First place I checked was on YELP. From the time I dialed Akers towing, they were nice friendly and empathetic. The awesome lady on the phone was super patient with me, and even called again to let me know they were on their way. The woman that arrived to jump me was just as awesome and kind as the woman on the phone!!! I don't anticipate being in Denton again and having a dead battery, but if I did, this is a company you can trust!! Fair prices, awesome and fast!!! This is a business that cares about people!!!!.

Thank god they're open 24/7 and it took me 5 minutes total to pay and get my car back. Plus, no car damage when they towed it. If you give them a bad review for towing your car when you parked somewhere you shouldn't have, it's time to grow up lol

We left for like an hour and came back from dinner and my car was gone. Like they were just waiting for us to leave. And then the payment was $390 bucks. The baseline police tow price was $290. The little girls there were so rude, not even sympathetic, just bitchy about the whole situation. There was no signage or any warning about towing on the visitor parking signs. There was also not a very noticeable warning on the visitor register site either, it flashed on the screen for like a second before disappearing. The so called signage on the make-shift website also does not mention that it expires after 24 hours. Preying on broke college students is absolutely disgusting, I hope your mom is proud and both sides of your pillow are always warm. Update: 2:30am I went out to check on my car. College kids and visitors be ware, you do have a reason to worry. Two trucks were out there just circling the lot. Absolutely vile and predatory. Video attached.

I was simply trying to gather the information needed to give my insurance carrier so they can pay the towing and storage fees and arrange to have my motorcycle released from the lot. Instead of helping, they made the process unnecessarily difficult. Their refusal to provide basic information about their location gives off major scam vibes, especially when I'm just trying to locate my motorcycle and resolve the situation while recovering in the hospital. If my motorcycle is damaged while in their possession, I will not hesitate to consult an attorney and pursue legal action if necessary.
