i really am hesitant when it comes to calling a tow service because of past experience but i was in need of a tow because my car stopped running. the first call i made was to adam from KB, literally the first person i called when i looked up towing. Adam gave me a quote that was reasonable, i know because i called a couple people after him and they all quoted me much more for a simple task. I called adam back and he accepted my business for a tow. Before he towed he did everything he could to help me see the problem with the vehicle and once he towed it to where i needed even suggested a couple car shops i could take it to as well. Very cool guy and very professional, he made the service that can be difficult and frustrating very easy and simple. I can honestly say i have his number saved for next time i need a service and i would recommend anybody in DFW area that needs a tow to call him. Great Service! read more

KB Towing Service are lifesavers! I was visiting from Las Vegas last week and got stranded when my car broke down in Dallas. I didn't have time or money to waste but KB Towing Service came to the rescue. I thought I needed a jumpstart but they figured out that I had run out of gas (I didn't realize my gas gauge was broken) so they ended up doing a fuel delivery instead. If I had broken down in the middle of nowhere, I dread to think what could have happened. Came out of the Walmart Neighborhood market and my truck would not start. My son tried to jump start but that did not work. Had to have my truck towed to repair shop. This company is wonderful. Great price and their driver, Juan Hernandez is very caring and compassionate to an elderly women. He called to let me know when to expect him so that I could meet him. He then called again when he was about 10 mins away. From the 1st phone call to KB Towing Service to having my truck delivered to the repair shop only took about 2 hours. Talked with Luis yesterday about moving my lowered project car from Carrollton to Denton. Out of 14 responses from different tow companies, he was one of the lowest quotes. He assured me that my lowered car would not be an issue. As soon as my car was ready to be moved, he was there within 30 minutes. When I called this service, I was told it would take them an hour to get to me. However, they ended up arriving after 45 minutes. The gentleman who arrived for the tow was professional and courteous.
