My brother-in-law purchased a 2018 Toyota Corolla from Olemus Complete Fleet LLC on June 22, 2026,…read morewith the support of my wife while I was deployed overseas. Before the sale, they were told the car had no mechanical problems and that the transmission was covered by a warranty. On the day of purchase, they drove the car home and parked it. The very next morning, they discovered a transmission fluid leak underneath the vehicle. They immediately contacted the dealership and took the car back, expecting the issue to be covered under the warranty. Instead, they were charged $600 for a transmission gasket/seal repair. Since I was deployed overseas, I couldn't be there to help my family. When my wife tried to resolve the issue, she was treated rudely and disrespectfully, which made an already stressful situation even worse. We were extremely disappointed that a vehicle represented as having no mechanical problems developed a transmission fluid leak less than 24 hours after purchase. Our experience with both the vehicle and the customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone buy a used vehicle from this dealership. Looking back, we should have read the Google reviews from other customers before deciding to purchase a vehicle here. If you're considering buying a used vehicle from this dealership, have it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before signing any paperwork. I am currently deployed overseas, but once I return, I intend to pursue the appropriate legal and consumer protection options regarding this matter.
