Over the past two years, I have returned multiple times for the same problem, and each visit has resulted in the same explanation regarding a clip. I was hesitant to leave a review because my previous interactions with staff had been positive. However, my most recent visit was very concerning. Upon arrival, Scotty was dismissive and unprofessional. He questioned whether this was the same vehicle that had been serviced and made comments that felt unnecessary. He then suggested that the issue may have been caused by me hitting something underneath the bumper. Had he reviewed the service history, he would have seen that this has been an ongoing issue since the initial repair. I expressed my frustration with having to deal with the same unresolved problem for nearly two years, especially considering the amount that was paid through my insurance for the repair. In response, he stated that he could report to the insurance company that I had caused damage by hitting underneath the vehicle. The mark he referenced was not new and does not explain the recurring issue with the bumper. This interaction was extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and accountability. I decided to use Cole Automotive based on multiple recommendations posted to our local area Facebook group. Although this place in Forney was quite a trek for me (living in Rockwall), I'm glad I made the drive. They were great! I worked with David and we booked an appointment for to drop off my car the following week and said they would do their best to have it ready for me in 3 days (which was the maximum amount of time the insurance company was going to allow for a rental car). Sure enough, they had it ready for me to pick up 3 days later and it looked great. Not only that, but I had a small area on the side of my car with scratches from a prior incident and they were able to buff it out for me to where it's hardly even noticeable (saving me a $900 repair job), and they were so amazingly awesome that they didn't even charge me extra for it! They even offered to drive me over to the rental car company if I needed a way to get there. These folks were awesome and did a great job and delivered excellent customer service. It was definitely worth the drive. No one ever wants to have to find themselves in a situation where you have to take your car to a body shop, but if you do, I recommend going to Cole's and ask for David.

Contacted DFW Bumper Solutions after an unfortunate encounter with another car's trailer hitch…read more They contacted me back in minutes, made the appointment for the next day. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. Highly recommended.
