Can't recommend enough! Paul who works the desk is a great communicator and works with you for the best possible outcome and service. I'll be coming back because auto maintenance places like this are far and few between. My old trusted shop quoted $2,500 for a heater core and Rallye was $1,600, but so far Rallye was able to repair without even needing to replace the heater core. read more

Beyond awful and rude customer service. Called to inquire about the AC in my car and explain the situation. I believe the man's name on the phone was Paul. He was very belittling and not willing to listen at all. Cut me off when I would try to explain the background of my air troubles with the most condescending tone. Would never want to bring my business here. read more

As always--excellent service and friendly, above-and-beyond customer support. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I've been looking for a car, and this was the second one I brought in for them to inspect. I thought the first one would be THE ONE, but they found problems I didn't want to deal with. When I brought the second one in, I was charged only half the fee I paid for the first analysis. I was NOT expecting that! And they gave me an enthusiastic thumbs-up on the second one. So I bought it! read more

Paul and team and Rallye are always helpful, forward thinking and exceptional in their automobile service, customer service and automotive knowledge. Need an oil change? Consider Rallye, a local company and people who actually do check the fluids when they say they are. Can't tell you how many times I've left a franchised oil change spot and next rain, my washer fluid is empty and I think did they actually change the oils and check fluids? Empty reservoir makes one wonder! At Rallye, they do everything automotive related and they do it well, always keeping your pocketbook in mind. The Rallye teams takes care of all our autos from Subaru, Mitsubishi to Volvo. Thanks Rallye Team! read more

don't bring you vehicle here they will charge you a lot of money they will not do any extra work on your car they go for easy repairs for them, not good mechanics only a friendly man on front desk. look for better places unless you Rich. read more

I never leave someone a 1 star but this place is a scam and if I could leave a negative 5 I would . Don't believe all the positive reviews on here if you look at the credentials of the contributors . This place charged me an enormous amount for the problems that they can't fix . Brought it back after couple days and Paul the front desk person told me we need to charge money since it's something else now . Never encounter a dishonest auto place ever . They refused to fix the problem and come to terms to resolve the issues since they are so incompetent to determine what's wrong with my vehicle in the first place and now they wants more money to fix it again . The 12,000 miles warranty they don't even owned up to it . Be aware of these this place with dishonest and incompetent people working . Please don't waste your money and time here . read more

Was looking to ask some questions, but whoever was on the phone, sounded like an older man, rushed me off the phone. I tried explaining to him that I was trying to fix a headlamp, not replace it. If I wanted to replace it, I'd buy a new one. But a headlamp is several thousand dollars and it would be more cost efficient to fix it. Denying the fact you can't repair headlamps when there are businesses who specialize in this kind of work. I just thought this was one of them since the Google search clearly says in their description, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT. I work for a luxury car dealership and was possibly trying to see if Rally would be willing to do business with us since we do have vehicles that come from auction with broken lights. The man over the phone kept cutting me off and wouldn't allow me to speak. I don't know everything and didn't claim to, but you could at least hear a potential customer/business explain their problem so maybe then you could provide a solution instead of being rude. Sounded like he wears his ass for a hat. read more

This is my go to for all car issues. Friendly, professional, honest, and thoroughly explain whatever the issue is.

Friendly, professional, honest and quick. Prices are good. Love Paul. Our only car care place!

My car wouldn't start and I didn't have or know any other options. I'd gotten mg brake service done here in October and realized that they would be closest and I would get the best possible value. As soon as I called, Scott made everything ok. He advised me of how to set the toe and gave me a reasonable expectation. The service alone was a 5 for me. My car issue had been resolved within a day and whenever I would call Scott would address me by my first name. Located on the corner of Hilcrest and Frankford, it's in a great location and can be Easily found. I would recommend for your car service! read more

We have been using Rallye Auto Service for 4-5 years and have found them to be the most honest, timely and professional Auto Repair Service we have ever used. If I could give them 10 Stars I would! read more

My car needed the next round of servicing, as well as the typical oil change. I found Rallye on Yelp and was easily able to make an appointment over the phone. When I arrived, my car was taken in to the lifts immediately. I mentioned that I was having a few problems, and the team took an extra look at those items and made recommendations without pressuring me into anything. My gut feeling is that the team is trustworthy and honest. I stayed in the waiting area the couple of hours my car was being worked on. The couches were comfortable and coffee & water was available. There was free WiFi and was zippy enough for me to do some heavy working. I only wish there were more tables/chairs set up with working on a laptop in mind. I saw some high tables & chairs but no plugs in that area. The service took the quoted amount of time and was reasonable in cost. I have recommended that my husband goes here as well. So far, so good! read more

Nice guy at the front desk for sure. Dropped the truck off the night before, and was told it would be done the next day. Coordinate with the wife etc...have 3 kids. I called the day it was supposed to be complete 2:30pm...and was told it wouldn't be seen and have to keep it for another day. This wouldn't overly be an issue besides I had to call at the end of the day to figure this out, not ideal. I shared this with the shop owner/manager today on text after he wanted me to come back in...not a word, not a "sorry man, I should have let y'all know." What people forget is folks have a family...have work...have obligations...and can't just continue to keep a vehicle somewhere when plans were set - and a heads up is overly appreciated when plans change. I should not have had to call and figure it out. Not to mention they wanted to charge $2,500 + tax for parts and labor for 2 lower front control arms and an AC compressor. I got a mobile mechanic that I have used in the past to do the job for $450 total labor and I bought the parts (AC Delco(OEM)...look on Amazon) for $450 total. read more

The most honest and customer friendly auto service shop I can imagine. Paul is a pleasure to interact with and the team does great work. I particularly appreciate the transparency with respect to certain work being deemed optional and not urgent, as well as the attractive prices and text communications (including periodic check-ins). Highly recommend! read more

Rallye is the place that I trust. They know what they are doing and are very clear in explaining their understanding of what needs to be done. The pricing is fair and they offer overnight drop off. Paul runs the front end with great care and makes me feel confident in all visits. I have had service on my 4-Runner and my BMW. 5 stars well deserved read more

Always dependable and reliable. Great service. Scott is very trustworthy and a great front of house advisor.

My daughter was in a fender bender and I came here based on recommendations from co-workers. Can't say enough about Scott and his team. They evaluated my vehicle and actually concluded that my car only needed body work. They recommended someone and sent me on my way -- without charging me a dime. I own a few vehicles and know exactly where I'm going the next time I need an honest mechanic. Highly recommended. read more

I bought my new car in 2004. It had 4 miles on it. The RPM's in my new car accelerated slowly, not smooth. I brought my car in for an oil change and it went real smooth. When I began to drive I noticed the RPM's accelerated very smoothly. It was much better than the day I bought the car. They are clean, honest, punctual, fair priced and friendly. I am very happy with them 12 big stars for a job well done. read more

This is a good shop. I needed my car back by certain time because had to take all pets to vet next day for exterminator at my house. They got it done in time. I called a couple times that day to check on it and were very helpful. Thanks for your good work and for treating me with care and concern it means the world. read more

I took my car for an inspection a couple of weeks ago and I was impressed by their work. My engineer's instinct tells me this is the shop that I should stick to. I just moved to Dallas and have taken my car to a few shops for a harsh ride problem. My experience at other shops was pretty bad. The mechanics barely test drive the car, inspected very carelessly and rushed to recommend all sorts of services. On the other hand, Scott did a lengthy test drive and a very careful inspection. The staff Paul was very friendly too. read more

I used to come here but the location isn't convenient and the prices are very expensive. Doesn't save you any money than going to the dealership. Paul and Scott are nice but it's difficult without a shuttle service and no weekend options. read more

Went in on a Friday morning for a window repair. I spoke with Paul, who was a delight. The most wonderful, knowledgeable, caring staff. Especially Paul. As a single woman, it feels great not to feel taken advantage of by mechanics just because we may not be too knowledgeable. Will continue to come back. read more

Had to get the brake pads fixed on older Ford Escape that had issues in the past year or so. I've taken in to the dealership up the road and a couple of the auto shops around UTD. Rallye was by far the best experience. Everyone was following social distancing and wearing masks. The guy working the front desk, Paul, was especially helpful. He explained what needed to be done without being condescending or pushy. The repairs were reasonably priced as well so all things considered I'd recommend this shop to a friend. read more

This is where I go to get my car repaired. I have been in a total of three times for the usual maintenance type items including front brakes, rear brakes, and a battery. Work is predictable, competitively priced, with no pressure on suggested items. I fully recommend these folks. The only down side fit me is they are not open on weekends. Otherwise, they are nearly perfect. read more
