Update to my original: Been over a year and returned to get my car fixed again. This time, from an accident that resulted in my front headlight being smashed and bumper/fender needing repair. Steven remembered me and really helped me out! My car is nearing 10 years old so it's not like I wanted brand spanking new parts, just pop out the dents, replace bumper and put in headlight. All the shops I went to wouldn't give me second hand parts making their estimates crazy expensive. I went here for an estimate because of the great reviews. I walked into the tiny office. The older man at the desk, glanced up at me, then went back to his work. No smile, no 'hello, I'll be with you in a minute', nothing. I was literally just a few feet from him. There was a gentleman in the office, who apparently didn't actually work there, but did some business for the man at the desk occasionally. He (not the owner, or worker) greeted me warmly, chatted with me, etc. He looked a little embarrassed so he made a remark about how the owner will probably be right with me. If that gentleman hadn't been there, I'd have left immediately. A moment or two later, a younger man, apparently the 'desk guy's' son came in, said a few things in another language to 'desk guy', then left the room. Came back and looked at me impatiently and asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted an estimate on my car. After about 10 minutes of being there, apparently finishing business with 'desk guy', while being very conversational with me, the friendly guy made his good-byes to me. Grumpy son come back and says he'll look at my car but says it would probably take a half hour. I just wanted an idea, so I was willing to deal with the whole ridiculously rude process--in for a penny, in for a pound is my general attitude about my time being wasted. Plus I'd heard such great things about this place. He gets it done in about 15, hands it to me, and it's pretty darn high. By comparison, I went to Orbit Body Shop and after completion, Prestige was literally $1,360 higher than Orbit. And Orbit actually gave me phenomenal customer service, and my car looks brand new. Save this place for your enemies... so they can get hosed and treated rudely at the same time. read more

These guys are phenomenal!!! I don't write reviews. However, I feel strongly that everyone should hear this. I took my car there after noticing that the bumper had sort of popped out from the fender. Hard to explain. I didn't hit the car on anything and I noticed it by happenstance. First person told me that he felt a car must have rubbed along my car and couldn't help but recommended this place. Met Steven at the shop. He looked at it for two minutes and fixed it right away. The thing had just popped out. No ding or anything. But fixed it and explained what must have happened. Very reasonable price of $0. Yes $0! He could have taken the car to the back and pretended to do stuff that he wasn't. Nope, just popped it in and said your good to go! They only had my car for 12 days and it looked brand new when they took time out of their busy schedule to drop my car off at my home. I've had a couple cars repaired here. First was my BMW Z4M, when it got vandalized and needed window repair, which was done impeccably. I also got some minor scratch/paint repair work done with it as well. Most recently Steven repaired my wife's (2-year old) Mini Cooper with 12K miles, which had been involved in a major accident. He pays great attention to detail. When we got our car back, it was restored to it's pre-accident condition, despite of the damage being substantial. On both occasions Steven dealt with the insurance company (Geico, if you're interested) and took care of everything. This is a family-owned business, run very sincerely. The work is beyond compare, the color matching perfect. Family owned business, dad took me home since I didn't have a ride and then when repairs were complete Steve picked me up in the morning from Richardson and took me to my car. Customer Service at it's best. Tony prepared the repair estimate and certainly knows his stuff too. I had just moved back to area and the interior of my car was loaded with junk, dirty etc. When I got the car my "junk" was in a box, the interior spotless! I actually didn't even see the roof damage until Steve pointed it out to me. He took care of my roof damage which was a couple hundred dollars for FREE! I went to Prestige on a friend's recommendation, rather than based on reviews. They are a family business, and their communication style is a bit casual, so just know that going in and you won't be thrown by it as I was at first. For instance, the person who answers your call may at times just say "Hello," and it might take you a second to realize you have indeed called the right place. Or it may take a minute for them to figure out who you need to speak with about this or that. It's not a thank-you-please-hold-for-the-service-manager sort of body shop experience, if that's what you're more accustomed to, but that has nothing to do with the quality of work you'll find there. They are super legit, and in fact one of the owners oversees the work process, and that's who I dealt with most of the time, he was great. I feel bad that I've waited this long to write a review actually, because it's been about a year since our car was there for a busted windshield, hood and roof and they really did a terrific job. They communicated well with our insurance company and also worked with us on our deductible. They didn't call us with a bunch of updates, but they always let us know what was happening when we asked. Our car probably took a few days longer than I had expected, but when we got it back we were very satisfied with the results, flawless paint job, windshield perfect, new hood and roof looked great. They even surprised us by fixing something they noticed on the car that wasn't part of the insurance claim -- a dinged-up rear panel from a previous encounter I had with a brick wall while trying to turn the car around in a tight space. When we came for the car they showed us that they had popped the rear panel back into place and even put a little paint over the scratch, all without charging us for it. That was a just-plain-nice gesture, and every time I look at that dang panel now I appreciate it still. I'll definitely go back to Prestige should our car get smashed or crunched on the mean streets of Dallas again. read more

This place is as good as it gets. They're quick, responsive, professional, extremely reasonable and very pleasant to work with. I dealt with Steven and was extremely happy with everything they did. I'd accidentally clipped the side of the house when pulling into the garage and really jacked the front right side of my car up. As a woman, I've always been leery and apprehensive of anything and anyone even remotely involved in auto repair, sales, maintenance (yeah, the quick oil change places especially), etc., but I really felt at ease here. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of just because I was a woman and didn't happen to know anything about auto body work or the business. I dropped in to have them take a look and give me an estimate, then I decided to leave my car there right then and just took an Uber/Lyft home. Steven does awesome work for a reasonable price. We were originally going to take our 2015 Ford Mustang to the dealership for repairs after someone backed into the rear passenger side. However, after getting a quote from the dealer, we decided to shop around and ended up at Prestige Auto after reading the glowing Yelp reviews. Steven assessed the damage and provided us with a fair and reasonable estimate. He is very knowledgable and his work is impeccable. He provided progress pics via text, which was a nice touch. When we picked up the vehicle, it looked like new again!! His work was so good that we also brought in our 2015 Fiat 500 so that he could redo some shoddy work that the local Fiat dealership performed. That job was turned around the same day and our Fiat looks much better now.
