Before he left, he said please don't contact the company. He told me he would pay for the damage, out of his pocket. When I contacted him to collect, he basically changed his mind on paying for the damage. He shouldn't be a driver, if he can't keep his word. He should take responsibility of what he did. I found Mater's Towing through Yelp's Project section and was pleasantly surprised!…read more I put out a project for my truck to get towed to a repair shop. The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window. I would definitely trust them and recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company that says and does what they say the will do!
