Dependability of my Diesel Truck is crucial in my business and travels. Vehicle downtime is devastating for my business not to mention inconvenient when traveling. Frisbee Automotive has created a new confidence for me in a Professional Diesel Repair Facility, not to mention my truck. I have to say the knowledge, capabilities, communication and professionalism of Frisbee Automotive is on the superior side of what I have seen anywhere else in the automotive repair industry. They are the epitome of a professional repair facility that invests in their company, staff, technicians and processes to better serve their client's needs. Before bringing my truck into Frisbee Automotive, I used another self-proclaimed performance diesel shop in the area to install a performance engine, transmission and other maintenance repairs over a 2 year period. It seemed that every repair I had performed at this shop something was overlooked, work wasn't performed correctly and I had to bring the vehicle back to have it repaired again and again. Within 1 month of having the transmission installed I brought it back to the previous shop 3 times and they were never able to fix the transmission leaks. Within 9 months of the new transmission being installed, I was stranded in the middle of New Mexico caused by insufficient transmission cooling. Within 6 months of having the custom performance engine built and installed I ended up with a catastrophic oil leak caused by this shop installing incompatible engine parts. Not only were these and other mechanical issues caused by this shop but they refused to honor their 12 Month/12,000 Mile workmanship warranty. Since the previous mechanic shop wouldn't warranty their work, I hired Frisbee Automotive to perform the necessary repairs. I have to say that I am so glad that things worked out the way they did. When Frisbee Automotive pulled the engine, they found a number of other catastrophic issues that were intentionally overlooked, negligently caused, or parts were installed incorrectly and come to find out not as specified by the previous shop. Frisbee Automotive was able to convey their discovery of necessary repairs, perform the work on the engine and transmission all within the price quoted. The price was a moving target throughout the project due to the Pandora's Box of poor mechanic work performed by the previous mechanic shop. Since Frisbee Automotive performed the work a year ago, I have had zero issues with my truck starting at below freezing temperatures, pulling a loaded trailer up and down mountain passes or putting hard miles on in the city running my contracting business. I am as confident driving my 2000 Ford F-350 Powerstroke with 385,000 miles on it as I would be driving a brand new truck. It runs quieter, stronger and smoother than I can recall it has since I bought it 10 years ago. There is a huge difference between a mechanic and a technician. I will say Frisbee Automotive is a repair facility that is Honest, Technically Capable, Honorable, Professional operating their business with Integrity. They deserve to be called Professional Automotive and Diesel Technicians and venture to say they perform work that meets and or exceeds manufacturer standards.

I called around many places, all were too busy, Walton's said their alignment machine was tied up rest of the day, but to come by and they'd do a quick ride with me and help diagnose my issue. I really thought it was an alignment issue, but they said their best guess was a bad tire and referred me to discount tire, down the street. Sure enough, about a quarter of my front left tire's belt had heat separated. It was such a big section you could only see it when it was spinning. Everyone was friendly but what I have an issue with was the lack of effort, my engine bay had oil spilt everywhere and my hood has oil residue from oily gloves. I was asked if I wanted all my tires pumped from 29 to 32 and I agreed, they only did one side. I do not recommend this place if you care about quality but they changed the oil none the less.

At the end, on the papers I was handed it said it was inspected and the tire came in at 36 and left at 35psi. I left and checked my tire with a gauge as soon as I stopped. It was the same low 30 psi as when I came in. They NEVER checked air pressure though they documented they did. Also, the mileage they wrote down was 2000 miles off the actual mileage. Someone isn't doing their job. I did call and they said come back and they would add air and the guy was like, "that's the one that was low." I thought, "thanks for telling me what I know." I just hope they actually put new oil in my car. UPDATE (next day)--I appreciate the store manager calling and owning up to the mistake and apologizing. I'm sure it was just one person that did this and not an example of the whole store. Like I said before, they are very friendly.

I can't even being to explain…read moreeverything wrong they did to my car after having it for almost a year since it was "fixed " by wragth motorsports I had to dumb money on it because they did a horrible job . First time getting it my hood latch wasn't installed or even given to me I had to go home and install it myself because they couldn't figure out how to lower 2 rubber stoppers so the hood will close wow ! Then my back passenger pillar was just hanging out and my radio was not working and to have an even worse experience they used my jumper I had in my car multiple time all scuffed and dented that I bought brand new . After having it for a week my driver door molding flew off on the highway scratching my door and roof .
