When I was involved in a bit of a fender bender, I reached out to Superstar and even though it was a drive, I took my estimate and my banged up vehicle down to Cedar Hill. They handled everything for me with the insurance company as well, and even when there were a few hiccups with the insurance company, Jimmy and Greg picked up the phone multiple times to fight for me as well as called me to always know what was going on with the repair. What makes it even nicer is there is also an Enterprise Rental place attached to the building. What a great good of people! After blowing out a tire on the freeway, Superstar Collision came to our rescue. They pulled our tire, drove us to the tire center, waited while we got a new tire, drove us back to Superstar Collision and replaced the tire. They brought us coffee and water while they repaired our bumper which had broken loose when the tire blew. Neither the owners Darrel or Karen nor Dave (who changed the tire) would accept any payment. I challenge you to call this place and ask for a simple quote when you know exactly what needs fixed. They will refuse to give it to you and direct you else where. This happened to me 2 times. Once in Febuary and now 6-9-17. I called them today because I had a bird hit my car. It messed up my driver side fender and headlight. I bought the parts needed and simply asked for a ROUND about quote for the install and paint and that I will not hold them to it till they see it in person. I just need get a estimate so I can do what I can to come up with the money to pay them for the repairs. The first time this happened to me I wrote it off as the old man having a bad day. Now that it has happened a 2nd time they will never get my business and it is worth my time to write this review!! Do not take my word for this PLEASE you call and see for your self!! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Amazing service from beginning to end! I brought my car in and explained that I won't be using insurance for this repair because the damage was due to my husband's negligence and I didn't want our insurance to go up. Glen gave me a quote and explained that it could possibly be up to $500 higher because they won't know until they take the parts apart and there could be more damage internal. I stopped by Straightline Collision and they quoted me $1300 more!! So I decided to go with Superstar because of the great reviews I read and the better pricing. The following day, Glen called me and explained the damages and the parts that needed to be replaced. He was very thorough. I braced myself thinking that it will be more but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it would be a couple hundred dollars less! They were able save me money by eliminating the need of replacing a part and repairing it instead. I agreed to Glen's proposal and I am very satisfied with the service and results! Looks brand new! If you want an honest and friendly collision repair service that does exceptional work, Superstar is it! I took my car to get a part of my side view mirror repaired. Something should have told me not to trust this place when the service person came outside to look at the damage and started talking about I think it caused this scratch and this scratch. I was like no it didn't the scratch was already there. He then went on to say well you know you have insurance that is what it is for so why not let them pay for it. I was like no that wasn't damaged so just fix what needs to be fixed. I was told my car would be available the next day which is wasn't then I was told I needed an entire new mirror which would be more than my deductible. I ended up getting my car from this shady place who tried to get money out of me and the insurance company and got it repaired at another honest body shop. I will never go to this place again and next time I will trust my gut feeling. I gave them one star only because they did wash my car. read more
