Caliber Collision completely ruined my 2024 Dodge Durango. From the factory, it had a flawless…read moreblack glitter flake paint job, and they repainted it the wrong color -- flat black -- with bubbles in the finish. They also tried to pass off a non-OEM headlight until I pointed it out. Even worse, they left my brand-new SUV out in the rain with no driver's side window installed. When I checked the car, there was water in the doors and on the seats. One of their staff brushed it off with, "It's not that much water." That's negligent and unacceptable. To make matters worse, Shay -- the person assigned to help me -- had an attitude every time I pointed out mistakes. The only reason I gave even 1 star is because the GM, Ken, stepped in and handled things professionally, taking accountability and trying to make it right. But the damage was already done. Their lack of care, sloppy work, and disrespectful attitude made this a terrible experience.

DFW Bumper Solutions is an A+++ business! I had front end dents & scrapes. Didn't know what to do…read morebut was lucky enough to find their website. Response to my request was almost immediate. Bryan was the Tech & he was great. Friendly & easy to talk to. It was a beastly hot day & his company van had air which made me feel better for him. It didn't take long before he was done. I went out to look at his work and couldn't have been more pleased. I'm a woman of a certain age & due diligence before hiring any business. Still I was a bit nervous about how this would go - no worries!!!! This is an excellent business & I couldn't have had a better experience !!! I'd read about other businesses quoting one price & then when finished a different price (higher of course). Not with Bumper Solutions. It was exactly as quoted. My suspicious & nervousness at this made me keep asking if that would be what I would pay. Bless Bryan - he was so patient with me & assured me more than once that would be the price. And of course it was. Highly, highly recommend Bumper Solutions!!

Contacted DFW Bumper Solutions after an unfortunate encounter with another car's trailer hitch…read more They contacted me back in minutes, made the appointment for the next day. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. Highly recommended.

After contacting my insurance company I was given the choice of where to have my car towed. I remember my aunt saying that she really liked her experience with Caliber Collision, so I made sure I used them. I can't even express how happy I am with this decision. Caliber has hands down the best customer service I've ever received pretty much anywhere. They were comforting, and helped me every step of the way where getting my car fixed was completely painless despite the complexities of having to fix another separate issue due to me being rear-ended by a City of Dallas Water Utility Vehicle a few weeks prior (I know. November was one heck of a month). But thanks to them, that process was made extremely painless too. All of the workers are extremely kind, will keep you in the loop with what is going on with your vehicle, and will also coordinate perfectly with the rental car place. I also love that they were able to correct an issue with me there very quickly. While I hope I do not need their services again in the near future, I know that I can count on them to do an amazing job and help me through the process.
