I've been coming here for flat repairs and other services for a couple years now. I really have enjoyed their customer service until recently. I must say im disappointed. My TPMS light came on and needed some air in my tire. It's not the first time they have put air in my tire over the years. Always free or charge that's why I was a returning customer but this time AFTER they put air in my tire they said it was $3.00!!! Well, they just lost a customer. Not everything needs to be about how to get a dollar but it needs to be about customer service. I am never coming here again. I came in on Wednesday to get a tire. I had a blow out on 35. I leave and notice it is the wrong size. I had to drive all the way back from Grand Prairie to have them put the right size on. Then all of the sudden there is a dent in my rim (that wasn't there before or ever noticed). Now the ride has a different sound to it... I assumed it was the tread of the replacement tire since it was a sports tire. I was quoted a fair price for my breaks so I came in today to get that done. I have been here for over a hour and 30 mins waiting on break PADS! Three yes THREE different "vendors" came with the wrong part. My car is disassembled and I cannot leave or go anywhere to eat and I am missing money from work. They knocked off some for the wait but this is ridiculous! While I am waiting another man came in and said that he just got a tire and now it has a problem. Another woman came in and noticed that her fluid levels are off after she got an oil change here. Not sure what is going on but it seems a lot of AA people are having issues after getting their service. I am going to somewhere else to get the rim fixed. Honestly I don't trust them. If my car wasn't already disassembled I would leave. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Although JR and the guy inside are nice, the service is unprofessional and some employees pretend they don't speak English to certain customers but once they leave they speak complete sentences in English with no accent or issues with comprehension. Went for an oil change for the ol' 2005 Jag and the personnel were very accommodating and professional.

Following an adventure in roadside repair, my #1 priority was to get my tire replaced and my spare back in the trunk where it belongs. Freeway Tire Shop happened to be one exit down the highway from where my tire had given out. My nerves were already shot from the flat tire, and I was an hour late for work, so I was in no mood to shop around. I just wanted to be done with the problem, even if it wasn't the best or cheapest solution. They were great. They saw me right away, had my tire in stock, jumped right on it. I was in and out in about 15 - 20 minutes. The price of the tires was reasonable and I was glad to be back on the road. Everyone was really friendly. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I hate having car problems. I'm basically at the mercy of the auto shop. This was an unexpectedly easy, pleasant, and fast solution to what was becoming a stressful problem. Great experience. read more

Hello, I have been a customer of Freeway Tire for about 5-6 years. At first, I was nervous about new owners, as Mauricio and his crew were the best. Having said that, Alan and the new crew, plus the new owner (JR), have stepped right up to where the service was. This place goes WAY beyond customer service and price. I came in for a used tire. I left with the worst service, even worse repair job, and when I called to ask questions, I never received a call back. I was talked into financing a loan through Snap when I came in on my lunch break for a quick tire change of a used tire. The guy whose name I don't recall proceeds to belittle my intelligence by saying that, "Women are bad drivers they hit curbs- that's why you need 17" low pro tires". I continually told them I did NOT want anything other than stock size of what came on my car. After I picked up my car hours later (returned to work late because of all the upselling) my right side mirror that was slightly cracked was broken, and the strut they claimed was broken and needed to be repaired was rattling as soon as I drove away. It was closing time, and I was highly irritated with them as the same man that up-sold me into a loan with a TERRIBLE finance company, and told me women are shit drivers proceeds to give me his telephone number and tells me he'd like to take me to dinner, AFTER I told him I was in a committed relationship, so I had no interest in turning around and explaining to them, that it had never made that noise... even when it WAS, "broken". My strut kept getting worse, and I still never received a call back about the warranty on the repairs. I have since been in an accident because of their faulty repair. If all 4 of my tires went flat in front of this place on the hottest summer day in Texas I would walk to the nearest bus stop wait and catch the bus to the next nearest tire shop and I would do this as many times as necessary. So I am on my way to work and my tire sensor comes on so I pull off to the freeway tire shop. The guy comes to my window and I explain to him that my tire sensor is on. He says okay I check tire so he goes around with a tire gauge and check the tire pressure on my tires and comes back to me and says that my tires are all good but my tire sensor was still on so he said maybe I needed to reset my sensor so I asked him how much and how long? He said $25 in 10 minutes. I said ok. So after two attempts he finally was able to reset my sensor and it went off. I paid him asked him for a receipt and pulled off. As soon as I entered onto the freeway the sensor came back on but because he had already told me that my tires were good and that it was my sensor I figured I could come back after work because I was already extremely late and traffic was extremely heavy. So after work I come back by and they are closed. This morning I was actually on time to work so it when I passed by they were still closed. So after work I'll go back by there today and I explain to them that my sister came back on yesterday as soon as I got on the freeway. I showed them my receipt and they got the guy that worked on my car yesterday explain to the guy that my sister came back on right after I got on the freeway he says okay "I check tire" so I'm like you were supposed to do that yesterday but this time he jacks my car up to check. So after checking the first tire he comes back and tells me that I have to buy a new tire because there is a nail in the right rear tire. I try to stay calm as I'm realizing what has happened. I explain to him that that was the issue yesterday and sensor did not need to be reset and that he misdiagnosed the issue and that he needed to rectify it he becomes belligerent and tells me that I'll need to pay for a new tire and I explain to him that I will need a refund for my money then the owner comes over and I try to explain to him and he becomes belligerent it starts talking over me, the paying customer. As I explained to them I came seeking professional assistance I asked the guy to check my tires to find out why my sensor was on because he was not thorough and efficient he misdiagnosed and then tried to charge me again for another service. I was not having it! I had to almost make them change my tire and even then all he wanted to do is patch it and not refund me my money as soon as he passed my tire and put it back on my sensor went off I showed him, he still would not refund my money. Then the guy wants to come in my face and curse at me. So save your money and your sanity and stay away! You have been warned! read more
