This place is awesome. Very patient and helpful people, Steven explained everything thoroughly for a great estimate. Highly recommend

Stephen and Tony were very honest and my Tesla Y looks brand new. They finished my car on time and kept me updated on the progress. Stephen charged me for the major dents on the front but buffed out additional scratches without additional charges. I would highly recommend! read more

Blown away with what great value Stephen and Tony provide here versus other body shops. My first quote to fix my fender was from Caliber Collision and they wanted $2k. LOL. Really? I ran and luckily found these guys thru a dent repair place and Prestige did an amazing job for $120. This amount was also less than quoted and time was quicker turnaround. Who does this? Anyone I know that needs body work will be referred by me. Thank you gentlemen!!! read more

TX Prestige Auto Collision Center - Car before and now perfect! - Body Shops Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I am extremely pleased at the results from the team at TX Prestige Auto! My truck was in rough shape. Someone backed into my passenger door, I was sideswiped on the other side of the truck, both bumpers were loose... it was a mess. They were able to make repairs in a very timely manner and the results are great. They even took care of the bumpers for no charge. I will be sending friends here! read more

My first time doing business with these guys and I couldn't be more pleased. My car is perfect, the price was fair and the turnaround time was more than reasonable. Steven even buffed out and touched up some scratches that I hadn't seen. With plenty of younger drivers in our family, I'm sure we'll be back soon! read more

This is probably the best experience I've ever had with a collision center. Not only were Steve and Tony extremely nice, but they were the only ones I felt were not trying to rip me off. I brought my Volvo XC90 in for dents and other damage and they not only did an impeccable job, but they were efficient too: In Monday and out by Thursday. Would recommended 100% ! read more

Update to my original: Been over a year and returned to get my car fixed again. This time, from an accident that resulted in my front headlight being smashed and bumper/fender needing repair. Steven remembered me and really helped me out! My car is nearing 10 years old so it's not like I wanted brand spanking new parts, just pop out the dents, replace bumper and put in headlight. All the shops I went to wouldn't give me second hand parts making their estimates crazy expensive. Again, Steven gave me exactly what I wanted, no up-sale and the team did a great job piecing everything back together. read more

These guys are phenomenal!!! I don't write reviews. However, I feel strongly that everyone should hear this. I took my car there after noticing that the bumper had sort of popped out from the fender. Hard to explain. I didn't hit the car on anything and I noticed it by happenstance. First person told me that he felt a car must have rubbed along my car and couldn't help but recommended this place. Met Steven at the shop. He looked at it for two minutes and fixed it right away. The thing had just popped out. No ding or anything. But fixed it and explained what must have happened. Very reasonable price of $0. Yes $0! He could have taken the car to the back and pretended to do stuff that he wasn't. Nope, just popped it in and said your good to go! This is the place to go to!!! 100% read more

I went here for an estimate because of the great reviews. I walked into the tiny office. The older man at the desk, glanced up at me, then went back to his work. No smile, no 'hello, I'll be with you in a minute', nothing. I was literally just a few feet from him. There was a gentleman in the office, who apparently didn't actually work there, but did some business for the man at the desk occasionally. He (not the owner, or worker) greeted me warmly, chatted with me, etc. He looked a little embarrassed so he made a remark about how the owner will probably be right with me. If that gentleman hadn't been there, I'd have left immediately. A moment or two later, a younger man, apparently the 'desk guy's' son came in, said a few things in another language to 'desk guy', then left the room. Came back and looked at me impatiently and asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted an estimate on my car. After about 10 minutes of being there, apparently finishing business with 'desk guy', while being very conversational with me, the friendly guy made his good-byes to me. Grumpy son come back and says he'll look at my car but says it would probably take a half hour. I just wanted an idea, so I was willing to deal with the whole ridiculously rude process--in for a penny, in for a pound is my general attitude about my time being wasted. Plus I'd heard such great things about this place. He gets it done in about 15, hands it to me, and it's pretty darn high. By comparison, I went to Orbit Body Shop and after completion, Prestige was literally $1,360 higher than Orbit. And Orbit actually gave me phenomenal customer service, and my car looks brand new. Save this place for your enemies... so they can get hosed and treated rudely at the same time. read more

I had never had to take my car in to have it repaired and i could not have had a more pleasant experience. I had damaged my front left fender and the tow truck took it directly to Prestige. They only had my car for 12 days and it looked brand new when they took time out of their busy schedule to drop my car off at my home. I am so happy with their customer service, their quality work and how beautiful my Jeep looks. I would recommend everyone getting their cars fixed here. Quality people and quality work. Thank you guys! read more

I've had a couple cars repaired here. First was my BMW Z4M, when it got vandalized and needed window repair, which was done impeccably. I also got some minor scratch/paint repair work done with it as well. Most recently Steven repaired my wife's (2-year old) Mini Cooper with 12K miles, which had been involved in a major accident. He pays great attention to detail. When we got our car back, it was restored to it's pre-accident condition, despite of the damage being substantial. On both occasions Steven dealt with the insurance company (Geico, if you're interested) and took care of everything. This is a family-owned business, run very sincerely. Steven and Tony work very hard and come highly recommended. PS: I recently recommended this place to my coworker, who was very pleased with the outcome as well. read more

Very professional and friendly. This is a family run business that puts emphasis on customer care. I had a small dent after a parking lot fender bender. Tony gave me a free estimate. After I worked out insurance claim, I called up and he got me right in for the repair. The car looks like new and it actually cost less then insurance company paid me. Great ending after a bummer car accident. read more

Great guys providing high quality service for a very reasonable price. #AmericanDream #GettingItDone

I wish I could have given them more money than the insurance paid. That's how delighted I am. I took my car here based on yelp.com reviews and I am SO happy that I did. The work is beyond compare, the color matching perfect. Family owned business, dad took me home since I didn't have a ride and then when repairs were complete Steve picked me up in the morning from Richardson and took me to my car. Customer Service at it's best. Tony prepared the repair estimate and certainly knows his stuff too. I had just moved back to area and the interior of my car was loaded with junk, dirty etc. When I got the car my "junk" was in a box, the interior spotless! Steve detailed the car himself which I believe was totally above and beyond the scope of work. Unbelievable! If I could give 10 stars I would. You won't be disappointed with these guys and I am happy to tell the world! read more

I have taken my Infiniti here twice now. Once for hail damage and also after being rear ended. These guys do exceptional work. Both times, by vehicle was returned back to me looking brand new. Stephen and his brother Tony are very helpful and both very knowledgeable. I won't be taking our vehicles anywhere else. These guys are the best in Dallas. read more

This place is as good as it gets. They're quick, responsive, professional, extremely reasonable and very pleasant to work with. I dealt with Steven and was extremely happy with everything they did. I'd accidentally clipped the side of the house when pulling into the garage and really jacked the front right side of my car up. As a woman, I've always been leery and apprehensive of anything and anyone even remotely involved in auto repair, sales, maintenance (yeah, the quick oil change places especially), etc., but I really felt at ease here. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of just because I was a woman and didn't happen to know anything about auto body work or the business. I dropped in to have them take a look and give me an estimate, then I decided to leave my car there right then and just took an Uber/Lyft home. I would definitely recommend you give them a try, especially if you're looking for a smaller, individually/family owned business who knows what they're doing and will do a great job at a great price. read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about Prestige Auto Collision Center and Steve!!! The moving company who transported my car from Los Angeles to Dallas caused damage to my back bumper and roof. I actually didn't even see the roof damage until Steve pointed it out to me. He took care of my roof damage which was a couple hundred dollars for FREE! Still so touched by his genuine care and generosity. He also drove me back to my apartment when I dropped my car off which was 15 minutes out of the way for him. When I picked my car up it looked brand new! He even cleaned my back leather seat which was dirty from my move and washed my car- it was sparkling clean!! If you are looking for an honest auto body shop who has your BEST interest in mind and who will go above and beyond for you, look no further than Prestige Auto Body Shop! Thank you again Steve for adding some peace and sunshine to my stressful move! read more

Cannot say enough positive things about this place! I was in a huge bind for a quick turn around on fixing a car that was going to be a Christmas present! I called Steven and had the best experience. He and his team are absolutely amazing. So personal and professional. I will forever recommend them!!! read more

I was a little skeptical about all the previous reviews because some were written by people only have written 1 review but I can certainly say that it is all true. Steven was very helpful and the work that was performed was outstanding. Fast to fix any oversight this is the best my car has looked. I am happy to find a permanent body shop for my vehicles' needs. read more

TX Prestige Auto is a godsend. Steve and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were able to repair the damage to my car very quickly and at a very fair price. The other body shops wanted two or three times as much time and money and kept pushing me to milk my insurance company. Steve kept in touch throughout the duration of the repairs and even sent me photo updates of the repair process. Great communication, no surprises, and my car looks brand new! I recommend TX Prestige Auto over any other body shop in DFW! read more

I had some damage to my car door and bumper. I initially went to the dealership to get a quote but thought I would shop around since I was paying out of pocket. I came straight to TX Prestige Auto bc of their reviews. I was able to get all the damage fixed plus have my entire car buffed and waxed for nearly half the price the dealership quoted. Steve is a pleasure to deal with. The work was also completed in half the time the dealership wanted. When I picked my car up it looked brand new! The work exceeded my expectations! Thank you! read more

I went to Prestige on a friend's recommendation, rather than based on reviews. They are a family business, and their communication style is a bit casual, so just know that going in and you won't be thrown by it as I was at first. For instance, the person who answers your call may at times just say "Hello," and it might take you a second to realize you have indeed called the right place. Or it may take a minute for them to figure out who you need to speak with about this or that. It's not a thank-you-please-hold-for-the-service-manager sort of body shop experience, if that's what you're more accustomed to, but that has nothing to do with the quality of work you'll find there. They are super legit, and in fact one of the owners oversees the work process, and that's who I dealt with most of the time, he was great. I feel bad that I've waited this long to write a review actually, because it's been about a year since our car was there for a busted windshield, hood and roof and they really did a terrific job. They communicated well with our insurance company and also worked with us on our deductible. They didn't call us with a bunch of updates, but they always let us know what was happening when we asked. Our car probably took a few days longer than I had expected, but when we got it back we were very satisfied with the results, flawless paint job, windshield perfect, new hood and roof looked great. They even surprised us by fixing something they noticed on the car that wasn't part of the insurance claim -- a dinged-up rear panel from a previous encounter I had with a brick wall while trying to turn the car around in a tight space. When we came for the car they showed us that they had popped the rear panel back into place and even put a little paint over the scratch, all without charging us for it. That was a just-plain-nice gesture, and every time I look at that dang panel now I appreciate it still. I'll definitely go back to Prestige should our car get smashed or crunched on the mean streets of Dallas again. read more

This is an amazing auto shop. It has been a while since I been there. But wanted to write a review letting people know how great they are. I know when I was looking for an auto shop, I did tons of research to find the best of the best. I believe TX Prestige Auto is it. They were very professional and fixed my Acadia to were it looked brand new. I was very happy with how great my suv looked. They even finished fixing it before they said it was be ready. Which is always a great thing. I highly recommend this auto shop. read more

Steve is awesome! Very honest! And gives you a reasonable price! Love the way my car turned out! Good turn around time too! I highly recommend him! read more

Great service on my car and done in a timely manner. I will go back if I need anymore work done and would recommend it!

TX Prestige Auto is THE BEST BODY SHOP IN DALLAS! Unfortunately for me, I have had a number of body repairs (Dallas drivers are very aggressive, and I have kids who drive). I have been to this body shop a number of times and Steven takes very good care of my cars. This is a family owned and run shop. They do high quality work, at a competitive cost, and the work is always timely. You can't go wrong by coming to this body shop. They are the ONLY place I would go for my body repairs. read more

Steve and Tony were both very helpful. the quality of the work was excellent and the price was reasonable.

These people do excellent work at an affordable price. My Infiniti G35 coupe is impeccable. Fast, honest, and a good deal.

Steven does awesome work for a reasonable price. We were originally going to take our 2015 Ford Mustang to the dealership for repairs after someone backed into the rear passenger side. However, after getting a quote from the dealer, we decided to shop around and ended up at Prestige Auto after reading the glowing Yelp reviews. Steven assessed the damage and provided us with a fair and reasonable estimate. He is very knowledgable and his work is impeccable. He provided progress pics via text, which was a nice touch. When we picked up the vehicle, it looked like new again!! His work was so good that we also brought in our 2015 Fiat 500 so that he could redo some shoddy work that the local Fiat dealership performed. That job was turned around the same day and our Fiat looks much better now. I only wish I had known about Prestige Auto before I let the dealer do the original work (adding an imported chrome A-Bar to the front bumper). Thank you Steven!! read more

I stopped by the other day to get a quote on a dinged up bumper. I dealt with Steven and he was incredibly helpful. He quoted me a price to have it done right and then offered to sand it, buff it and do some hand touch up for FREE! I couldn't believe that someone would spend 30 minutes doing something for free. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone that needs body work. Thanks again Steven. read more
