When I checked the car, there was water in the doors and on the seats. One of their staff brushed it off with, "It's not that much water." That's negligent and unacceptable. To make matters worse, Shay -- the person assigned to help me -- had an attitude every time I pointed out mistakes. The only reason I gave even 1 star is because the GM, Ken, stepped in and handled things professionally, taking accountability and trying to make it right. But the damage was already done. Their lack of care, sloppy work, and disrespectful attitude made this a terrible experience.
