I found Mater's Towing through Yelp's Project section and was pleasantly surprised! I put out a project for my truck to get towed to a repair shop. The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window. I would definitely trust them and recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company that says and does what they say the will do! read more

Albert was very helpful in getting my car towed to the service repair shop. Serves Dallas area. He picked me up from Walnut Hill /75. Cheaper than going through other places that only serve as a middle man. read more

Had my F150 towed by this tow company, they made the process stress free. I was at work, so texting/messaging was the best way of communication for me. They accommodated me by continuing my inquiry and questions via messages (some companies ask for you to call them for info). They were available, and picked up the truck right away. Service was great, very professional. They took various forms of payments, which was awesome because who carries cash now!? I totally recommend this business! I have also bookmarked in case I need them in the future. read more

Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Albert Martinez. He just happened to see me changing my tire this morning after getting a flat on the way to work and immediately offered to help me change my tire. He really didn't have to stop but his willingness to help a stranger showed what kind of man and employee he is. Mater's Towing is very lucky to have him as an employee. read more

Great communicators both on the dispatch side as well as the drivers providing the service. My service was a bit more complicated while I waited without a charger and phone battery at 4% but the team accommodated well to the wrench thrown their way. read more

Rude and disrespectful. If you're looking for a quality experience with quality people look elsewhere.

Quick response, excellent service, and they were careful with my car. I appreciate their professionalism.

This company is so professional in every aspect! Gave them a call and within less than an hour, the owner arrived and was able to transport me fairly quickly. I received a couple of quotes and after exchanging a few messages we agreed on a price and a time. Joseph was the driver and he arrived precisely on time. He loaded my motorcycle on the flatbed and proceeded to the shop. He took great care making sure my bike was secure and his driving was exemplary. Overall it was a great experience at a fair price with no hidden charges. I highly recommend this service. read more

Service was impeccable! Hired G2 to move an antique collectors vehicle 30 miles.
