We had an insurance claim for some under body damage and some plastic molding damage when a retread from a semi truck hit the front of my car. My insurance company did the "photo claim" thing and offered me about $400. There was way more than $400 damage. The people at rainbow looked at and told me that they would call the insurance company and let them know that there was more too it than the photos show. Sure enough, the claim went through for the added damage. I think the total time from estimate to completion was about a week. That was faster than I expected. Everything seems good on the car now and I am back on the road. Very happy with the speed and professionalism of this shop. read more

I recommend Rainbow. They have fixed 2 of my cars when they looked totaled. The owners and staff are so friendly. I will never go anywhere else. I wish I could post pictures of the fantastic job they have done on all of my family's and my own vehicles. They even helped me out during my last accident when I explained the tow truck ask me for $100 to tow my car to red oak. The staff quickly informed me I shouldn't have paid the tow truck driver due to it being handled by my insurance company. They told me to call insurance company and inform them about what happened. I was already a customer but from that day I became a customer for life. They fixed my car up to look great again. Still rubs like a champ. I took my car to them in August 2016.
