The job was done well, but I was stressed with Bills demeaner. It started off poorly when he wanted to know if my key fod needed to just be in the car or plugged in. I tried to tell him, if the car has juice it could just be in the car. Well his response was "I just asked you a question", in an irritated tone. Great responsiveness and service! We were having trouble with our 2012 Honda Accord when it wouldn't start after just changing the battery the day before. The car was stuck at Walmart. I called Bill late Saturday afternoon and he answered right away. He took my information over the phone and we agreed on a time to meet. He texted me prior and said he was ahead of schedule so we were able to get it towed to the dealership quite quickly. Bill is much more than just wrecker service. He was incredibly professional and helpful. His electronic payment system and documentation is very easy and convenient. I expected to drive to the closed shop were the car was going. But bill offered to fill out the Key-drop box form for me. When he was done he told me the car was locked and he sent a pic of the completed drop box form and a pic of the front door sign at the shop. My car broke down and I found Bill online. I called him, he answered immediately, went through the standard questions, and he showed up about 20 minutes later. I used bills service for one of my trucks that had no engine he did great i even paid him more than asked he wanted 120$ and i paid 150$. So i had a guy slash my tires on two trucks and called him back. Same distances like the first tow. Now he wanted to charge me 325 for teo vehicles that someone slashed tires so im already out 1200 in tires and he wants to overcharge me. Tells me this after already loaded. So my truck was broke down at walmart and had been there for like a day and a half I was really stressing knowing I needed to get it outta there and I did a search for towing in the area and Bills was the first I came across I called and got a quote. What a bright spot in a terrible day!! I got two flats on the way to Stonebriar mall. Not having two spares, I needed a tow to the discount tire. I luckily found Bill. He showed up within 15 minutes. He texted me when he was 2 minutes away. He got my truck loaded and ready in about 4 minutes and we were off. He was very friendly and professional. He took me straight to discount tire, unloaded my truck and waited to make sure I was ok before he left. He even took a picture of the tire size and sent it to me so I would have it to show the guys at discount tire. His rates were very reasonable as well. Truthfully, I would have paid twice what I did because he lessened the stress of a difficult day. Look no further for a towing service.
