Best collision repair shop ever! I took my Outback here to be fixed after I was rear ended. I was blown away when I picked up my car. So first, Ana and Ruben were EXTREMELY helpful and so kind during the whole process. They kept me informed of the status of my car the entire time. They ordered the parts and repaired my vehicle within a week! When I picked up my car it was spotless! I had mentioned how upset I was that my car was hit after not even being a year old, but when I got it they made it look like it was fresh out of the dealership again! On top of that they were courteous enough to repair a scratch I had in the front totally unrelated to my accident. If that isn't ultimate customer service, I don't know what is. I hope I don't get in another accident but if I do I know where I'm going. Go see these guys, you will not be disappointed! read more

I learned of this place a couple years ago when my oldest daughter was side swiped in her 2010 Nissan Altima. Car Tech did a fantastic job more or less redoing the entire right side, front and rear of the vehicle. It looked almost new, I almost wanted to get someone to hit the left side so that our 7 year old car would have been completely redone. I just got done getting my wife's 2015 Audi A3 out of the shop after my youngest daughter decided to destroy the right side rear passenger door; again I am impressed with Car Tech's workmanship. We've also gotten some sizable dents removed from my mother-in-law's 2013 Honda Pilot and even used Car Tech to order and replace various components that have broken (side view mirror, skid plate, etc). All in all, this is my go-to place for body work. They've always treated us fairly and honestly. read more

I can't say enough about my positive experience with Car Tech Collision Center. A tree blew over in a storm damaging my wife's and my car in our driveway. I was in a very bad circumstance because the insurance company treats this as TWO separate incidents with TWO deductibles....even though ONE tree fell down. The folks at Car Tech worked with me and my financial constraints, proposing solutions that aligned with my budget (it happened the week before Christmas). Horrible service. Walked in on a slow Tuesday. I was told that no one was here to help with my front bumper. The front desk lady had a bit of an attitude because she realized I needed help and she had no one to take care of it. So she got short with me and said alright let's go look at it. Even though you just told me there's no one to fix it here now. It was just gonna be a quick fix within 10 mins. Went down the street and got it fixed in less than 5 mins for half the price. read more

The people that run this shop are unprofessional crooks. Wish I could rate negative stars. Too much went wrong to list everything in this review. Email me and I'll be happy to share all the gory details cowboykevin05@yahoo. Went to have them repair a front end collision, and had them do some minor work while they had it in their shop (affix the spoiler and trim). They didn't repair the work properly (on the wreck or the additional work), and tried to place blame wherever they could except for themselves. I have warranties on the repairs, and they will not honor the warranty. Trying to decide now if it's worth the time and effort to go to small claims court, but hopefully I can save you from making the same mistake I did. RUN FAR, RUN FAST! I dealt with Ruben. During the original repairs, they forgot to replace some parts. When I realized this, and took it back, he told me to take it to another shop "because we don't have any mechanics here," to determine whether HIS SHOP actually missed what I claimed they missed. This would mean that I would have to pay another shop to tear down the front end of the car to see if CAR-TECH screwed up on the work they did, warrantied, and State Farm paid for. Upon taking the front end apart, it was discovered that, indeed, the repairs were done incorrectly. Furthermore, the additional work I had done on the spoiler (affixing it to the vehicle, as the weather stripping was coming loose), was done poorly. I asked him to fix it, took the car back, he said he DID FIX IT, but he didn't. When I asked him why he didn't fix it, he said that it was an aftermarket spoiler that didn't fit correctly, and he wouldn't honor his original warranty (THIS IS A BOLD FACED LIE!, it is an original factory spoiler that has never been removed). And if it were true (it's not), why wouldn't he say during the original repair that there were issues with it, or during my second trip, when he claimed that he fixed it again.... It was only after I noticed that it still wasn't attached correctly that he started making up stories about the part being wrong, and saying that he is cancelling the warranty. Now I'm stuck with faulty work on the spoiler (money out of my pocket), and still have further problems that weren't fixed on the original repair (which State Farm would have paid for), and he is telling me I need to take it to a real mechanic (boy, there's truth in that... their workforce obviously isn't skilled, knowledgeable or honest). I spent hours on the phone with him and the State Farm adjuster, and both the adjuster and myself agreed that Ruben is inept and dishonest (in my own words, he's a lying crook that won't take responsibility for his own shop's faulty work). Despite my anger while writing this review, I was completely level-headed and calm while speaking with him on the phone about this, yet he kept hanging up on me... (easier than admitting he and his business are incompetent). I could go on with much more detail, that would make you cringe (and make my attorney giddy), but I will leave it at this... GO ELSEWHERE! I don't know of a great place to get your car fixed, but I can tell you its NOT CAR-TECH! read more

This place is great, very professional. We were victims of a hit and run and brought our Mazda to Car Tech for an evaluation. Ana, the assistant, was very friendly and forthcoming with the info we needed and Ruben, the manager, was very helpful. They are very sincere people who look out for you as a customer and give you tips on how to deal with insurance companies. They will listen to your concerns and meet your needs. We even got a thank you letter from them a month later. Nobody does this anymore in America. More power to them. I highly recommend this place for your collisions. read more

Definitely going to recommend this auto body shop to everyone that I know and/or anybody that asks for one! Brought my truck in for an estimate on some damage caused by an automatic gate on my roof they gave me a reasonable price. Brought it in again the following week because I didn't like the other shops that quoted me and they took my truck in right away! They even gave me a ride to the nearest enterprise to rent a car. 2 days later boom I get a call from them saying my car was ready, picked it up and she looks good as new they even cleaned it inside and out. Got my truck back dirtier than when I brought it in. Inside and out. That's a first for me as body shops don't want you to wash your car right away. Had the color sand slop all over. Really was not what I expected since I really looking to get my truck back looking nice. The window was down and let all the shop dust inside along with all the dusty foot dust. The work was ok. I won't be back. Oh yeah, and the " I forgot a charge on original estimate". $200.00 more. read more

I have a 2002 Honda Accord SE. Rueben was supposed to call me before doing any repairs. I had explained my situation and since it is an older car, I was not too worried about it being perfect. I only wanted to fix the headlight and maybe the side mirror. He said he would call me before doing ANY work, after discussing with Insurance. He did not. He only called after completing the work, wanting to know if I had received the 2 party check. I asked him why he did not call and his excuse was that he knew I only had the rental car for a few days so he took the liberty of going ahead with the work. I called the insurance company to complain and was told that, unfortunately, since I had signed the agreement already, even though he gave me his word that he would call before doing any work, I was out of luck. Furthermore, I was informed that he bought new parts even though the estimate was for used parts, BEFORE discussing it with insurance as we had decided he would do. So because he was greedy, he is stuck with that cost. Trying to squeeze out every penny he could. I will pick my car up tomorrow and update on the quality. But make sure you research your rights first and learn from this idiot on "What not to do". Shame on you CTCC! Should be criminal! read more
