Brian brought me in and assured me that everything would be fixed and back to normal and then again when I was hit he was there and told me the same thing. I'm truly grateful for this company, this location mostly because they treated me like family and made the whole process as stress free as possible. I had ample opportunities to take my car elsewhere under insurance but when I reached out to those places they treated me like I was just another deductible payment and nothing more. Must say I am very disappointed. My car had hail damage so they told me to take it here. The hail damage was fixed in a few weeks but they lost the emblem for the front of my car. It has now been a month. I have called 10 times, to multiple locations, and they cannot find it. Not my problem, then buy a new one. Nope they are still looking. Don't take your car here, you will only get poor customer service, no communication, and the potential for some of your parts to be lost! read more

I had a fender bender and took my car into them per my insurance companies recommendation. The customer service I received from walking in the door to the service advisor looking at my car was tremendous. An appointment was set for me to bring my vehicle in, and I was updated every day on the status and when the repairs should be completed. Upon completion, I received the text and also a phone call. Their entire staff from general manager to service advisor was very professional. they explained the repairs to me very clearly. This is a company I would use again. read more

Caliber handled my body repair for a hit-and-run on my wife's minivan. The customer-facing front desk staff were polite and efficient. Neil, who helped with coordinating the overall repair did a great job with setting expectations and finishing the work ahead of schedule. When I returned to get my vehicle, the repair looked as good as new and everything worked as expected. However, on further inspection, I noticed that although the repaired section of the car body looked great, there was a great deal of sanding dust all over the top of the minivan. There were also white finger prints on the door gaskets and what appeared to be grease spots on the seat upholstery in the area of the repair. Skill and politeness are definitely there. Housekeeping is not quite. Overall a good value, but I think I need to do a more careful pre-repair documentation and take photos. I did like that they handle returning my rental car. Had a great experience. Was treated with respect and care. Thay did an amazing job repairing my truck. The only issue was, since my truck has an aluminum body, they had to take it to another shop outside of Rockwall County, which took a bit longer to get it back. Andrew made my first claim experience a pleasant one. He was always polite, and professional, and kept me up to date on progress, apologized for slight delay on pinstripes. I brought my car here to repair hail damage. The only good thing I can say about this place is that it was nice to work with the service advisor Josh. I was quoted a repair time of 12 days and I didn't have my car back until day 32. I believe most of the time was spent with my car sitting there waiting for parts to come in. Why they couldn't have ordered the parts in advance (since I made the service appointment weeks in advance) I don't know, but I guess this is common practice with every body shop. I was given periodic updates and did not have to call for updates, which is nice. When I finally got my car back, I found that the new hood was not aligned properly, and the inside was not cleaned. It was actually dirtier than before I brought it in and full of dust and smudges everywhere. I refused to accept it with the hood not being aligned and it took an additional 6 days to get the hood straightened out. When I got home, while I was putting all my stuff back in the car, I noticed that an interior panel was not put together properly. There were obvious parts sticking out and not assembled correctly. I really didn't want to bring it back so it took me around 30 minutes of pulling plastic pieces apart and putting them back together to fix it myself. The two things that were wrong were very obviously wrong. The hood was so misaligned that I could tell from 10 feet away that it was wrong. I don't know why they thought that was OK, like they thought I wouldn't notice? Also don't understand why, in the 32 days they had the car, they couldn't find the time to clean it. read more

This was probably the easiest experience I've had with a body shop. To start they gave me a courtesy ride home when I dropped the car off. The car was ready early and the workmanship is very good quality. They also touched up a couple areas of the car that I didn't notice for free. The price was very reasonable too. I'd recommend Caliber to anyone and, while I hope I wont need them, I'd use them again in a heart beat. read more

My truck was totaled and I needed to collect all of my things before insurance hauled it off. I work in Downtown Dallas and since the shop closes at 5:30 and is closed on weekends it was really tough to find the time to swing by, especially when fighting the 5 o'clock traffic on I-30. I spoke with Andrew and he offered to stay late so that I could clean out my truck and avoid a storage fee from my insurance. He stayed until 6:30 and even helped me move some of the heavier equipment over to my new truck. Andrew was also really helpful in keeping me informed about the status of my truck throughout the estimate process and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. In an effort to save money, I bought a bumper cover for my daughters car, intending to install it myself. I asked Caliber Collision if they would just paint it, which they agreed to do, so I dropped it off in the shipping packaging that it arrived in. I had no idea, but in shipping, it had a big crease in it! Brian and his team showed me the pics, then they took a heat gun and removed the crease! They didn't have to do that but they stepped up for me big! Then they put it in my daughters car for a ridiculously reasonable price. Go see Brian. These people get it done! read more

everyone was very nice and helpful until it came to picking up my car. The rear end was damaged so everything had to be removed from the trunk of my car, including items that came with the car when I bought it, spare tire, cargo net and so on. Not only were my items taken but someone else's personal items were in my trunk. Making me believe someone was driving my car for personal use. That is not acceptable to me. Upon telling the manager he said he would look into it. Well it is 6 months later and nothing has been done and now I don't think anything will be done. He wont even return my calls. At first he was very adamant about getting my items back, he even gave me his cell phone, a lot of good that does when he wont return my calls. Emotionally I was going through a lot when someone else totaled my brand new car I didn't need this headache also. Very untrustworthy. read more

Car was fixed poorly and took much loooooger time than estimated, was told to take my car back for a re-fix, nothing has been done, they just let my car sitting there, a waste of time and money, was told a part (broken by technician) was ordered and never been noticed to get a replace appt...many promises were made and nothing became true. And my car has flaws now. Used to be a loyal customer, referred family, friends and neighbors there, got several cars fixed there. very disappointed this time, will never go back again.
