When I called value towing they answered right away and the driver was also very nice and responsive to my texts. I made the mistake of giving him the drop off address without stating North or South. Thank goodness the south address which was also a mechanical shop lol wasn't too far from the correct address. Once we realized he took my car back to the the north address. The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window. I would definitely trust them and recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company that says and does what they say the will do!

They came to pick up the car very shortly after we called and were very professional. They were also very concerned about my child and asked if she was OK on several occasions. They even remembered us three days later when I went to clean the car out and asked how she was doing. Very nice. Jan 20th I called USAA for roadside assistance when my van broke down. Not 15 minutes later a driver from Cathey towing showed up to get the van to the shop. He even gave me a ride home when he noted there was no one there to pick me up.
