JD was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. We were unable to change the flat on our truck (the spare tire lowering mechanism was broken). JD arrived quickly, checked to see if we could change the tire prior to towing it, and then followed me to Discount Tire. He communicated clearly with Discount Tire to put the truck exactly where they wanted it. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Jason knew exactly what he was doing, quick and professional. We would definitely use them again if needed.

Bijan was very kind on the phone. His rates were very reasonable. His driver showed up early and was extremely courteous. Everything was yes ma'am and no ma'am. Super polite. My friend was so pleased with the service. This was her first tow and she wasn't sure what to expect. She feels content knowing her car is in safe hands and on the way to the dealership. I'm glad we called Chase. read more

Chase Towing And Logistics - Towing Near Me - Lantana, Texas

I have never been this happy with an tow company before. I searched Yelp for an affordable tow when we needed to transport our car to the dealership approx 9mi away from our home. Chase towing was not only had the cheapest estimate, but the communication and professionalism were top notch. I was able to schedule everything via Yelp messages which is so convenient. No one wants to make tons of calls anymore. I was given a time frame and told the tow driver would call beforehand. Everything was like clockwork. They called on time and arrived on time! The driver was so polite and friendly. Everything was done in under 10 minutes. Virtually painless! Paying was just as easy. I would absolutely recommend this company and if we need another tow I'll be a return customer. read more

Never responded to multiple call and messages over several days to set up a tow. Won't call them again.

Called this company after a negative experience elsewhere (see my review on Sunflower Towing and Rescue) and wish I'd called Chase first!! Very professional and helpful. Great company with reasonable rates, too. read more

Chase Towing And Logistics - Tow drop off to shop - Towing Near Me - Lantana, Texas

James, my tow truck driver, turned my entire day around in a good way! Anytime you need a tow you are probably not in the best mood but that quickly changed. Because of Covid he did not know if I would be riding with him. I told him I was riding with him and we had the best conversation on the way to the dealership. He offered me great advice about my SUV and told me to call him if I needed anything once he dropped me off at the dealership. The price was the cheapest I could find and he treated my SUV like his own [gentle touch]. Call them of you need a tow and I am certain you will not go wrong. Thank me later. read more

Awesome service !! Very professional and on time ! Mr Bijan (the owner) attention to detail!!

Great experience! Getting your car towed is never a spectacular part of your day, but Bijan and JD will make sure you are well taken care of. I was having an issue with my vehicle overheating and my mechanic advised me to get it towed. I requested a quote from local businesses on Yelp and Bijan was very quick in responding with a great estimate. I asked for permission to ride in the tow truck to the next destination and they allowed me do so as long as both the driver and I wore our masks (COVID-19). I am very appreciative that they let me ride along so I wouldn't be stranded. It was about a 50 minute wait due to the driver having another tow job, but I was okay waiting and Bijan made sure to keep me updated with an ETA. JD gave me a call when he was 10 minutes away to make sure I was ready for his arrival. I completed my transaction smoothly over the phone with Bijan and was good to go! Loading was fast and efficient. JD did not use the hooks. Instead he drove my car up on the loading ramp to prevent any hook damage since my car was still slightly operable. I felt safe and comfortable riding in the passenger seat of the truck. JD was very kind and his truck was clean and smelled nice. This is the best customer service I've experienced working with towing companies and you can tell they make an effort to do an honest job and provide great service. Lord forbid I need to be towed anytime soon, but thankfully I know exactly who to call for assistance. Thank you so much Chase Towing and Logistics! read more

I sent out a quote request, received a response within 5 minutes, with the best offer in town. I went ahead and booked the service. I changed my schedules a few times through the Yelp chat, all professionally accepted. I was really impressed with how the company handled my requests. I didn't use the service eventually for a bad reason caused by myself. I contacted them again and asked to cancel the already scheduled service. It was handled with warm attitude -- super impressed. I would recommend Chase Towing And Logistics. read more
