutes and Newman came immediately! He was near Little Elm, we were off Spur 408. He was there in 45 minutes, loaded the car and took it to the repair shop (and we didn't have to go with him!) He text and sent a picture of where he parked the car! He will be my first call from now on!! read more

Exceptional Towing Service and Genuine Care I was stuck on US 75 in Sherman after my tire blew out and was in need of a tow. I had waited for hours for my insurance to send someone only to result in nothing. No tire shop had the tire and wheel I needed and was in a bad situation. From the moment I contacted NorthStar, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Communication: 10/10 Scheduling: 10/10 Towing Service: 10/10 Customer Care: 10/10 I called NorthStarTowing Company and was immediately greeted by the owner, after dealing with tons of automated services and websites I was happy to be able to talk a human being. Within minutes I was told a quote and ETA. He frequently communicated with me of his location and how long it would take to reach me. In conclusion, NorthStar Towing Company exceeded all of my expectations, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a tow. The exceptional communication, punctuality, and expertise provided made a challenging situation far more manageable. read more

My truck left me stranded away from home when it would not start. I contacted Northstar Towing shortly after 8 pm and the driver arrived in about 20 minutes. The driver was professional, courteous and took great care in hooking up my truck. The driver towed my truck to a local garage at my request and placed it in the parking lot so the shop could easily move it since the vehicle would not start. This is the best experience I have ever had with a tow service, who were prompt and very helpful. Car trouble is always inconvenient but Northstar Towing made it less so with their great service. read more

Sam was awesome! He was helpful, personable, polite, and easy to talk with. His truck was very clean and updated which shows the pride he has in the company. He also made sure I got home safe. I will definitely use him again. No offense, but I hope I don't have to. Be safe out there! read more

If you are in need of a tow in the DFW area, this is the place to call. I called my roadside assistance first and was told it would be hours. I had a great service from Northstar Towing. It was the cheapest among those I have got quoted. Highly recommended their service.

My car wouldn't start, so I called to get it towed to the service department. Came quickly. Decided to try and jump the battery instead of towing to save me money, which worked. I was able to drive my car to the shop and get a new battery. Professional and helped me save money. Thank you for the help. read more
