When I pointed this out, they shrugged it off and tried to upsell me on even more repairs. The shop itself is a mess--looks like no one there has cared in years. Phones go unanswered, no one knows what's going on, and accountability is nonexistent. I wouldn't trust these people to check tire pressure, let alone touch a transmission. Save yourself the headache. Go literally anywhere else. Hopefully this shop can serve the city better when it gets turned into a parking lot.
