Today I have experienced a Christmas miracle that you only see in movies and shows. I am still in…read moreawe/ disbelief of all that just happened. I've met a God sent angel today, his name is Jesse. Let me explain, at around 1pm today my car abruptly stopped at the light of MacArthur blvd and e round grove rd. No matter how much I tried to turn it on it just wouldn't budge. For context my car was running perfectly fine seconds earlier I had just gotten off the highway and was about, maybe 2 blocks away from my house. It randomly stopped, btw my husband is at work unable to leave to come and try and help, I have no family or friends in the Dfw area and my only family is my mother who lives out of the country. I have ZERO car knowledge only car anxiety. I was parked smack in the middle of the street, trying everything I could possible think of to start the car even jogging up the street to a 7/11 asking if anyone could help jump my car, I offered to pay for their gas. But NOBODY knew how or If they did they didn't have a jump starter (this story gets better). After being in that 7/11 for a while I finally gave up I walked back to my car defeated. A man in a black truck pulled up and tried to help me, I was like THANK GOD FINALLY but the jump of battery didn't work. Just when I was about to officially give up and cry a PRO-TOW truck pulled up behind me and an angel descended asking "do you need help" YALL this angel of a man ( JESSE ) not only did his ABSOLUTE best to try and jump start my battery, he made sure I got home safely. He stayed through it all. I am almost 2 months pregnant, me and my husband haven't told anyone around us because this is our rainbow baby that we weren't trying for. ( JESSE ) the angel didn't know this but it was as if he knew. When we both realized that the battery wasn't something fixable with a jump he and another PRO-TOW driver who also miraculously was driving by in passing pushed my car at the top of the hill of MacArthur blvd and allowed for me to be able to park my car in a parking lot that won't tow my car so easily. Just when I thought that this angel of a man helped me enough he pulled his tow truck next to my car and took out the battery and drove me home. Y'all this man JESSE did not have to do any of this but he did and he made sure that I was aware of my blessing. He shared how working in this job you see ALOT of accidents and some of the people don't make it. Up until that moment I was think "God, why me?" Jesse made me change my perspective to "Thank you God" . Up until that moment I didn't know just how badly I needed that act of kindness from a stranger. I've been advised since finding out that I'm pregnant to take it slow, not to stand up too long and especially not to lift anything heavy. JESSE gave ME gifts and affirmed how blessed we are to be here, to be Alive. Y'all I know this might not be the best review for a business since I didn't purchase a service, but this business's motto is "setting the standard" and I wanted to write this review sharing my story to attest to that. We measure a business by its people, service, product and standard of conduct. Just off of my experience ALONE I will go no where else nor promote no one else but PRO-TOW Wrecker Service because of its employee who stands by their motto, when they didn't have to. The car had no problems before. We have a service helping make a complaint against them with TDLR. If your vehicle was towed & damaged during the tow, please contact the TDLR and make a complaint for negligence against the company as Towing a vehicle is not a reason to not take care of a vehicle and they are required to avoid damaging a vehicle if possible. Take pictures of your vehicle as soon as possible before and after it's been towed.

This was during the cold snap so temps were in the teens and the wind made it feel even colder. Rodney arrived on time, he quickly used a charge box to start the car and drove it on to the flat bed. In less than 5 minutes we were on the way. The shop was less than 2 miles away it was the quickest trip, and using the AAA there was no charge. Rodney was all business, friendly, informative and thorough. I appreciated his professionalism. After AAA assigned this company I read the reviews that made me nervous. Thankfully I can say we had none of those negative experiences and would recommend their services.

After it was all said and done they charged me $225. When I mentioned what I had read online while booking my service, they guy quoted "well that is cheap for what you are getting". I simply had my car picked up from my home and towed 17 miles. They did give me 5 free miles so it would of actually been $250. I say shop around, I found several from Yelp (i should of came here first, then using google) that had waaaaay better prices for what I was needing. The company that came out "360 Towing" (which was dispatched by Daniels Towing) was phenomenal and well versed in his field. I'd give that driver 5 stars.
