More important, I felt as if she wasn't listening. Multi-tasking, maybe? This is a paraphrase... "This is Carstar. State Farm sent us your information. When would you like to bring your car in for an estimate?" "I don't know. How long does it take to do an estimate?" "We can't say until the guys take the car apart." "It's just a small scratch on the corner of the rear bumper. I doubt there's any need to disassemble parts for an estimate. Is this the sort of thing that I should wait for? Or do I need to arrange a ride home?" "They'll call you after they've taken the car apart. When do you want to bring in the car?" "I think we have a misunderstanding. I'm not asking how long the REPAIRS will take. I'm wondering how long an ESTIMATE takes. 10 minutes? A day?" "The guys will call you after they've taken apart the car. Then you'll know. So when would you like to make your appointment?" "But I need to know whether I have to arrange for a ride or rent a car during the estimate." "After you leave your car, they'll call you." The conversation included a couple more rallies similar to those above. Ultimately, I didn't raise my voice, but I told the young woman that our conversation had been very unhelpful and that I would be going to a different body shop. She seemed surprised. I took my car to Caliber Collision--11751 US-380 in Crossroads. So far, everything there has worked like a dream. I'll write a full review for them when the process is finished.

Preferring to buy locally, I visited Toyota of Plano to see if you could match the offer. Instead of a professional discussion, I was met with shocking hostility from one of your managers (a tall gentleman of Middle Eastern descent). He directly attacked my integrity, stating, "I've seen this trick many times; people bring fake quotes from Richardson or Prosper to deceive us." He further alleged, without any evidence, that the other dealer would add a markup of over $6,000. While I respect a dealership's right to decline a price match, I find it unacceptable to be accused of dishonesty. This lack of professional ethics is not only a personal insult but a significant blow to the Toyota brand image. As a direct result of this experience, I returned to Longo Toyota of Prosper the following day and purchased the vehicle there. The contrast in service was stark; they treated me with respect, and my wife is thrilled with our new car. I will be sharing this experience with my community to ensure other buyers know to take their business to dealerships that actually value their customers.

I hadn't purchased a vehicle in five years because I dreaded the typical dealership experience--long waits, constant back-and-forth negotiations, pressure from salespeople, and the overall stress that usually comes with buying a vehicle. Coron and his manager, Surya, completely changed that perception. From start to finish, they were professional, transparent, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right deal instead of playing games. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely hassle-free. They listened to what was important to us, worked with us every step of the way, and exceeded our expectations by helping us reach a deal that made everyone happy. What made this experience even more meaningful is that my wife is 38 weeks pregnant, and we're expecting our baby girl at any moment. They understood our situation, respected our time, and made the entire process incredibly seamless, allowing us to focus on what matters most--our growing family. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend Huffines Lewisville. Be sure to ask for Coron--you'll be in great hands. Thank you to Coron and Suyra for restoring my confidence in the car-buying process. You've earned a customer for life, and I'll gladly recommend you to my family and friends.

I asked on a local facebook group for an honest shop for brakes and no one knew of one. Lol! So, I took my search online to read reviews. Granted, I do marketing for my day job, so I know online reviews cannot be trusted entirely since the majority of people only review a place when they want to complain. I found this shop with a 5 star review rating. A car shop with a 5 star rating!? What!? Read the reviews and checked on the filtered reviews (from Yelps dumb algorithm) and it was another 5 star review. Sweet! I figured this was a place to check out, since what auto shop that has been in business longer than a month has all good reviews!? So here I am. When you drive up, it is a modest auto shop. I was looking for an honest shop that wasn't just hellbent on huge profits, so it didn't surprise me. When I went into the shop, all the guys were working. I simply asked if they could look at my brakes and they were super nice and came to help me immediately. My car got in within minutes! The employees and owner were nice, down to earth, honest, and authentic. I needed new front brakes - no shocker there. Rick gave me my quote and time estimate, which was reasonable. I asked a few questions and he happily answered them. The owner, Rick, is a super nice guy! When I approved the work, he got the parts on their way and got started on my car. While waiting I spoke with a few members of their staff - all super nice and professional. I don't need an auto shop with a fancy building with a luxury lobby (which has to be paid for through overpricing of services). I just need an auto shop that is knowledgeable and honest. Mission accomplished! Driving out of here with new front brakes and no longer fearing for my life while braking!

I had been trying to get a GAP insurance cancellation and refund processed since September, experiencing significant delays and poor communication from the standard support channels. However, once I escalated the issue to the General Manager, Chris Hogan, the situation completely turned around. Chris was incredibly professional, transparent, and resolved my issue within days. He even offered complimentary vehicle maintenance to apologize for the inconvenience. While the dealership's initial administrative processes need serious work, I highly commend Chris Hogan for his exceptional customer service and for personally making sure the situation was made right.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience at this dealership…read more I brought my 2024 Mazda CX-90 Hybrid in for a scheduled service appointment and was told the service department would perform a diagnostic evaluation and contact me with the results. I later received a call from John, the Service Manager, who informed me that my vehicle required a repair that should be covered under warranty. When I explained that I purchased both the vehicle and an extended warranty from this dealership, he stated he needed to verify the warranty information and would call me back. Unfortunately, that call never came. Despite leaving multiple messages requesting an update on my vehicle, I received no response. I also contacted the General Manager, Tyler Mitchell, regarding the lack of communication, the status of my vehicle, and an estimated completion time, but I have yet to receive a response. It has now been three days with little to no communication. Since I purchased this vehicle, the extended warranty, and have had all service performed at this dealership, I expected my warranty information to be readily available in their records. I even offered to provide my warranty documentation if needed, but no one contacted me to discuss it. Adding to the frustration, I was never informed that this repair would require multiple days. The dealership had no loaner vehicles available, no shuttle service at the time, and instead sent me home in an Uber. This experience has highlighted significant issues with communication, customer service, and record management. While delays can happen, keeping customers informed should be a basic expectation. At this point, I plan to retrieve my vehicle and seek service elsewhere. I can no longer trust this dealership to provide the level of customer care I expect after purchasing my vehicle and warranties from them. If you choose to have your vehicle serviced here, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about expected timelines, transportation options, and how updates will be communicated before leaving your vehicle.
