My car was towed from my apartment complex which is my fault because I forgot to register it with my apartment complex. But the towing impound that I had to retrieve it from charge me more than what they told me over the phone and had more charges when I got there. When I was looking for other towing companies they all wanted to charge crazy prices. After I explained my situation to Metrohook . They came to a reasonable price I could afford. They got there at a reasonable time and they were ready to deal with the impound lot, because impound lots like to play games with other towing companies. They were kind and they really helped me out when I was in trouble. I literally just paid rent and then had to pay to get my car out of the impound. Any time your car starts to cause you problems, they day is looking worse. Metrohook helped to minimize that by responding quickly to my request for a quote and giving me an accurate ETA of when they could come out. The driver even took the time to call me when he realized his original ETA was off by 10 minutes and gave me the option to cancel the call. All told, from initial request for a two to when the driver arrived was 40 minutes, and that is with the driver finishing up another job on the opposite side of the metroplex. I had a difficult situation in urgently needing to move a vehicle that had no tires. I shared the details with several companies and no one else wanted to deal with it.
