I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone! They are liars, shady, highly unprofessional and will make your life miserable if anything goes wrong while your vehicle is in their care. I came here specifically due to the high reviews and everything was fine until something went wrong. I brought my car in for a routine brake check, in which I learned nothing had to be replaced and my brakes were in just fine condition. The technician working on my car under Brett's supervision forgot to bleed/pump my brakes once complete with the inspection, causing my car to roll back and smash in the front of an employees truck with a metal guard rail on front. They crashed and totaled my vehicle, REFUSING to pay the amount necessary to completely fix my vehicle without having to total it out - instead they offered to fix my vehicle back to an unsafe condition per their recommended body shop, in which I told them I can not do because I have a 3 month old infant that I transport, and Toyota said the parts will not react the same in the event of a other accident. They did not care. When this started the day they crashed my car, Brett first stated this is why they have insurance, and no matter what it costs - $2K, $4K, $7K - they would be paying to fix the damage they caused and put my car back in the same exact condition it was in when I brought it in. So you can imagine my surprise and disappointment when they began to be handled the way they were throughout the rest of the week. They REFUSED to provide their insurance information time and time again saying there wasn't insurance and that they were "self insured" insisting on keeping it under a certain dollar amount so that they could take care of it "in store" until a legal agent contacted them they then decided to give the option of turning it over to the insurance company. Ryan the regional manager called me after a week to specifically offer me to two options of "get the unsafe patchwork job done at their AutoBody shop for the minimal amount they were willing to pay, or turn it over to insurance and they can total out the car and I'll just be without a car" I do not feel that either option is fair or right in ANY stance when you have done what you have done to my vehicle. Fathers, mothers, and anyone else that tries to give this place a chance, I pray that nobody else has to experience this horrific and disheartening experience I am having to go through with this organization right now. They have treated myself and my parents and anyone else involved in such a horrible, disturbing, and distrustful way. read more

These guys are the worst. Asked for an oil change. Guy told me my engine was shot and needed a new engine. Then sold me an expensive tune-up and A/C package and when I balked at the price, he said he'd take care of me. When he showed me the nearly $1000 bill, he offered to take $10 off! I am posting this as an update from my previous review, since I haven't received any single response from this company to resolve my issue. When I first wrote my review ( 2 weeks ago), I got a response from "Business Owner" asking me to write my personal details to a certain email. I did that, and I got an automated response from Brenda Goentzel saying she was out of office. She is the Vice President - Brand Marketing. I tried to follow up with her through texts and emails and even voice mail and just IGNORED! I went to their business website to contact them again, and finally I got a hold of a customer representative and she hang up on me. Called again, and finally a lady under the name Claire, got all my information on Thursday October 31st, 2024 , she told me regional manager would call me imediately and to this date (Monday November 4th, 2024) I still haven't got any response. This clearly is sending a message to me that THEY DON'T CARE for me or any of their paying customers when they have been ripped off by their mechanics when they try to get advantage of their customers and they will just try to GET MORE MONEY trying to fix things you clearly DON'T NEED just to make the bill higher and get more money from you. PLEASE DON'T GO to this establishment, CORPORATE and employees and the whole company DON'T CARE AT ALL. They will send you the email showing that they care but that's about it. They don't follow up. I work close by and needed to have my car looked at. Dropped off the car with no appointment , they checked it over and called with their findings. Definitely needed the brakes, alignment, and they found a failing engine mount which they were happy to show me when I asked if I could see what that looked like. It was toast. Very transparent and trustworthy. Scheduled an appointment to bring it back, brought it in and they had it back to me promptly. I mainly interacted with Chris and Stephen, both very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. Overall great service and I'll certainly bring my car back for more services when needed. They tried to replace my strut and they were not able to do it correctly. It was installed incorrectly. It cost a lot more money having it fixed from their error. The new GM is rude and doesn't care. He said he wasn't there and he could look at it. They had it for a week and couldn't fix. They pulled men from other stores. read more

Most amazing service ever! I have been using Jiffy lube for the last 20 years and they have had a couple of hiccups that I didn't like. Brakes Plus took great care of me and my car. Rae and Stephen are the reason I will be going to Brakes Plus from now on. had some car tire issues that Jiffy lube was trying to pawn off and Brakes Plus took care of my and made sure my car was safe so I could drive to Austin on Friday. If you need your car serviced, I recommend Brakes Plus to do it all! the only thing they don't do are tires and they have a great company they work with to take care of you.
