Of all the automotive experiences I have had, this ranks as among the worst. Today, I took my 2025…read moreVW ID.Buzz and asked the older guy at the front desk if they could add side steps/running boards for safety reasons. Instead of advice on running boards he immediately went into a long sermon about MAGA politics. The front desk guy (not JR, to be fair) right away said how much he dislikes electric vehicles ("What you gonna do with them batteries one day..."). Also said he wasn't aware that VW still made the microbuses. I said mine is right out there and he sneered and said, "kinda hard to miss, ain't it." Things went downhill from there as he started in with his criticisms of government from an extremist Maga viewpoint, that windmill blades are running the planet ("Them Chinese melt down the old blades and dump them in the ocean), how the past presidents have let all of "those people," and so much more. No real help and loads of insults. My advice: look elsewhere for your retrofit needs.

Eric said he would arrive in about an hour but showed up roughly three hours late. He checked the cameras only after he had already attached all of them with adhesive.
