We were looking at a used wheelchair van that we knew had been in an accident although we were assured that there was no structural damage by the seller. Ivan inspected the car for us prior to the purchase and saved us from regret. He helpfully showed us many concerns and he was so kind and helpful. We are so appreciative of the lesson and would highly recommend Payne and Sons. Thank you! read more

My active aero splitter was damaged by tire debris back on March 9,2023. I was recommended to this shop for the car to be repaired. The team took great care of the car and made it look brand new again since there were a few other damage issues they spotted and found during repair. My POC was Logan Payne and he's good at what he does. He kept me in the loop the entire time and made sure everything was covered under insurance. They kept my car inside the garage bay the entire time so I never had to worry about severe storm damage or someone trying to steal my car. I highly recommend this shop for any auto repairs you need. read more

Payne & Sons - Corn Fuel after repairs. So happy to be in this car again - Body Shops Near Me - Dallas, Texas

My car (aka my baby -- 2007 IS 250 Lexus) had a small issue with the bumper that needed a repair (I parked too hard against a parking barrier & popped out the lower lip just below the front bumper). Fortunately, the damage was minimal -- just needed someone to unscrew one screw, pop it in, and put the screw back in, but i didnt know how to do that , nor do i have a lift. I took it to a few places that were going to charge around $50 for the repair (Dealer's quote was $200). So reading the good reviews, i took it to Payne & Sons. Met with Bill, who said they would fix it free of charge. I offered to pay but he politely declined. I came back on the date/time he recommended and Logan (the owner) took the car back to the shop and fixed the issue in under 10 minutes. i was beyond relieved! See pics for before and after. The guys in the front office area were very nice and chatted with me while i waited for my car. It is so refreshing and such a relief to find a professional, kind, honest shop. I see now whey they have so many great reviews! read more

Absolutely amazing and quick service! Scratched my mustang on a cement column in a parking garage and brought in the next day for a quote. Highly recommend Payne & Son's for your vehicle repairs. Very professional and they do high quality work. My wife's Honda CR-V needed extensive repairs and Dooley walked me through the process and kept me informed the entire time. We received the vehicle back in a timely manner and it looks and drives exactly as it did when we purchased it new. read more

This is a long overdue review. I got into a fender bender and brought my Mercedes here for repair back in 2019. The guys here did a superb job, there was no difference between my car before the accident and after they repaired it. Lots of communication, the guys I dealt with were real nice, I'll be back here if anything happens in the future (hopefully I won't have to lol) read more

i can't say enough great things about Payne and Sons! I'm a repeat customer because these guys have always done an amazing job. I worked with Logan from start to finish. Communication was excellent. Great family owned business. They look out for the interest of the owner of the vehicle and not the insurance company. I would highly recommend this company for any collision services needed. read more

I've been using this shop for over 20 years. My wife got caught in a bad hailstorm - lots of big dents and a side window busted out. The people my insurance company wanted to use couldn't get the window for 2 weeks, Payne and Son (A&M Glass) had the part the next day. It's going to take a while to get all the body damage repaired - but I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Have had multiple vehicles through this shop for bodywork. Logan and the crews does quality work and would definitely recommend!

From the get-go, everyone at Payne & Son's was very respectful and ready to help with anything I needed. I was rear ended a few weeks after purchasing a my car, so I was referred to the shop by an old friend that has spend over 30 years in the collision industry. He pointed me in Logan's direction for help. When you're dealing with the insurance company, rental cars, and the financial losses, the feeling of having a collision specialist that you trust is unmatched. Logan and the team at Payne & Son's are who I will recommend for collision repairs and professionalism, any day of the year. Thank you all so much for everything. read more

I took my suburban in for a new door, dent repair and a new bumper. Logan and Curtis did a great job and made this a very easy process for me. The insurance claim was a non event and I so appreciate the great customer service. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like I would be doing a major injustice to not recognize the quality of work that Payne & Sons did repairing my Honda Civic. My bumper tore off, and instead of just trying to put a new bumper on (paying for unnecessary repairs), Travis said he'll do his best to reattach the bumper. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. More so than the price, I was beyond impressed with how Travis went the extra mile to clean my vehicle instead and out. As a Marine veteran, we were taught to leave a place better than we found it. Travis certainly returned my car in better shape than when he got it. I will be returning here for all my auto body repairs from now on! (Yes, I know I left the same review on Google, but I wanted to make sure people know about how awesome they are on as many platforms as possible). read more

Not impressed with my experience here.while the service writer and owner do there best the level of workmanship is another thing.I had a brand new truck that had a minor repair. They could not manage to restore it to like new condition after 3 attempts over 2 months. The guy in the shop told me that's the best we can do.I cannot understand all the rave reviews I was patient and courteous with them.I would never return. read more

Logan was a jerk. They manipulated the contract and instead of having to pay just storage and administrative fees, they also jacked up the price to dismantle my vehicle and charged for additional fees per hour and parts. Which was not included in the contract. They essentially racked up my bill to 2,000 in just two weeks to completely take a part my vehicle and jack up the price. Worst part was, the manager laughed in my face saying looks like your sweating and you have to take care of this. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I'm a business man myself, but they will not give you the right price and will take advantage of you. PLEASE READ THE CONTRACT, because they will not honor it in full once they dismantle your vehicle. They also stole personal property out of my vehicle, and once I approached them about it, they denied it and made it seem like they knew nothing about it. By far worst experience I've ever had with an Auto Body Shop . Beware read more

I just recently had some work done on my car and I was very pleased with how it turned out. All the panels sat flush with one another and it looked like it should. I could tell they took great pride in the repair of the car (I've seen poor repairs). Everything came out nice and they did a great job washing the car. I do have one, maybe two, complaints. Even though they did do a really good job vacuuming out the front of the car the back area near the rear window was still left a mess. It's almost like it was forgotten altogether. Not a huge complaint, I was happy they attempted to vacuum it out. I also felt the repair was a little expensive (I went through my insurance so only had the deductible, but saw the bill). I'd imagine it's not the cheapest place, but hey, the work was fantastic. If paying a little additional for great work is what's important to you, as it is me, this is the place to get your body work done. read more

They are very efficient and keep you updated on your repair's timeline. I have used them many times and have never been disappointed.

Excellent service!! The staff was the absolute best. Nothing like one would typically expect at a body shop. It was clean and I felt safe and my car looks amazing. read more

These guys really took care of me in a frustrating situation where I had been rear ended. It was so nice to have the shop guys on my side. Very customer focused business. read more

I've had two vehicles repaired there this year. They do great work and knock it out in a reasonable time frame. Logan Payne is easy to work with and he handles all the insurance matters expertly. They were very fair on some non-insurance work I had done as well. I hope I don't need them again, but would certainly recommend these folks! read more

I've had the pleasure of taking my car to this place twice in a 3-4 year period, because people seem to really enjoy hitting me. The service here is great. Everyone I spoke with was nice and helpful. They kept me updated on the progress with repairs, on negotiations with the insurance company, etc. All the work done to my car was A++ quality and both times my car came out looking brand spanking new. Good, honest business doing quality work--can't go wrong there. read more

If I could give them more stars I would. I just got lucky in finding them, and they were top notch from beginning to end. My CRV was hit from behind, and I was using the other person's insurance company. I felt valued and respected from the minute I walked in there. They ran like a well oil machine all the way through the process, while also making me feel like a valued customer. They had no issue at all with the other insurance company (another body shop had refused the work earlier), kept my car for a couple of weeks, helped me get a rental car, and communicated with me the whole time via text to keep me updated. I had my own contact person through the whole experience, and they never seemed to have a single issue with this other insurance company. And the work was great, car washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. Hopefully I don't need any more body work, but I will use them exclusively going forward if I do. read more

These guys were great, made everything super easy for me. I was rear ended in an accident and when Fred Loya shorted me for the amount it would take to get repaired Payne & Sons dealt directly with them in collecting the correct, remaining amount required to make the repairs. After I dropped off my jeep, they kindly took me to the closest enterprise so that I can pick up a car rental. While I was out of country they let me keep my car at the shop and even kept my parents updated while we were abroad. Just made it easy all the way around. read more

Payne & Sons gets my highest recommendation. After having my daughters car burglarized and vandalized I was needing a place that did great work and above all had integrity since I was not local. Logan Payne kept me up to date with the work progress and handled everything from the tow truck to the insurance. I got a daily text to keep me updated on the progress and day of finished delivery. As the owner of a 2nd generation business myself, I greatly appreciate those who take a family named business and advance its greatness. Nothing but good things to say about these guys, their professionalism and their finished work. read more

Had to have my 2014 Honda Accord repaired due to a hit and run accident. At first, I considered taking it back to the dealership for the repair but noticed the reviews for Payne and Son. The service was top notch. They explained the process and keep my up to date regarding the status of the repair and worked with my insurance. The work they did was excellent. My car looked just as good as the first day I first drove it off the dealership's lot. No one wants to be in a accident and deal with getting their car repaired, but if this unfortunate event happens, Payne and Son is the place to take your vehicle. read more
