I scheduled days in advance for towing service with my warranty company. The sent Sparta Towing LLC. Their office sent an email to pick up my car. To make a long story short when I called for a new eta since the one they first gave me expired I was told they were extremely busy. They never gave another eta. I canceled them and called another tow company who came out in 45 minutes and towed my car to the destination I wanted. I would advise never to use this company. My vehicle was picked up from Grapevine at 10:00 to be delivered to Austin! 3 hour drive, they advised me it would arrive by 1:00, never showed up then 2:00 then 3:00 etc! Until finally it arrived at 9:00 a.m! I almost reported it stolen! Then once we received vehicle we noticed that the company had damaged our vehicle and we would like there insurance! If I could, this would not have a star. I had a flat, requested a tow on my truck about 7pm from my insurance carrier. I received a text that Sparta Towing LLC would retrieve and deliver to a tire shop. Four hours later, I receive a text stating I have been routed another tow truck service that can help me better. Four Hoirs Later!!!!! I called the office multiple times. We all know we cant leave our car or must wait close by. It is 11:42 pm, I am still awake trying to get my truck towed. Waited 3 hours for a jump through my insurance company. I called them one hour in and they said it would be two hours later. I called 2 hours later and they said they called the insurance company to cancel because they were incapable of doing the job. They told me they would call when the person was on their way but they never called me to say they couldn't do it. Do NOT depend on them!!! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would! I have a 2024 Honda and I needed a flat changed, due to being stranded. I called my tire warranty company, who in turn, called Sparta Towing! They sent me a text that they would be there in 45 minutes. After 55 minutes, I called. The woman on the phone said, "they are 20 minutes away". After 1 and a half hours of waiting, I called back again, and guess what THEY NEVER WERE COMING!!!! The man on the phone said, "Oh that is outside of our area!" "I can send someone but it will be 45 minutes!!" I said NO THANK YOU!! You have got to be kidding me!! This is the most incompetent towing service I have ever heard of!! Got a 1 hr eta from the company for a short tow within the city (~4 miles), called at the 1 hr mark they said 30 more minutes. Called after the 30 minutes, they said 15 more minutes. Called half an hr after that(2 hrs total now) and the driver says he was JUST NOW dispatched and it'd be 30 more minutes. An hour after that, 3hrs total the guy finally arrived. These guys have no issue lying and continuing to lie to you to keep you content which sucks if you have no ac and it's the middle of summer. Worst towing company I've ever dealt with. If I could give less than one star, I would. We were scheduled for a 2:20 PM tow on Friday afternoon after my wife's car broke down. At 10:35 PM they still had not arrived. we spoke with them multiple times, and we were told "you're next on the list, and the driver is almost there." When the driver finally did arrive (at almost 11:00 PM), she told us that the dispatcher sent her to pick up three different vehicles in three different cities and told her to lie to us and say that traffic was bad. I should have pushed my car the 11 miles to the repair shop, it would have been faster and less frustrating! If you have the option to use any other service, do it! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service - even for a tow company! read more

Incompetent Liars. When they towed my BMW one of the metal straps came off, causing the car to partially fall off the tow truck. This badly scratched, dented, and made big holes in my car. It also caused $8500 in mechanical damages. At first, they took full responsibility of the accident and said they would repair my car. They took it to a local body shop. It took 2 months to do the body work, but when it was completed it did look great. I was thankful. But then there $8500 in mechanical issues. The mechanic verified that it was from the impact of the accident, but the owner of Sparta has refused to pay it until now. My car has been in the shop for 4 months now because this fool won't fulfill his word and he refuses to give me his insurance information so that I could make an insurance claim. If he fulfills his word I'll update this review, this has been my experience with Sparta until now. They are dishonest crooks. read more

My ex husband's truck was towed from my driveway because one of his tires was 3 inches too far forward onto the grass. Apparently my community pays this company to drive around and look for people parked on grass, dirt, basically anywhere except on the street or on a paved driveway. Yet a random wrecked car with no registration sticker has been allowed to sit parked in front of my house, despite my requests to have it towed. Some bullshit. read more
