I initially had a very positive experience working with David, as he provided excellent customer service and gave me confidence in the repair process. However, after the vehicle was returned to me, ongoing issues began to arise. I noticed that my bumper continued to come loose. I contacted David, and he advised me to bring the vehicle back in. At that time, I was informed that a clip had not been properly installed. Unfortunately, even after that correction, the issue persisted. Over the past two years, I have returned multiple times for the same problem, and each visit has resulted in the same explanation regarding a clip. I was hesitant to leave a review because my previous interactions with staff had been positive. However, my most recent visit was very concerning. Upon arrival, Scotty was dismissive and unprofessional. He questioned whether this was the same vehicle that had been serviced and made comments that felt unnecessary. He then suggested that the issue may have been caused by me hitting something underneath the bumper. Had he reviewed the service history, he would have seen that this has been an ongoing issue since the initial repair. I expressed my frustration with having to deal with the same unresolved problem for nearly two years, especially considering the amount that was paid through my insurance for the repair. In response, he stated that he could report to the insurance company that I had caused damage by hitting underneath the vehicle. The mark he referenced was not new and does not explain the recurring issue with the bumper. This interaction was extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and accountability. While I do not wish to work with Scotty again, I still need my vehicle properly repaired and the issue fully resolved. read more

I absolutely love this place (Mesquite, TX). The staff is friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They made sure my car was fixed RIGHT before releasing it. I arrived close to closing time and Austin took his time explaining everything. He even shined my back bumper which had nothing to do with my accident/claim! The front office also saved us MONEY by advising us to file our police report!!! They didn't have to do these extra things for us. They definitely take care of their customers! read more

I tried to set up an appointment with this location multiple times in the span of 3 weeks. Each time I talked to someone they were giving me the run around about setting up a time for me to drop my car off, to start the repair process. They kept saying let us get in touch with your insurance to see if they will approve our rates, and I told them multiple times that my insurance had no choice but to approve because I have the right to take my car anywhere to be repaired. And my and insurance had also already stated that and for me to just let them know where I was getting it fixed at. I just found it very annoying and very inconvenient that they basically wouldn't work with me as a customer. I Called a different caliber and got set up with an appointment the following Monday and dropped my car off with no problems. It's currently in the process of being repaired. I wanted to take my car to this location because the ratings but they were bs'ing when it came to even getting the process started. Idk if they thought I wasn't going to pay because of my insurance or what? But I didn't appreciate the customer service being provided. read more

The driver's side door handle wasn't working, so I took it to Calliber and asked them what it might be and when they could check it out, the service advisor David said to give him 5 minutes and he would have his guys check it out, about 10 minutes later he comes back in the office and walks us out to the car and lo and behold he shows me that they have it fixed for the time being and tells me that it should be ok for several months to maybe a year. When I asked him what I owed him, he said no charge and gave me his card. He could have charged me just to have his guys look at it, but realized that a simple service might pay off more later. If I need any body work done and have a choice in who does it I will take it to him first. read more

I would like to start by saying if you are considering this place to get body work on your car do it. These people were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable especially Felix. I was nervous about having work on my SRT8 but they did a amazing job. They actually went above and beyond. I was involved in a front end collision. No collision insurance. Called 8 local body shops and sent pictures of the damage. Was told, without exception, that it was beyond their mission to effect reliable repair. Sent pictures by phone to Mesquite Collision Center. They responded quickly with an estimate. End results: They did a BEAUTIFUL JOB, in a very reasonable amount of time, BELOW ESTIMATE! There are NO negatives here. it was a very positive experience. The ladies up front are very friendly, helpful and car repair knowledgeable. The staff really know their stuff - just look at my car! I usually don't post reviews, however, in this case I absolutely had to! I brought myself a brand new car last July. In January I wreck the front of my car. I called this place cause I happened to pass by their location one day. Needless to say, I was a bit hesitant to take my car here for repair. Mainly it's because they don't have very many reviews. Anyway, the estimate they gave me was almost two thousand dollars less than toyota was going to charge me, to do the same work. Long story short, I am EXTREMELY satisfied with not only the work they did to bring my baby back to life, but their honesty. I ended up being charge too much and they caught it right away. They were able to repair my car in less than a week. They also replaced my back window that was shattered.Thank you so much mesquite collision center for everything you did for me! Did great work!!! I took my car to a body shop prior to taking it here and they did a horrible job, the messed up my A/C, my fender, and my bumper. The car started to have mechanical problems soon after. So I took my car to my local machanic and he refused to work on the car because of the body's condition, and he recommended taking it to Mesquite Collision. After taking it to Mesquite Collision they fixed the A/C, fender, bumper, and managed to reverse the damage the other body shop had done. They also understood my situation and were able to work with me as far as the price. Would definitely would recommend this place. Great people, great work!! read more

I was a little hesitant to try this place out due to not having any Yelp reviews but I went ahead and took a chance and I am glad that I did. Also, the Yelp $250.00 for $500.00 deal helped to sweeten the pot. My SUV needed some bumper work and although three other body shops wanted to replace the bumper Mesquite Collision Center said the bumper could easily be repaired thus saving me some much needed money. The turnaround was pretty quick and I must say that I am pretty happy with the results. Additionally, not only did they detail the outside of my car but also the inside, which had my car looking brand new again. THE BEST BODY SHOP EVER!! Mesquite Collision Center was recommended by my Allstate adjuster when Service King (ugh!) wouldn't guarantee their work because my car had previous damage (huh??). He most definitely left me "in good hands". I would give them 10+ stars if possible. They finished on time, stayed within the budget, and did amazing work. My 7 year old car looks brand new!! They even repaired some previous damage that was near the new damage that wasn't covered on the claim. They treated this little old lady like a queen.
