Beware!!! Ever unethically charged us for stuff they did not do. Had to point out line idea of thing we paid for. They then had to keep the car to fix it. Week later we have to call to see what is going on said they called us the car was ready. No message no missed call. I call BS. Stay far away!!! New ownership, still the same management and poor quality of work. It's been over 5 months since Platinum Collision and Joe Hudson Collision first took my vehicle in for repairs. Each of the 5 times I got it back, it had more new damages caused by them. Their paint process is poor, they over sprayed paint onto black trim pieces and there were runs in my paint. They attempted to 'buff' my clear coat and fully ruined the new paint they put down. I had huge swirls all over my vehicle, and deep scratches from their buffer pad. I had another shop look at their work, and they said my whole vehicle needs to be repainted because the damages they did. My decals got put on by eyeball measurements in the parking lot and not to OEM specs or measurements. They do not buy OEM parts for your vehicle. I had dents and scratches across my whole vehicle. They broke trim pieces and ruined my clear coat. Thanks for ruining my vehicle and not making it right after I tried to work with you for over 5 months. Everything you guys touched has to be redone and corrected. I have more damage now than when I dropped it off with Platinum and Joe Hudson. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR VEHICLES!!!!! I hope this shop gets turned around or shut down if they can't. read more

These guys are simply rockstars. I was having such a bad experience at Park Place Mercedes and these guys took over. They literally sent a tow truck for my car to Park Place in Grapevine and took it to their Forney location. They went above and beyond to get everything fixed, worked with our USAA insurance folks, stayed in constant communication with us and did an outstanding job repairing my Mercedes. Took my car here after someone hit me from the back, before the hit my truck would automatically lift after the accident my truck would not automatically lift, there was little damage after the hit so service rep told my insurance company that people come and lie about these things all the time and he thinks it was from a pre existing issue, so basically he was saying I was lying about my truck opening before accident. Love this place! Not only did they repair the damage we brought our MV in for, but they fixed up a few scratches, buffed out a few scrapes and cleaned our car inside and out at no additional cost. I was in a car accident this year and Platinum Collision did the repair body work and I am pleased. They are located near my house but I honestly wouldn't have thought to use them at first but the tow truck driver, once he found out where I lived, recommended them. I drive a Dodge and wanted to have my truck fixed at a Dodge dealership but when calling around apparently none of the Dodge locations had a collision center. Platinum paid the tow truck driver directly (and added it to the bill to send the insurance company). The guy I worked with, Paul, was very friendly and helpful. They fixed me up within a reasonable amount of time and made everything nice and easy for me! Can't speak to their prices since I didn't pay anything (the accident wasn't my fault). Definitely will use them if, heaven forbid, I should need collision repair again :) read more

As soon as I walked in the door I was treated like an honored guest. The secretary immediately led me into an office where I met Rocky. He greeted me warmly and listened to every detail. He walked out to my car with me and took note of every damaged part of my vehicle. He was able to tell me about mechanical stuff I won't pretend to understand. He also had a direct line with Progressive and was able to deal with them easily. Next, he walked me next door and introduced me to an Enterprise representative. The Enterprise representative was quick and very polite. I picked up my car from Rocky the following week. He was able to walk me through every repair down to the most minor detail. He escorted me to my vehicle which had been freshly cleaned and in good order. We shook hands as friends would and parted ways. I know if I ever have any car troubles I can count in Rocky and the folks at Platinum Collision to repair my car and treat me like a friend. They did a wonderful job with the vehicle with absolutely no hassle. I HIGHLY recommend this place! read more
