Our salesperson, Galilea, made the entire experience fantastic. She was completely honest, upfront, and transparent from the moment we started talking. There were no hidden surprises or unnecessary hassle, and she made the entire sales transaction completely seamless and easy. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Galilea as she is exceptional!

I also needed to take time off work for this appointment. I arrived at the dealership and was handed off to an associate as Samantha was apparently busy with another customer. The associate proceeds to go find the keys and bring the car up for viewing. Samantha assured me the car would be waiting when I arrived, it was not and for good reason. The associate returns to inform me the car was sent off to auction. This is after Samantha had sent me a text that morning to confirm I was still coming in. Mistakes happen, but not taking the time to confirm you even have the vehicle before setting an appointment and then confirming the day of that I was still coming in for the appointment is in my mind unacceptable. This dealership is one where you are swarmed by sales associates the moment you step out of your car so I would not recommend shopping here.

I was told it was "hail damage, that was already there" but my insurance company (A‑MAX) confirmed the photos of my car and confirmed there was no hail damage at all -- and this was confirmed directly on the phone with the used sales manager, Jeff Summers, who heard the same thing I did. Jeff Summers, the used car manager, wanted me to file a claim with my insurance that has a $1000 deductible. What hurt me the most wasn't just the damage -- it was the way I was treated when I tried to get answers. I was pushed aside, and told to leave the premises like I didn't matter. Because I started filing a complaint with DTPA I stood there feeling small, confused, and deeply disrespected. The General Manager even said he would "get the previous owner to verify the vehicle was sold with hail damage," even though nothing was disclosed to me, carfax report and no other documentation exists of prior hail damage at purchase of this vehicle in August 2026. At that moment, I felt like they were trying to rewrite the truth instead of taking responsibility for what happened under their care.I filed a police report and contacted GM Corporate. GM has now opened an official case (Case #112406299). I no longer feel safe or respected dealing with this dealership. This experience was painful, stressful, and deeply disappointing. I trusted them, and that trust was broken in a way I will never forget.

I had a terrible experience with AutoSavvy in Duncanville and would not recommend buying a vehicle…read morehere. I purchased a 2022 Honda Odyssey expecting it had been properly repaired and inspected. However, at just 30,000 miles, the transmission completely failed. That is not normal wear and tear and raises serious concerns about the quality of the prior repairs done before the vehicle was sold. At the time of purchase, I was also sold an extended warranty through Endurance Warranty Services, which gave me a sense of security. When the transmission failed, the claim was denied leaving me responsible for a major repair out of pocket. So the reality ended up being: A branded title vehicle with a major mechanical failure, combined with a warranty that did not cover the issue when it mattered most. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and expensive, and it completely changed the value of what I thought I was purchasing. My advice: Do not rely on the warranty alone, and do not assume these vehicles have been repaired to a reliable standard. Get an independent inspection and ask very detailed questions before buying. I regret this purchase and would not buy from here again.

I had a pre approved rate with Capital 1. The rate I was given was higher, but salesperson said the estimate was based on the Capital 1 rate... it wasn't. 2- Ask for a complete breakdown of what is being financed. I was charged $999 for vehicle enhancements... 3- Don't let them just give you monthly payment totals based on your down payment. Ask HOW they came to those estimates. 4- Be sure you have license plate holders in the front AND back... in Texas you have to have these. I had to go back to dealership. 5- Be rested and clear headed. I don't know if I would go back to this dealership.

Their professional service truck pulled up and they went to work. Their glass is top notch quality, and the installer asked for my rearview mirror, to install for me. I usually had to do that myself with others. After he was done, he gave me care instructions on when I could go through the carwash, and I couldn't believe my 20 year old truck looked new again with the new windshield! If you are looking, these are your guys! They are now my go to for life!

Good Afternoon,…read more THIS IS A MUST READ. I would like to inform the public that I was very dissatisfied with this company, it's service, and the way they conduct business. In our initial conversations, I asked the owner about the quality of the windshield, and in addition how payment is expected regarding payment for the service. In addition, I asked him about the payment processm and if he had a " tap to pay" process and He " J" said "Yes". I had taken off work to get my windshield replaced, because the car could not pass inspection without my windshield being fixed due to visibility issues. They were 3 HOURS late in their arrival. They were not proactive in stating that they were going to be late. I had to initiate any communication regarding their lateness. I told him that they should give me a discount for being late. He agreed, but "of course" in the end he did not "follow up" with the discount agreement. They "finally" arrived, and completed the service. This next part is very important... The owner, J, SAID he would send a link to my phone for payment. He NEVER sent the link, BUT WHAT HE DID DO was send 2 police officers to my house the SAME DAY to collect payment. When the TWO police officers arrived, and I answered the door, they asked me to identify my vehicle. I identified my vehicle. J, the owner, was standing a few feet away as if HE was SCARED or something. One of the police officers asked him to send the link AGAIN to my phone while he was standing there. Supposedly, J, the owner sent the link and AGAIN, the link NEVER came. Mind you, the police officer witnessed ALL OF THIS, and saw that the link was NEVER sent to my phone to make payment. At that point, the police officers asked for my email address. In spite of my hesitance, I did. The officer asked the owner to send the link to my email address in which he did. The link "finally" came to my email address, and the payment was made right then and there. Ultimately, "True" companies CAN OBTAIN payment, without getting the police involved, and trying to SET THINGS UP to cause harm to their customers. Also, there are multiple ways to send a link, and this should have been done in the ONSET of conducting business. This process should not be the "task" of the customer. Also, as you can see in the other threads "being late" a pervasive problem with this company because they "overbook" service. Please be aware that there are other companies who will provide you with the same service with a decent price, and utilize their payment service in a "user-friendly" way. It seems as though, they are "looking" to cause a problem with the customers. I would advise people to not use this company. My mistake was "taking a chance" on this one.
