I dropped a saw on the fender of my wife's car. In 3 days, Darrell & the crew made it look like it never happened. Last year he did a complete paint job on my old Tahoe. It was immaculate! read more

True professionals who take pride in and stand behind their work. Very customer service focused.

Subpar work, shady business practices, and lying staff. They will do whatever they can to squeeze as much money for the smallest repairs. Plus, once the job is done the work ends up looking like an amateur did the work. DO NOT recommend. read more

I was in a pretty bad accident. This Collision Center came and picked the card up from my house, and gave me weekly updates regarding the repair. They have an Enterprise on site, but I didn't need car assistance because I had a second car. They were really great and I definitely recommend! read more

I can't say enough about Greg and Jimmy down at Superstar Collision Center. When I was involved in a bit of a fender bender, I reached out to Superstar and even though it was a drive, I took my estimate and my banged up vehicle down to Cedar Hill. They handled everything for me with the insurance company as well, and even when there were a few hiccups with the insurance company, Jimmy and Greg picked up the phone multiple times to fight for me as well as called me to always know what was going on with the repair. What makes it even nicer is there is also an Enterprise Rental place attached to the building. I was so blown away by the customer service and integrity of these guys that I tell everyone about the shop. Even though its a drive for us Dallas folks, I would make the drive almost anywhere for top notch customer service. read more

The experts at Superstar Collision in Cedar Hill, Tx are the absolute best at restoring your vehicle to pristine condition! They operate with the utmost professionalism while at the same time making you feel like you're part of the family. They went above and beyond on the recent repair of my hood, wheel, and windshield. I was immensely pleased with how well the repairs appeared afterwards. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there is also an Enterprise car rental shop in the same building, which was quite convenient. My awesome service specialist was Timothy Littleton and he followed up with updates every step of the way. In fact, all of the other specialists also greeted me warmly and always made me feel welcome. The crew at Superstar Collision does impeccable work and treats their customers as superstars. My car was side swiped and Superstar Collision made the repair. It took some time getting a major part in. but Darrell kept me informed the entire time and made sure my car was in top notch condition when I did get it back. He even delivered the car to my home the day before I was to go out of town. He went above and beyond to make my experience with Superstar Collision a good one. Exceptional service all the way from the customer service to the rental place, attached next door. They finished my car a couple of days before what we had initially talked about. My whole car looks brand new and they detailed it so well. Definitely would recommend this shop! read more

There are plenty of body shops in this area, I chose Superstar because they were a preferred shop with my insurance. They did a wonderful job and Bobby was great to work with. There is even an Enterprise location next door so it was easy to get a rental car. read more

Super Star Collision went the extra mile to insure that their job was flawless. They spent more than what my insurance gave them for one part in particular and gave my car back looking better than before it was hit. They also went out of their way to get my car in to get fixed and back to me as soon as possible. They aren't just in the business of fixing cars, they are in the business of upholding their reputation and sending customers home happy. I'd recommend these guys to anyone! read more

After a car accident, I was looking for a great place that I can trust with my car. The service here was awesome. I liked how they immediately too my car in and the repairs were perfect. My car looked brand new! The reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because they kept pushing the deadline back for my car pickup. Other than that, they did a pretty good job with my car. I would recommend. read more

This is one if the best vehicle Collision shop I have ever used. Normally whenever I have a fender bender I take my vehicle straight to the dealership. This time I took the advice of my insurance agent and took my vehicle to one of their preferred shops. Upon arrival I was greeted my a staff member and he was very professional and Accommodating. When the work was completed I was very impressed with the work that was done. I would recommend this shop to anyone. read more

What a great good of people! After blowing out a tire on the freeway, Superstar Collision came to our rescue. They pulled our tire, drove us to the tire center, waited while we got a new tire, drove us back to Superstar Collision and replaced the tire. They brought us coffee and water while they repaired our bumper which had broken loose when the tire blew. Neither the owners Darrel or Karen nor Dave (who changed the tire) would accept any payment. Remember these guys when you need a body shop - kind, caring and and WONDERFUL! read more

Took my car here when I was rear ended by someone. The people were courteous and did a very good job fixing my car, looks better than it did before. Hooked me up with a rental car from the Enterprise next door to use while mine was being worked on . No complaints read more

I am so glad to find this shop! I have had cars fixed many times, but my experience with Superstar is by far the best I have ever had. It's the first time anywhere that my car was actually fixed correctly the first time. What a relief to know about this collision center if I ever need one again! read more

I challenge you to call this place and ask for a simple quote when you know exactly what needs fixed. They will refuse to give it to you and direct you else where. This happened to me 2 times. Once in Febuary and now 6-9-17. I called them today because I had a bird hit my car. It messed up my driver side fender and headlight. I bought the parts needed and simply asked for a ROUND about quote for the install and paint and that I will not hold them to it till they see it in person. I just need get a estimate so I can do what I can to come up with the money to pay them for the repairs. The first time this happened to me I wrote it off as the old man having a bad day. Now that it has happened a 2nd time they will never get my business and it is worth my time to write this review!! Do not take my word for this PLEASE you call and see for your self!! read more

Bummer I got in a crash ... great that a friend of mine referred me to Superstar Collision. They fixed it fast and the side of the car that got hit looks better than the rest of the car now. Also, they worked with the other guy's insurance company and took care of all the paper work, and even made sure a rental car was available for me at the time I dropped the car off. So I'm happy ... thanks to Greg and the whole team ! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Amazing service from beginning to end! I brought my car in and explained that I won't be using insurance for this repair because the damage was due to my husband's negligence and I didn't want our insurance to go up. Glen gave me a quote and explained that it could possibly be up to $500 higher because they won't know until they take the parts apart and there could be more damage internal. I stopped by Straightline Collision and they quoted me $1300 more!! So I decided to go with Superstar because of the great reviews I read and the better pricing. The following day, Glen called me and explained the damages and the parts that needed to be replaced. He was very thorough. I braced myself thinking that it will be more but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it would be a couple hundred dollars less! They were able save me money by eliminating the need of replacing a part and repairing it instead. I agreed to Glen's proposal and I am very satisfied with the service and results! Looks brand new! If you want an honest and friendly collision repair service that does exceptional work, Superstar is it! Hopefully I don't ever have to come back (given the business type) but if I do, this is my go to collision repair service!!! read more

I took my car to get a part of my side view mirror repaired. Something should have told me not to trust this place when the service person came outside to look at the damage and started talking about I think it caused this scratch and this scratch. I was like no it didn't the scratch was already there. He then went on to say well you know you have insurance that is what it is for so why not let them pay for it. I was like no that wasn't damaged so just fix what needs to be fixed. I was told my car would be available the next day which is wasn't then I was told I needed an entire new mirror which would be more than my deductible. I ended up getting my car from this shady place who tried to get money out of me and the insurance company and got it repaired at another honest body shop. I will never go to this place again and next time I will trust my gut feeling. I gave them one star only because they did wash my car. read more
