Since that initial visit in November , we hadn't had any issues at all. Recently, with the ice and bad weather, my son's bumper came off and the car began having issues and wouldn't move. We had it towed to Jose early Sunday morning, and by Monday morning he had already diagnosed the problem. Once again, he was quick, thorough, and incredibly professional -- sending a detailed video explaining and showing exactly what was going on. Jose's honesty and integrity truly set him apart. He always takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense, especially for someone like me who isn't very familiar with car mechanics. He never tries to upsell or charge for things that aren't needed -- in fact, there have been times I asked about repairs and he was upfront that they weren't necessary.
