The awesome lady on the phone was super patient with me, and even called again to let me know they were on their way. The woman that arrived to jump me was just as awesome and kind as the woman on the phone!!! There was also not a very noticeable warning on the visitor register site either, it flashed on the screen for like a second before disappearing. The so called signage on the make-shift website also does not mention that it expires after 24 hours. Preying on broke college students is absolutely disgusting, I hope your mom is proud and both sides of your pillow are always warm. Update: 2:30am I went out to check on my car. I was simply trying to gather the information needed to give my insurance carrier so they can pay the towing and storage fees and arrange to have my motorcycle released from the lot. Instead of helping, they made the process unnecessarily difficult. Their refusal to provide basic information about their location gives off major scam vibes, especially when I'm just trying to locate my motorcycle and resolve the situation while recovering in the hospital. If my motorcycle is damaged while in their possession, I will not hesitate to consult an attorney and pursue legal action if necessary.
