We had it towed to Jose early Sunday morning, and by Monday morning he had already diagnosed the problem. Once again, he was quick, thorough, and incredibly professional -- sending a detailed video explaining and showing exactly what was going on. Jose's honesty and integrity truly set him apart. He always takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense, especially for someone like me who isn't very familiar with car mechanics. How is it a non dealership shop this more expensive than a dealership? The belt tensioner from Chevy for them costs $262. If I buy it from the dealership it's $392. Tell me how this shop initially wanted to charge me over $750 for that part? About a 3x markup. How they treat you as a person is good, as it should be.
