If I could give this place no stars I would. I heard good things about this shop from family members so I decided to bring my Nissan Juke there. I wasn't having a lot of problems with it but I was about to pay it off so I wanted to have everything checked and whatever needed to be fixed either fixed or replaced. After spending $2000 my car started literally falling apart. My front bumper is falling off, my new breaks started squeaking a few weeks later, my car shakes when I get on the highway, my wheels make a grinding noise when I go under 30, it's hard to keep my car in the lane and so much more. I'm now scared to drive the car I once loved and I can't even afford to take it to another shop to have it fixed. I don't know what to do. read more

I recently moved to Texas from out of state. Shortly after arriving my car needed major work. I landed at a Ford dealer. What a mistake. A few weeks later my Expedition was leaking motor oil. I asked my son to find me a good mechanic that I could establish a relationship with. Sachse Service Center was our pick and they came through for me. I spoke to Blake who listened and was actually sympathetic for my experience with the dealer. He seemed sincere and honest and asked me to bring the vehicle in the same day. He said he'd need the vehicle for at least 3-4 hours to evaluate it. He called me later that day and had figured out exactly where the problem was and told me I'd get my car back the next day and I did. This was a very positive service experience for me. I have used this company for several years and I cannot be more satisfied. Last week I took my wife's 2014 Cad Suv in because the liftgate would not stay up. The parts were coming from a cad dealership and the parts cost alone was over $700. When i picked it up, Blake, said I only needed one and he was able to reset and recalibrate the main strut. They only charged me $138 but i told them to add another $50 or i would not pay them. These are the most honest, and dedicated service center I have ever dealt with. I will never go anywhere else for my car repairs, even though I live 45 minutes away. My car failed inspection at Kwik Kar, and I took it to the Honda dealership to replace the airbag due to a safety recall. I asked them to run a diagnostic test at the same time to figure out what the failure codes from the inspection meant in terms of repair. The Honda dealership quoted me repairs over $1,000. Needless to say, I took my car here at my dad's recommendation. He's been going here for years for anything he can't do on his cars himself. Johnny and his son Blake are stand up guys. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up by end of day. There was nothing that needed repairing. Johnny drove the car around a bit and had it inspected so I didn't have to do anything extra. The entire cost of his review and work was less than $50. I took my car in for service because my car was shaking when trying to decelerate. they replaced all 4 rotors but I didnt realize until I had the car inspected a year later that they didn't replace the brake pads at the same time. After calling multiple repair shops I learned that this is a standard part of the repair. Sachse service center refused to make it right, only offering to replace the brake pads "at cost". please do NOT trust this service center! They do not perform the work that you think they are on your car!! Now I am stuck buying new brake pads that I already "thought" I purchased last year. read more
