I sent my 2021 toyota camry repaired there for collision with Darius , the left headlights are not good and uneven, I went there multiple times and they just adjusted the headlights and did not replaced, the lights are in HIGH even set in LOW, I had been waiting for months now and DARIUS will just say " the headlights are back ordered. I am not sure about other people experience but here is my honest review of service today. First of all I sent my son, who is 24 here because of their posted great reviews? Well, he was told to make an appointment. So we made the appointment 5-6 days later. My son said, oh they seemed so professional. Maybe they are used to collecting thru insurance. But we didn't have a car accident, we had a 4 inch front bumper bracket that came lose but was still attached. I ordered the bracket online and just wanted it re-attached. i gave my son 200 dollars who is going into the military next month as an officer for the attachment. He just informed me that this guy asked for 900 dollars. What??? He said the tab was broken and would need to be screwed from the outside. I called and talked to the guy. He said a new bumper and labor for the front of a 2009 Versa hatchback would be 900 brand new. So....my experience is that they or he wants to charge you the most instead of helping you fix it for the least claiming it would fall off if it was done for less. So we will go elsewhere where people are not trying to charge megabucks for a minor problem. The bumper is not hanging off or leaning and drives perfectly. The day before Thanksgiving someone did a hit and run on my car. I was seriously left reeling because I was so shocked about what happened considering that I heard the crash but did not see who did it. After contacting my insurance company I was given the choice of where to have my car towed. I remember my aunt saying that she really liked her experience with Caliber Collision, so I made sure I used them. I can't even express how happy I am with this decision. Caliber has hands down the best customer service I've ever received pretty much anywhere. They were comforting, and helped me every step of the way where getting my car fixed was completely painless despite the complexities of having to fix another separate issue due to me being rear-ended by a City of Dallas Water Utility Vehicle a few weeks prior (I know. November was one heck of a month). But thanks to them, that process was made extremely painless too. All of the workers are extremely kind, will keep you in the loop with what is going on with your vehicle, and will also coordinate perfectly with the rental car place. I also love that they were able to correct an issue with me there very quickly. My 2010 Accord Coupe hardly had a scratch on it when I got caught in a heavy hail storm. The people at Caliber seemed to give my wife the straight talk when she took the car to them for the estimate, and they are local. There were a few issues when I went to pick the car up. I was harassed to complete the survey by the line staff and management by phone and email. Even after telling both managers I was extremely sick and had just returned from a trip less than 24 hours from receiving the first phone call. I hadn't even had a chance to drive my car as I picked it up on a Friday right before closing and left Saturday for a trip. Yet I was expected to evaluate the work. Yes the body work was nice but I don't care what it looks like I care if I'm safe on the road and my car is properly fixed from the car accident. Both the adjuster and Caliber guy disregarded my concerns about the alignment being off and 30 days later (literally to the day) my tire is flat on the same side I was hit, I'm at Firestone getting a new tire and an alignment, and the tail light that was supposedly fixed by Caliber is out again. I don't care what Geico says about Caliber providing a lifetime guarantee on the work I"m NEVER using Caliber again! Both times I've used them at different locations I've had issues. No more benefit of the doubt from me. read more
