They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. It felt like they were trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible without being transparent about it. The prices for car parts were ridiculously overpriced. I honestly believe they were trying to scam both me and my insurance company. Any reputable shop would want to build trust, but their tactics seemed more focused on lining their pockets rather than providing honest service.
