Phone operator was very friendly. Driver was very friendly also as he even offered to take me to my desired location and once there helped me push my car into a safe parking space. Last the name of the company on the truck was Big Toe towing so I'm not sure if they've gone through an ownership change but great service nonetheless read more

Very pleased with the professional service provided by Bill. He arrived on time, took care of securing the vehicle for the tow and was able to handle the fact our driveway was on a slope. The plus is he sent pictures of the vehicle when it arrived at the destination. I had tried contacting another towing service that never returned my calls, so Bill's proactive communication was a pleasant surprise. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend his service! read more

How unfortunate to have to get your car towed, but it happens and Bill was great to work with. He was at my home within 20 mins of the call and when we went to the first tire location they were VERY busy, so he took me to another. I appreciate not having to wait over an hour for a pick up and he was very personable. I'd definitely use him again (not too soon, though). read more

The job was done well, but I was stressed with Bills demeaner. It started off poorly when he wanted to know if my key fod needed to just be in the car or plugged in. I tried to tell him, if the car has juice it could just be in the car. Well his response was "I just asked you a question", in an irritated tone. At the point, I just plugged it into the car and I was done. He still had a fustrated look on his face. I don't need service from someone having a bad day. I had to tow it again that afternoon, and chose a different tow service called Quality Towing. read more

Bill is hands down one of the best service professionals I've ever encountered. My company recently had a tremendously important but last minute event that we wanted to have backup for and be prepared in case something went awry. After reading all of the positive reviews on Yelp, I reached out to Bill who didn't disappoint. Bill was professional, fast, accommodating, and his service fee was both honest and fair. He went above and beyond by providing me with important text updates, not charging me until after the event was over, and even offering to charge me less than what we had initially agreed upon as the event ended earlier than expected. All in all, Bill is a straight shooter that I would gladly do business with again either for our company vehicles or my own family's. read more

Called late on Monday no Bill answered his phone. I told him about my car not starting and recommended I try a few things before eating my money on a tow. Bill was honest and friendly and I will get my business read more

He arrived in 15-20 minutes, was sharp, friendly, easy to work with, I paid with Venmo but he had plenty of options, he delivered my car to the dealer in 20 minutes, sent me photos of my car after delivery and the business card of the dealer service person who accepted my car. He is great, I highly recommend him! I live in Allen:) read more

Bill is by far the best tow truck company I have every dealt with. Called him and he gave me a quote up front, no guessing games. He was to my house within an hour and got my car delivered to the shop for repairs. He took a picture of my car @ The shop and sent a text to me that my car was delivered safe and sound with my service rep and even took a pic of the business card of my rep. Thank you Bill! I appreciate a good businessman and have saved your number for ALL of my future needs. God Bless! Pam read more

Great responsiveness and service! We were having trouble with our 2012 Honda Accord when it wouldn't start after just changing the battery the day before. The car was stuck at Walmart. I called Bill late Saturday afternoon and he answered right away. He took my information over the phone and we agreed on a time to meet. He texted me prior and said he was ahead of schedule so we were able to get it towed to the dealership quite quickly. He has the very large tow truck with a ramp and was able to perfectly set the car in a parking space at the service center. Very impressed! read more

Fast, fair & professional. What gave him a 5 star is he texted me on the way and again of a photo of my car safely at the towed location. What else could you possibly ask for in a towing service? My car broke down and I found Bill online. I called him, he answered immediately, went through the standard questions, and he showed up about 20 minutes later. He then took my car to the repair shop and texted me a photo of the keys going into the night drop. The repair shop ended up being the wrong place (my mistake) and so I had to call Bill again to move it across town. Even though it wasn't his fault - he still went out of his way to soften hit. I don't plan on using anyone else for my towing needs going forward. read more

Bill is much more than just wrecker service. He was incredibly professional and helpful. His electronic payment system and documentation is very easy and convenient. I expected to drive to the closed shop were the car was going. But bill offered to fill out the Key-drop box form for me. When he was done he told me the car was locked and he sent a pic of the completed drop box form and a pic of the front door sign at the shop. He even made sure the shop knew "not to start" the car because it has no oil. Bill is not just a point A to B wrecker driver but a real customer service oriented business. read more

Called in the morning. Told them the from-to locations. He immediately gave me a quote and told me he'd meet me there. They picked up my car on a flatbed. It was being towed to a body shop 20 miles away and I was texted they had to stop to get gas. Then texted with the body shop's business card and photos of the car after being dropped off at the body shop. Great service! read more

- Professional - Friendly - Timely & good communication We have a big minivan that needed towing to the dealer. Called Bill in the morning and got a quote. He was upfront with his charges, price was fair and competitive against other companies. Bill was on time and very friendly. Got the minivan up on his flatbed nice and easy. We got the paper work done and met at the dealership. He kept good communication with me throughout the process. Excellent experience, would recommend using. read more

My first time to use Bill. He showed up right away. Nice truck. Nice guy! He had an ipad that he put my info into. Swiped my card. Texted me the rcpt. And done! Super easy and fast. I saved his info for the future. No reason to use anyone else! read more

We needed our F150 towed to the repair shop. It had a locked steering column and was in our back alley driveway under the carport. Bill was very detailed and thorough with his questions and clearly communicated the challenges and possible cost. We decided to go with him without any reservations. The job was definitely challenging! We really appreciated Bill's patience, determination, perseverance, honesty, and clear communication. We highly recommend his company! read more

I used bills service for one of my trucks that had no engine he did great i even paid him more than asked he wanted 120$ and i paid 150$. So i had a guy slash my tires on two trucks and called him back. Same distances like the first tow. Now he wanted to charge me 325 for teo vehicles that someone slashed tires so im already out 1200 in tires and he wants to overcharge me. Tells me this after already loaded. He didnt secure my 4runner and one tire hit pavement and ruined it. 250$ tire he discounted 100$. Becareful using this guy. read more

I needed towing service and didn't know who to call so i started googling and found Bill online and saw he had the most positive feedback in my area, so I tried him. He did not disappoint! I texted him at 10pm. He responded very quickly. I told him my vehicle needed to go from Allen to McKinney and he immediately quoted me a price that I thought was more than fair. I would use Bill again no question about it, i even put him in my contacts list (others i've used would always charge an arm and a leg, very disappointed) Bill showed up first thing the next morning - on time as promised and had my truck loaded up with all the paperwork done as efficiently as could be expected. I can tell Bill has been doing this a long time. His customer skills are great and he is professional in all his work. Use him, you won't be disappointed. read more

Have a motorcycle that needed a flatbed from my garage to dealership. I called and Bill answered! He gave me a quote that didn't seem unreasonable for a 17 mile tow. He was there is 3 hours as promised. Very nice and helpful. Can't recommend enough. Texted photo after delivery. read more

I called today to get a tow. Billy was great. Said he would meet me in one hour. He was right on time. Billy sent me a text stating he was 15 minutes out. Sent another one stating he would arrive in 2 minutes. Took the car to NTB for me. Very reasonable price. In fact, he was the cheapest of three companies. If I ever need a tow again, Billy will get my call. read more

Called him based on yelp reviews, left him a VM. He did call back, explained him the situation. Told me cant pull out from lower level garage. I offered to help get it on the road. Was grumpy. He needs to understand the customer's situation with a broke down car and it should actually be him giving solutions. Also he needs to be patient if the customer doesnt understand the towing jargon. Not 'O Gosh', when he doesnt. I wont call him or recommend him. read more

Did a great job towing my truck when I broke down. Bill was fantastic. We had to have my daughters car to the shop ASAP. When I called he answered immediately and gave me a quote $40 less than the next cheapest place in town. Said he could tow if in the morning even if we were not home. Picked up the car early and took it straight to the shop. Sent pictures of the shop door, the car in front of the shop and the persons card he spoke with. She was super happy. It's always worrisome leaving your pride and joy in someone else's hands but Bill was fantastic. read more

Responsive, Reliable, Reasonable and Reputable should be Bill's tagline, if it's not already. Had a tire blowout on my Benz SUV. Called up Bill for a tow - he was able to give me a fair quote right over the phone and informed me he would be to me within 35-40 minutes and would call when he was 15 minutes away. A true man of his word! He was good-nature upon meeting my acquaintance and was done in no time. It is wholly without reservation I would recommend him to friends and family! So my truck was broke down at walmart and had been there for like a day and a half I was really stressing knowing I needed to get it outta there and I did a search for towing in the area and Bills was the first I came across I called and got a quote. I am some one thats always looking for a good deal so I called a couple more quotes one place I never even got a quote from because I was on hold for around 8 mins before I hung up. So none the less Bills turned out to have the best price and I called back the next day and he went above and beyond the call of duty since my only means of transportation was disableled he came and got my key and when he got back with my truck he tried to kinda help figure out what the problem was and he didn't charge me extra for anything. AWESOME SERVICE. I will use this service again. Very nice and curtious man! read more

What a bright spot in a terrible day!! I got two flats on the way to Stonebriar mall. Not having two spares, I needed a tow to the discount tire. I luckily found Bill. He showed up within 15 minutes. He texted me when he was 2 minutes away. He got my truck loaded and ready in about 4 minutes and we were off. He was very friendly and professional. He took me straight to discount tire, unloaded my truck and waited to make sure I was ok before he left. He even took a picture of the tire size and sent it to me so I would have it to show the guys at discount tire. His rates were very reasonable as well. Truthfully, I would have paid twice what I did because he lessened the stress of a difficult day. Look no further for a towing service. I have had the misfortune of using bad towing services, but Bill isn't one. He's the very best at what he does! I highly recommend him!!! read more
