Terrible pricing structure. I took 2 vehicles in to get a reasonable quote on what it would cost to get the vehicle running in decent shape (they were used cars and I didn't expect them to be new). I was told the diagnostic would be $140 and so that's what I paid for the first car. The second car I was planning to also pay $140 but my husband came home with a $240 receipt after picking it up. Had they told me it was going to be more money I would have not gone through with the diagnostic, but that was a complete and total surprise. Furthermore, all of their repair suggestions were not necessary and many of the things they found are very normal. Wear and tear on a used car that don't need replacing. This is a mechanic who just wants to nickel and dime and find every possible thing wrong with a vehicle so that they have work. Sure you want your mechanic to be thorough but you don't need used cars to run like brand new cars. I only write reviews like this when I really wish I had known and hope it can save someone money, Time, and of course frustration. Even after speaking with the manager, there was no apology or consideration for the fact that I had surprised charges. read more

Have been going to Mesquite Car Care for several years, and had always been pleased with their service. However, over the past year I have noticed that the quality of their service has deteriorated. The last time I took my car there for service, it took them a day and a half before they even looked at it. I had taken my car there straight from a body shop, where the car had gotten a new paint job. I was very disappointed to find a nick and scratch in a freshly painted hood. I don't know if they are taking in more business than they can handle, or what their problems are. I would no longer recommend this business to anyone! read more

Finally an auto mechanic team that knows what they're doing. i had a horrible experience with another auto repair shop. i spent thousands of dollars and my vehicle was still not fixed. i was telling somebody about my problem and they recommended Caesar and his team which was around the corner from Snell Collision. i decided to try them and was met with a level of honesty and professionalism i have never gotten in a garage before. they were very transparent and their fees were fare. Stopped by this establishment today out of necessity. The tires on my vehicle were very low. I was concerned and worried I would incur a flat if I proceeded. To my surprise, I never expected greed to be at the top of my list when all I wanted was to have air put in my tires. The gentleman inside told me they would charge me $ 5.00 for this service. I was outraged! I left!!! Apparently, this establishment shows no consideration, common sense or humanity. Never will I recommend nor return to this tactless establishment. read more
