Castro's Towing rescued my daughter and her SUV as midnight Saturday turned into Sunday. Castro's responded quickly to our single phone call. They did not put us on hold. Castro's gave us the total fee during our phone call. They took only 45 minutes to arrive after we called. In comparison, after 4.5 hours on two different holds with GEICO, GEICO had not acquired a tow truck for us. GEICO's towing service is a waste of your time and your money. Meanwhile, Castro's was careful with the front apron on my daughter's SUV, so that it was not scraped as her SUV was towed onto the tilt-bed. They got us to our auto body shop quickly and didn't charge us until the car was delivered. I will call Castro's FIRST the next time I need a tow in Tarrant County. read more

I used his services on July 26 to take my vehicle to the dealership. He responded right away. Had me pay with zelle, now that I am asking for an invoice he is ignoring my calls and my text messages. He claims he has emailed it to me and I have even checked my spam mail. All I am asking is an invoice so I can get reimbursed from my insurance. Contacted these guys 2 weeks in advance to move tool boxes. Half the places I called won't even move tool boxes. While they were running a little behind...they showed up with 2 guys and made rather easy work of the move. They more than made up for any lost time and quickly got my things moved. We're seniors and had an issue with my car this week. With all the bells and whistles on cars today we had no idea what was wrong other than it absolutely would not start 2 seconds after my husband came home from driving it to the store. Long story short We called the Toyota stores they were no help at all and just said it would need to be towed to them. I found Castro Towing. Husband called spoke to Raul and he knew what the issue was. Came the next morning with tow truck just in case. Had car "anti-theft" unlocked in less than 1 minute. When they arrived, two very professional and courteous young men had the truck loaded in a short amount of time on the very best wrecker and took it to my mechanic. He's great about giving ETAs that are dead on, and it seems that no matter where I am, or where I'm going....$40. On Friday night, October 23rd. I was stuck on the side of the road, in a torrential rain storm. My cell was losing battery power and I needed assistance ASAP. I called a few of the Towing company's, but none answered the phone except for a company that wouldn't help me because I didn't have an exact address. ( I told them exactly where I was!! In front on the GM Plant, with a 7eleven just down to the right!!!!) So I called "CASTRO'S TOWING " I explained my situation and Castro Jr. quickly arrived in His personal vehicle and called His Father who arrived just a few minutes later in their tow truck and His other son. They set up lights so the traffic, in the still pouring rain wouldn't hit me from the rear. They got me out and Towed me to a safe location.
