I purchased a car from this dealership in May 2025, and I have had nonstop issues ever since. Just…read moreone week after purchase, the check engine light came on. I had to bring the car back 6-7 times before it was even somewhat fixed. Not long after, the car broke down on the highway and had to be towed to their shop. I was without a vehicle for over a week. When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. I went in to test drive a 04 Camry and it was okay but I really wanted one closer to my old one. When I brought the 04 back a 99 was being parked that was just like my old one. I took it for a test drive and loved it. It was just like my old car, same color, nicer interior and without a leaky sun-roof. This one has more miles but only 1 owner and the price was awesome! I was able to pay up front but they do provide financing. I referred a friend of mine to them and she ended up getting a car as well. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a reasonably priced used car. I've seen the same car at other places with even more miles on it for a lot more than what I paid. I dropped off my truck for a repair to the lift system (any level), which took nearly two months. During this time, communication was minimal and poor. When discussing pricing, I found the subject to be awkward, and I was never provided with an itemized invoice detailing the breakdown of work and parts. The day before I was scheduled to pick up my truck, I received a call asking if I knew the remaining balance of my bill. Since I had previously left a deposit, I estimated the balance to be no more than $2,500--$1,000 more than the price we had originally discussed. Just minutes after this conversation, I received a message confirming that the remaining balance was indeed $2,500, but with a request to pay through Zelle again, which I found odd. I opted to pay in cash when I picked up my truck instead. Upon arriving, I paid the balance and received a hand-written invoice in front of me. However, when I walked out to my truck, I found it to be filthy inside--despite having the truck freshly detailed prior to dropping it off. After two conversations with both the owner and the employee I dealt with throughout the process, I was told, 'You expect us to have your truck for over a month and have it be clean?' This response was completely mind-boggling. To make matters worse, I later discovered items in the bed of my truck that did not belong to me, along with missing components. I have attached pictures to show the condition the truck was returned in. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I feel that the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy was unacceptable.
