The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window. I would definitely trust them and recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company that says and does what they say the will do!

Red River towing was an absolute life saver (and sanity saver) after out car was stuck in the mud…read moreand continued to slowly sink. Nothing we did could get us out. I reached out to local towing agencies and Red River was so prompt to respond gave me an ETA that was in minutes as opposed to hours and even gave us tips to try and get the car unstuck ourselves (spoiler alert that did not happen as you can see how far in the mud we were in the photo I attached). I would highly recommend calling them directly vs trying luck with other agencies. Our insurance also allows us to call the best towing company in the area and get reimbursed so that's food for thought if the ETA you are given through insurance is a few hours out. Red River was there in 30 minutes instead, and when you have kids in the car with you that is super important.
