I called the company and asked if they could call me when they are close so I can go home, being that I am at work. I stay close to my job and I can get there quickly. The rep tells me, he cannot promise that because they are busy. Ok, so at the 85min mark I decided to go to the house and wait. I waited an additional 35min, when I called Mr. Tow rep he said oh it will be another 45-60min. I asked why did the app give me a different time? He said oh they just give times but they are not accurate. I said how is that great customer service. If I were stranded waiting for 85min is already long, then you want me to wait AN ADDITIONAL 60MIN!!!!!! He said well maybe you need to call a company who can work at your convenience. WHAT!!!! I wasn't looking for convenience...I was looking for ACCURACY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Driver showed up in a personal truck tied the strap on and pulled my car out. Took less than 2 min. I asked him how much. He tells me $200. Not even near what I was quoted. He went back and forth telling me I talked to someone else while I know exactly what number I called. No tow truck was used. I was completely fine with paying $95 but was taken advantage of and over charged. He ended up going down to $165. Don't waste your time using this company, call someone else that will honor the price they quoted or atleast generally close. While there was barely any labor involved it was not worth $165. Will not be using them ever again.

The driver clearly failed to properly secure the steering wheel, which is basic towing procedure. This level of negligence is unacceptable. What made the situation worse is the company's complete lack of accountability. They denied responsibility and refused to provide their insurance information so I could file a claim. That alone says everything about how they handle their mistakes. This experience was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. If a company damages your vehicle and then refuses to take responsibility or even cooperate, that's a huge red flag.
