Billy was great! Very friendly, polite, & informative. And solution oriented. Really appreciated his willingness to help same day on short notice & near end of the day. Thank you! read more

I stopped by Discount Tire around 7:50 AM without an appointment and had a great experience. I needed two new tires, and Richard got me taken care of quickly and had me back on the road in about an hour and a half. He worked with me to find the right tires that fit both my needs and budget. During the inspection, he also spotted a nail in one of my rear tires and had it repaired at no cost, which I really appreciated. The technician who handled the install and repair did an excellent job as well. Overall, smooth, honest, and efficient service. I'll definitely be back for future tire needs. read more

Everything was explained to me and he wasn't trying to up sale me. Great service overall and they were very quick to get it done.

Once again, I made an appointment and the weight is an hour and a half within your appointment time. Why make an appointment?

I've used DT for years- and here's why. So I'm up in Dallas on business and noticed I had a gash in the side of one of my tires. I thought, "this is a problem ". And being on business didn't have the attire needs to change my tire. Found a DT near my hotel and made an on-line appt for 8am the next morning. Got there and visited with Reymundo. Agreed that I had a problem and all I wanted to do was swap my spare for the bad tire and deal with all the tires when I get back home. Problem, my spare was made in 2015 and they can't put that on. So he got me fixed up with 1 new tire. I also had their warranty and a $260 tire cost me $53. In and out in 30 mins. Good job. read more

Great service today from the whole team. I came in for an inspection and the team recommended without forcing me into new tires.

This place is a joke. They do not honor appointment times. Be aware before you schedule anything here. Its a coin toss that your vehicle is serviced when you think it will. read more

I got new tires in January and returned home from vacation to find my car sitting on a flat. After getting air, I knew my first spot was Discount Tire, although my tires were not purchased at this location. I called to find out about the wait time, in which they looked me up, told me my tires were still under warranty and what my options would be. I was offered an appointment time and arrived a little earlier however the wait time was less than I expected. I walked next door to 7-11, got a snack and a drink and walked back and within 5 minutes I was informed my car was done. Indeed I had a dreaded screw in my tire but they had fixed it and had me out the door in less time than it took to get someone to put air into it for me to get to them. Customer service is great, what I spent on tires in January made me feel like I have gotten a steal of a deal and value for my money. This is where I'll be coming back to as I feel like they value me as a customer! read more

Came here to check air pressure from returning from Corsicana. If you busy all you have to say is that there's a wait.... But I got nothing. No hi how can I help you? Not a damn thing but folks just staring at you. Eventually got the occasional "has someone assisted you...I'll get someone to you" but no one came. Probably the worst discount tire I ever visited for a simple air pressure check. Eventually left after waiting 30 mins n returned to my neighborhood location. read more

All services were very good! Every worker was very courteous and kind. We need more good customer service businesses in the Metroplex .

Went to Arapaho location. Very responsive. Quickly installed while I waited. Price was comparable to other local installers. Infinitely better experience than Firestone on Montfort. read more

Make an appointment online and come early, be prepared to wait. They are so busy. That being said, the parking lot and waiting room were insane but they got to me as pretty quick. Thankfully it was just the sensor needing to be reset but no charge and no hassle. Will def be back for future tire needs! Everyone there was super friendly also. read more

I needed to take a 200 mile trip, and did feel comfortable withe the age of my tires, So I went to Discount Tire and I bought 5 new tires replacing the spare. When the guy was trying to lower the spare tire on my truck he was trying to use a tool that didn't fit he was putting all his weight and trying to turn it on and broke something. when I approached him and told him I had the correct tool in my truck. Then leaving with all brand new tires my left back tire went flat within 20 minutes. I call the store and was not offered any help at all, I let them now I was airing the tire up and should be there within 30 minutes. When I got back to the store and had it checked, I was told that the TPMS was installed incorrectly. I know if I had got on the highway at 70 mph. I would have had a blowout and most likely wrecked my truck at BEST! read more

Great communication, fast service- I would recommend and I would use them again. They didn't try to up-charge me and I like that

I had a very weird experience at this location last Saturday. I came just to get air in my tires and the attendant was telling me about my tire health and that I needed to get new tires. I was perfectly fine with that, as that's typical. However, when I mentioned that I couldn't get tires today, he proceeded to try to convince me to reconsider (mind you, I've just told him I'm running late and need to leave) by telling me it wouldn't take long. I again, for the 3rd time said no. He then proceeded to ask me where I was headed, and when I responded he told me that my car *might* make it there, but it wasn't going to make it back to Dallas. At that point I said, "I said no, thanks" and started rolling my window up on him because what would provoke you to say something like that to somebody??? All for a Black Friday sale, which was mentioned in his pitch. Extremely unprofessional, uncomfortable and disrespectful especially when he was WRONG. I literally made it back and have been just fine. His comment caused me to have anxiety while driving as well.. this behavior is unacceptable and I won't be back. read more

This Discount Tire location is the worst I've ever visited. Appointments mean nothing. Had an 8am and arrived at 7:55am standing outside waiting. At 8am they rolled 3 cars into the bays that weren't mine and told me to wait. Absolutely terrible management group. read more

Tires were changed, car was damaged during repair. No answer from the shop. Just stated they don't touch that.

On November 25th I made an appointment with Discount Tires to check a leak in the rear drivers side tire. It was victim to a road hazard, so having the certs in hand, I was ready to pay a replacement cert fee for my new tire. Adrian (who was great) suggested the other tire was needing to be replaced. These tires have a 70,000 warranty on them. I have driven 36,000 on them. WTF?! I originally bought them from Discount Tires. I bought the certs to go along with them. They should have another year and a half on them. They offered me a free replacement tire on the road hazard tire per the usual. They offered to replace the other (defective) tire for 1/2 the cost because of the warranty (great). My issue is they would not transfer the certification from the manufacturer defective tire on to the new tire replacement. They charged me $64.50 for the certification on the defective tire they sold me originally. That is a racket. I would understand if the tire had a road hazard and I used the certs or if the tire was a good tire and made it to manufacturer recommended mileage. Neither of those were true. I had to pay certs on a tire that was a terrible tire. That's a scam. Wasn't my fault the tire was defective. The two front tires rated at a 7 the back two were at a 3. One if those had metal in it. Obviously the second tire was defective and I should have to pay for the certs again. I might understand having to pay half certs per warranty coverage. read more

Got 4 new tires on Presidents Day and got a good special for my tires, Job well done with no issues thanks Raymund

My daughter and wife were driving back from New Jersey to California and they hit a pothole and ruined the wheel. The team at this location was amazing! They were prompt, courageous and were able to get them back on road in no time. We appreciate the help and would be back for all automotive service if we lived in the Dallas area. read more

They only want your business if you are willing to buy their products. I spent over $500 dollars on three new tires for a vehicle that I had to sell due to flood damage. The used car I purchased to replace it two weeks later started to show sign of low tire pressure. I was told that I needed to purchase new tires for my replacement vehicle. When I said that I just wanted air in the tires because I couldn't afford to pay another $500 for more tires, I was told we will put air in your tires. My name was never taken, nor the keys to my vehicle. After sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half, I noticed that other customers were being called by their names when their vehicles were ready. This place has a lot of business with a steady rotation of customers. If your name and info are not taken, you'll get ignored. NEVER AGAIN, I'll go to Firestone. read more

I have used this store in the past and always had great and quick service. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. My 91 year old Mom drive there at 11:30am today with a nail in her back tire. She purchased 2 new tires which she needed, but, they did not finish with her car until 2:30pm. Seriously, you had a 91 year old woman wait for 3 hours just to put on two tires! Shame on you. read more

If you are a female, I don't recommend to come in this place alone with out a Male Partner! Some of these men will rip you off! It will be like stealing candy from a baby! (Atleast at this location) Lots of miscommunication! And the wait time is terrible! You have to communicate every detail, or else some of these men will have the audacity to have you wait over an hour for an in and out service. And won't give a dam to help make it up with a discount that's actually good, instead they will provide a stupid response with an attitude and get aggressive towards the customer and turn it around on you, making it seem like it was your fault, like if we are the problem. Instead of admitting and taking accountability for their own actions, if I could provide or had the name with the person (playing victim employee)I experienced this with I would!!! Such a horrible experience, Rude Employee, Unprofessional, I hope this helps someone to keep it in mind before coming to this location And to finish off I waited over an hour and the issue was not fixed, I turned my car on this morning and the issue was there again Zero stars read more

I had an emergency flat while working so I came to the nearest discount tire in the area and I wish they were my local shop.. when I pulled in and got my tires evaluated they had a full bay with another car or two waiting ahead of me. Got the front two tires replaced and promised a 45 minute wait time and got the car back Road in just over half of that somehow.! This has been my go-to place for tires since I moved to Dallas a few years ago. I moved away from Oak Cliff but still use them. They're always quick, upfront, professional, and do a great job. They were able to get the tires I needed and get me on my way. read more

What started out as a terrible morning was made significantly less stressful by discount tire. My left passenger tire went flat on Highway 30 on my way into work. It was my first flat, and I was anxious about the experience in general. Upon getting to Discount Tire, they had me in and out within 30 minutes with a brand new tire under $100. Their lobby was packed and I still felt as if the experience was quick and efficient. All of the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Discount Tire and this location to anyone. read more

This is for the Discount Tires Synchrony credit card service & not for any specific tire store. I feel ripped off because the billing cycle seems to always have more charges than what I authorize. I even kept track for two months of every time I swiped my card and the total recorded via the My Synchrony credit card app was always higher. I am very diligent and can do simple and basic math yet it never made any sense. I even called customer service and she explained it in a way that made sense, but didnt apply to my situation so it obviously was no help. So I destroyed the card, will never use them again and will use a more straight forward and honest credit system. I had more success with a Target credit card in the past, for example. read more

This location has the greatest employees ever. I honestly don't know much about cars and don't usually try to handle car issues myself but I pulled in here with an emergency light on in my car and the guy that greeted me made sure that I needed work done in case it was something that could just be reset. Unfortunately my TMPS sensor had gone out but these guys had me in and out with the light off in just about 20 minutes. No attempts at selling things you don't need. Explained everything clearly. And we're overly friendly the whole time I was there. Definitely a great location for any tire work you need done. read more

If you have a nice set of wheels and need to install tires don't come here. They scratched all four of my brand new $600 wheels with the impact socket. The guys that worked on my car looked like they lacked experience. One of them couldn't even get the tire on the wheel on the machine and almost dropped my wheel on the floor. I also had a set of expensive black spike lug nuts and the guy just opened the box and let them all fall and one of them got scratched. They also used a socket too big and it left marks on all my lug nuts. Just a really bad job in general. The guys that worked on my car just don't care for peoples things. So if you care about your wheels don't come here read more

Doing great: service, work, demeanor Needs improvement: communication The wait time I was coated was around 30 minutes. That's a standard time for the service that needed to be rendered (three replacement tires). I'm willing to chalk it up to that was a freak day for tire problems because 30+ people were in there at one time needing assistance. It my car ended up taking about an hour, hour and a half, to get in the station. And I wasn't informed of this until I had the sense to ask. read more

I have been going to this store probably since they opened. Bought 4 new tires today. The customer service at Discount Tire is beyond comparison to any retailer in the country. I worked for one of the highest rated companies in the US for 30 years, so I know something about good customer service. Alfonso helped me today, and although there was a bit of a wait he was professional, kind, and very customer focused. In short, exactly what I have come to anticipate at Discount Tire.
