Wonderful experience! This was my first time at the Red Oak location. I've gone to Caliber a few times in the past and each time has been a good experience but I can honestly say this was the best experience I've had with this company! I called in and Robert Reynolds (the General Manager) was quick to answer. After a bit of a flustered morning dealing with some issues with my car, the call with Robert was helpful and reassuring. He answered my questions, gave his insight on what he was almost certain the fix would be, and he encouraged me to come in so he himself could take a look at it. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was welcoming and friendly. Robert quickly got to work on my car, ran a few test, and ordered a part from a nearby vendor that was able to deliver it in about 30 minutes. I was in and out in probably an hour! Also, I need to mentioned, I was pleasantly surprised about the total owed at the end! If you want to be lied to and wait months for nothing, then go to Caliber Collision in Red Oak. I had hail damage Emi on my truck and i need a new Hood, Windshield, and roof panel ordered. The service rep, Bryan, told me that the Ta parts were on back order and he told me to pay my deductible so his guys could be paid the little work that they did. My claim was closed and he assured my that he ordered my parts. As time went on, I would periodically call him to see if my parts have been ordered and he would tell me that they are back ordered. I did a little investigating and all the dealerships I spoke to told me the have those exact parts in stock. No backorder. So I proceeded to take my business elsewhere. The new Body shop (smaller family business shop) fixed my truck in 3 weeks. Caliber Collision wasted 6 months of my time. I do not recommend this shop. read more
