I've been a loyal customer of Collision Rescue and Danny for 13 years. I've referred friends and family here, and one of my relatives even had their car repaired just last month. I never imagined I'd be writing something like this--but after how I was treated, I feel obligated to share. We will NEVER be going back. I recently brought my car in, expecting the cost to align with what I was initially quoted. But after dropping it off, I received a call telling me the price had increased by over $1,300 due to something "missing" from the original quote. Naturally, I asked for an email with a detailed breakdown so I could understand the difference, which they said they would send but never did. That's when things took a shocking turn. Instead of calmly walking me through the updated estimate over the phone, Danny began screaming at me over the phone. His tone was aggressive, hostile, and completely uncalled for. When I said I felt disrespected, he told me to come pick up my car because he wouldn't be working on it anymore--and then he hung up on me. I was left in tears, absolutely stunned by the way he handled the situation. Let me be clear: I was not rude or demanding--I simply asked for clarification and expressed that I might want to shop around before approving such a large increase. That's my right as a customer. But it became clear he didn't want me to realize they were overcharging me. After this experience, I got a second opinion with the help of a friend who knows cars--and the new shop quoted me $1,200 less than what Collision Rescue tried to charge. This whole ordeal felt not just unprofessional, but deeply exploitative. And as a woman, I can't help but feel that Danny thought he could intimidate me. No man should ever scream at a woman and make her cry--especially not a business owner speaking to a long-time client. If you're a woman, or simply someone who values respectful, transparent service: please stay far away from Collision Rescue. No one deserves to be treated the way I was. read more

We had a not-all-that- unusual-for-Dallas incident the other day. A very large tree limb that had been hanging over our driveway fell. It just missed hitting our car but did knock off the driver's side-view mirror and scratched some of the paint. Being new to Dallas I had no experience with an autobody repair shop. We contacted our insurance and didn't have the full coverage for our car due to its age. So, I started the search for an autobody repair shop. I always look for ratings for businesses or products to try and be diligent getting the best value in quality and service for my money. After examining many shops, I found this gem of a business. I didn't know that at the time, but after speaking to its owner, Danny Jordan, I felt confident in taking my car in for repair. When I entered the office, I was greeted by the very personable owner, Danny Jordan, and was immediately comforted by his very pleasant demeanor and professionalism. We sat in his office and I explained what had happened and he started the process of getting my car mirror replaced. Danny searched a number of businesses that provide replacement parts seeking out the best price for a new mirror and told me the prices he was finding. Amazing! I have never had that one-on-one experience with an autobody repair shop. I was struck by the fact that, though I had work done on the car before, I never had an owner of a body shop work so hard trying to get the best price for parts. Danny found the product; the price for the mirror and installation was amazing and said he could get the part delivered the next day and should have the car ready by the end of the day. Sure enough, both promises were kept and I pricked up my repaired auto the following day. I have provided pictures of the car after the tree limb fell. The new mirror was installed it looked exactly like the one that was damaged and it works perfectly. I could not have been more pleased. Obviously, should I ever again need an autobody repair, there is only one place I will take my car to: Collision Rescue. read more

Awesome service! I was recommended this shop by an associate after my 6month old truck was hit on the way home from work. I couldn't have been more happy with their service and the way the repairs went with my truck. The service manager and parts repair/ordering manager were great in keeping me up to date and his name escapes me right now, but the ordering manager made sure to answer my all my questions. He even was transparent enough to show me reciepts on parts that my insurance wanted to get aftermarket or salvage and he ordered OEM Nissan parts. If you have any auto needs come here! read more

Very positive experience. I was referred to Collision Rescue by a car wash that had damaged my car. The car wash reluctantly accepted responsibility. Collision Rescue was great! From the owner to the technicians, particularly Kayla (?) in the office, they were prompt and professional, and due to a delay in backordered parts, they did a temporary fix and kept me posted on the parts status. I've gone to Collision Rescue twice now, and they by far provide some of the best customer service out there. They are family-owned, trustworthy, down-to-earth, and do excellent work at very good prices. I recently took by BMW Z4 in and had them fix the back quarter panel. I had gotten an estimate for minor damage on the front bumper, but had told them not to worry about fixing it. I guess there was a bit of miscommunication about it and they ended up fixing it, so the bill was more expensive than I had anticipated when I picked my car up. They waived the cost, saying that I was a repeat customer so don't worry about it. My car looked perfect when I picked it up, and they had even washed it and shined the tires. I can't recommend these guys enough! read more

We had our new Tesla Model 3 towed to Collision Rescue after we were in an accident, from that point on the staff of Collision Rescue took over and the only thing we had to do was report the accident to our insurance company. We did not have to worry about anything as Collision Rescue dealt with our insurance company regarding the estimates for the repair and we were regularly updated with the developments. Customer service was top notch. Kayla, the front office personnel, did an amazing job of letting us know of the status and once we finally gotten our car back, it was like brand new again. They even fixed a minor dent that was not part of the accident. The workmanship was excellent. HORRIBLE. If this was a review on their customer service, it would be a 5--but when it comes to getting body work done on my vehicle, the quality of work done on it is, above all else, important to me. I hydroplaned out of my lane, hitting HOV dividers and barely making impact with the concrete barrier. The back quarter panel on the driver side and bumper took the most damage. Before listing off all the things I've noticed (so far--I just came across ANOTHER defect, which is why I'm writing this review), let me just say...for such shoddy craftsmanship, you'd think it wouldn't have taken them the ENTIRE THIRTY DAYS to "make sure it was completely perfect." I was given an estimate of 17 days. At 17 days, I was told it would be a couple more days because they needed to order a part? Then when that was done, they "discovered the muffler also needed to be replaced and had to wait for the Geico Rep to approve it." (Side note: I always take the optional insurance on rentals--just in case so I don't have to file a claim on my own insurance if anything happens...their dragged out 30 day BS cost me over $400--basically, almost an extra $200.) So the employee I had been in contact with brought my car to me at my workplace--like I said, this isn't a rating based on their customer service. As soon as I got off work (about 30 minutes later), I drive home, only to realize: 1.) the sunroof doesn't work--which is funny since it wasn't damaged in the accident 2.) there's an obnoxious rattling/vibrating inside the driver door 3.) they didn't reattach the fuel door release, so I have to pop my trunk every time I get gas to pull the emergency fuel door release...Then I get home and I asked my roommate what the strong smell coming from my car was--"fresh paint" is what he said. There's still glue on my bumper that they didn't buff out. And for all I know, they didn't need to wait on parts--they just didn't have my car painted...because there's no way, if allowed to dry properly, the smell of fresh paint should have been that strong. Under closer inspection, I realized the bumper and trunk are no where near aligned--AT ALL. There are huge gaps that I could see without even having to get close to my car. That was last week. So today it rained, and I just noticed that my right tail light is fogged up with condensation all on the inside. If I could upload a picture of it, I would because I took one to show them when I have them fix all their screw-ups. And trust me, I've already called Geico to try to go elsewhere--because this is the body shop chosen to have the repairs done at initially, I can't take it anywhere else without paying out of pocket. So I'm stuck with this joke of a body shop. So I have to trust the mistakes needing to be fixed that were caused BY Collision Rescue to be done by Collision Rescue--great. Had I not been in between jobs at the time, I would have paid whatever the tow truck would have charged me to have my vehicle taken to an authorized Geico collision center. I keep finding more things wrong with my car, which I've never had happen when dealing with, for instance, Caliber Collision. Aside from having to take my car back to them to get all this crap fixed, I would NEVER take another vehicle there again. And I'll probably end up having to go back for life for the future mistakes they'll more than likely end up making when they go in to fix the last things they jacked up. HUGE REGRET. read more
