They close at 5:00 today, so I was the last customer. When it was time, they guided me in and proceeded to do a light safety check and then the oil change. They didn't attempt to upsell anything and finished quickly. At every point I asked questions and Corey responded with the answers. I opted for the full synthetic oil change and they provided me with a discount coupon via text. Overall, I felt the value was good and they will get my business again.

They picked up and he left the car there after two hours. They said the is ready and he went back to get he drove half a mile and the car overheated. He pulled over and took a video of all the water pouring out, which means most likely something happened while it was having all its fluids checked. The shops do not take calls as everything is AI or going through customer service so his girlfriend drove them to the shop and he spoke with the manager Willie Willie had a tech come to the car with him and fill up the reservoir tank look under the car for 10 minutes and then say go ahead you can drive it now after you drove half a mile it overheated again no one at Valvoline would help us. They said it was probably not their fault so triple AAA Dodge Chrysler Jeep, who quickly responded and look Jonathan the service office rep. Let me know the thermostat, but was not responsible. I asked Jonathan how he would know if Valvoline was responsible or not that he has no idea about what they did or did not do. He insisted that they were not responsible and then maybe I needed a new radiator upon asking him for more evidence of this new radiator any or holes and photos supporting his evidence he agreed that it should not be done. They charged me $800 which is extremely high for a rep replacing the thermostat. They knew that I was from out of town and my the Valvoline regional or area manager called me and told me that Jonathan from the dealership told him it's not their fault and there's no way they would pay for any of this. I have videos. I have the thermostat which looks almost brand new the old one. notes from my son's interaction with Valvoline Valvoline corporate says it's up to the to make the decision and that they are not going to investigate it further after asking the area manager for a letter stating how he came to his conclusion and asking Jonathan for a statement I cannot get in touch with any of their managers or anyone above them. I wouldn't bring your Valvoline ever or two Chrysler Dodge dishonest, and although seem to be friendly and professional, are not transparent and lit to take advantage am going to pursue this matter with velvet lean corporate as much as possible, but as the state of things aren't now with AI, I feel like I may not get anywhere and we'll have to take them to Small Claims Court if you're someone that doesn't have much money and you're not experienced or anyone for that matter should steer clear of both of these businesses. This is the first time I've left a yelp review, but I have to tell you I hope someone Rita and decides to go to different shop with professional protocol that makes sense and that stands behind their work

    Don Frisbee Automotive Repair

To all looking for a High Quality Automotive Repair Facility:…read more I highly recommend Frisbee Automotive not only for general automotive repair but Ford Powerstroke Diesel Repair. Dependability of my Diesel Truck is crucial in my business and travels. Vehicle downtime is devastating for my business not to mention inconvenient when traveling. Frisbee Automotive has created a new confidence for me in a Professional Diesel Repair Facility, not to mention my truck. I have to say the knowledge, capabilities, communication and professionalism of Frisbee Automotive is on the superior side of what I have seen anywhere else in the automotive repair industry. They are the epitome of a professional repair facility that invests in their company, staff, technicians and processes to better serve their client's needs. Before bringing my truck into Frisbee Automotive, I used another self-proclaimed performance diesel shop in the area to install a performance engine, transmission and other maintenance repairs over a 2 year period. It seemed that every repair I had performed at this shop something was overlooked, work wasn't performed correctly and I had to bring the vehicle back to have it repaired again and again. Within 1 month of having the transmission installed I brought it back to the previous shop 3 times and they were never able to fix the transmission leaks. Within 9 months of the new transmission being installed, I was stranded in the middle of New Mexico caused by insufficient transmission cooling. Within 6 months of having the custom performance engine built and installed I ended up with a catastrophic oil leak caused by this shop installing incompatible engine parts. Not only were these and other mechanical issues caused by this shop but they refused to honor their 12 Month/12,000 Mile workmanship warranty. Since the previous mechanic shop wouldn't warranty their work, I hired Frisbee Automotive to perform the necessary repairs. I have to say that I am so glad that things worked out the way they did. When Frisbee Automotive pulled the engine, they found a number of other catastrophic issues that were intentionally overlooked, negligently caused, or parts were installed incorrectly and come to find out not as specified by the previous shop. Frisbee Automotive was able to convey their discovery of necessary repairs, perform the work on the engine and transmission all within the price quoted. The price was a moving target throughout the project due to the Pandora's Box of poor mechanic work performed by the previous mechanic shop. Since Frisbee Automotive performed the work a year ago, I have had zero issues with my truck starting at below freezing temperatures, pulling a loaded trailer up and down mountain passes or putting hard miles on in the city running my contracting business. I am as confident driving my 2000 Ford F-350 Powerstroke with 385,000 miles on it as I would be driving a brand new truck. It runs quieter, stronger and smoother than I can recall it has since I bought it 10 years ago. There is a huge difference between a mechanic and a technician. I will say Frisbee Automotive is a repair facility that is Honest, Technically Capable, Honorable, Professional operating their business with Integrity. They deserve to be called Professional Automotive and Diesel Technicians and venture to say they perform work that meets and or exceeds manufacturer standards.

I just wanted an estimate for a belt replacement and finally was told it would be at least 3 weeks before he could even look at it. He acted too busy to even help me. Stay away from this place its one of those places where you take your car in for one thing to be fixed and instead of doing the job requested they will upsell until your broke.

My first call was to AllPro, hoping to catch a recording to tell me if they were open on Saturday. Instead Cody answers! We talk for a few minutes and he guides me to a towing service (see review for those guys I will post next). Cody and I talked Monday and he got going, contacted me later with a confirmation of the problem and an estimate of cost and time to repair. Got another call from him the day before it was supposed to be ready, letting me know it was done. We picked it up the next day and drove it back to Dallas. Truck feels better than it had in at least a year. Cody also sent me a message a few days later to check and make sure things were ok. Overall a great experience with his shop. I recommend them highly.

We took it back & now they were saying it was one that they didn't change out & some others things needed to be changed out again & now they kept about another week and a half. Finally got that fixed and we're able to do stating inspection, but a few days after my son car started to make weird noise while driving the car it will turn off, the speed would slow down suddenly and almost caused a couple car accidents due to that and now the car won't turned on at all, and steering wheel is locked. He never had those issues before taking the car. After spending $2700 and the car being in worst conditions we don't recommend going back.
