We recently got a new set of tires and noticed our car was pulling to the right so we knew it was time to take it in for an alignment. A family member recommended we take our car to NB Exxon Center. I'm so glad we listened to that advice! Sammy, the owner, took great care of us and our car. He provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. Our car was ready when promised and the charge was reasonable. We appreciated Sammy's honesty and attention to detail. We will definitely be back!! read more

A part went bad on my Cadillac and I was 1.5hrs from my home! Sammy came recommended from an employee at oriellys! This was Wednesday Dec 31st! I have a second vehicle so I wasn't worried about that, but the logistics of the repair were less than desirable! Sammy assured me he would take care of my car and get me rolling asap once the part arrived! Not knowing N B Exxon or Sammy, once I got the quote I made a call and confirmed the price was fair! Sammy earned my trust and although I live far from there, I will be back to get service on my Cadillac in the future! THANK YOU Sammy for fixing my car and understanding I was far from him and in a pickle and being fair with your prices! See you again soon! read more

We have taken a few of our vehicles there for service and have never been disappointed. I am a tough customer, so that's saying a lot.

One of the best auto repair shop NBEXXON with affordable prices. Owner Sammy makes you feel at home and provides excellent repair service covering Richardson, Garland, Plano Murphy Wylie and other near by cities. Sammy and his team explain issues with any auto. Gives his suggestions with comparable prices. He also match the repair prices from competition. Keep it up! Good work. Good people. read more

Professional and reasonable the best Automotive repair facility. Sammy is home next professional and explains needs and repairs

Sammy was great! I needed a.part replaced.on my driver's seat. I purchased it from Toyota but they wanted $290 to install. Went by Sammy's and he did it same day for $80 AND when I asked about an oil change, Sammy educated me on what the correct type of oil was, why to use it, and the difference it would make in my car! Car was spotlessly clean inside when I picked it up! Thank you, Sammy! read more

One of a handful of Repair Shops that are honest. I will be taking my business here from now on.

Sammy was awesome in taking care of my vehicle when it became disabled after a strut broke as I was driving over a speed bump. Sammy found a rusted weld that had failed. I'm thankful it did not break while on the freeway! He let my tow truck driver deliver my vehicle straight into the repair bay, and after he inspected it and quoted the cost, he apologized for the amount -- but it actually was extremely reasonable. He got to work on it right away and finished it early. It now drives even better than before. My friends from church recommended Sammy as a reliable and fair mechanic and I am glad I listened. He's got the rest of my business. read more

An irritating squeak in the rear of the car had started almost a year ago. I tried twice to find it and lubricate it, jacking it up, removing the rear wheels and tires, power washing any dirt off, and then lubing everything that moved with silicone. Sammy and his team figured out in no time that was the spare tire squeaking because it was a little loose. I never thought of the spare tire as the source! This is why I'll keep my day job because of Sammy and his team of professionals! read more

This is my goto shop to clean up the mess that other shops create as I have noted elsewhere in these pages. I took my yr 2000 Accord here today to replace the remaining 2 ignition coils that another shop said they replaced 20k miles ago and have been failing ever since. The replaced coils of today were found to be original Honda parts and obviously were not replaced like the other shop claimed they did for all six coils. I also had NB replace the spark plugs that the other shop said they replaced but I doubt they did. This fix made my Accord run noticably smoother and will save me on gas consumption. This visit should not have been needed but for the unscrupulous practice of the other shop but now that it was set right by NB, its a needed investment in the safety of family members that drive this car read more

I saw someone saying smack about Sammy in one of the reviews. I would like to say I disagree. I've been going to NB Exxon for the past 2 years after getting a recommendation from a close friend. Sammy has always been prompt and honest with his communications. He has always been resonably priced the services whether simple or complicated. read more

I'm not sure why there aren't more reviews on this place. I mean, I know it's tough to get happy about visiting an auto repair shop, but these folks made me and my car pretty chuffed. The family who runs this shop will (1) tactfully tell you what's wrong with the car, (2) tell you what's NOT wrong, and (3) tell you what's the least expensive way out of your predicament. No upselling or "mansplaining" (for my ladies), just prompt, friendly, reasonably-priced service. 10/10 will come back here. read more

Amazing place to get any maintenance for your car done. Owners are cool to just talk to while waiting for your work to be done. I come from Plano for this place. read more

My cars all run great due to the expert advice and maintenance provided by N.B. Exxon Car Center.

The first time that I knew this is going to be my mechanic for life was when the owner asked if I needed to use his Volvo to run my errands as my car would take a few hours to fix. The second time was after going to the Honda dealership and they told me I had a $1000 repair job on my car. NB Exxon said all I need was some new break pads and the rest can last me another year before I need to fix it. This is the type of business that is rare to find in this day in age. Conclusion: They are the most honest mechanics in the business. read more

Sam and his dad are pretty terrific. They don't try to take advantage of their women customers like a lot of car repair shops will do. They've had several opportunities when the solution was a simple 5 minute fix, and I would not have known. But they're honest and fair which is a rarity with mechanical repair businesses these days. I give them 5 Stars read more

Definitely one of the best auto shops in Texas. On a scale of 1 to 10, they get a 10 on customer service, a 10 for honesty, a 10 for reasonable prices and a 10 for reliable fixes. I thought I had a reasonable neighborhood mechanic but found out they were very high priced compared to NB ExxonMobil. Also my daughter said she had no idea how spoiled she was by their customer service until she had to use a mechanic out of town. I am not exaggerating. You will love them. read more

I'm not a fan of coming all the way into Richardson for stuff, but after coming here once for an oil change I knew that this place will take care of you. I've been here for oil changes on multiple occasions. While waiting for them to work on my car I always see their regulars shoot the shit with the owners. I've seen them help out a person get some air into her flat tire just so she can make it to a tire shop. That was enough for me to see that this place will take care of you. They might not be the cheapest for an oil change(synthetic), but at least I know they're doing it right. read more

Went in looking to have my car inspected. They started work on it right away, there was no wait between the time they took my keys to the time the had my car in a bay working on it. There was no chit chat with anyone but that was fine by me, I just wanted to sit there and read my book while they inspected my car. read more

If you have vehicle problems and want answers not just someone throwing parts at your vehicle - ask for Sammy!

Really friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. I am very happy taking my car here!

The folks are nice enough and the location is ok if you are looking for a quick oil change and inspection you will probably have to wait. Either they are busy or slow but we sat around for quite a while other than that I got my oil changed and an inspection sticker read more

I've had both of my sons' cars repaired here. They are reasonably priced, quick turn-around and a very friendly family business. I have referred them to several of my coworkers, who have also had great service. I was very disappointed as a women to go in for a oil change and inspection sticker for the mechanic to intentionally unplug a hose that caused my engine light to come on. I have a friend who is a mechanic that informed me this is why my engine light was on before. The day I drove out of the shop my car was acting strange. Sure enough I called my mechanic friend over and he laughed and showed me the hose that was taken off again!!!! The people are friendly but I have lost my trust for the place..... read more

Everyone in our family uses this station. Very honest and wonderful people. Nope not getting paid or any freebie to say this here.
