Nice people, out of all the shops I went to they had the most reasonable price. Good work as well. Highly recommend.

Any shop that offers a 10% discount in exchange for a positive review should, in my opinion, be approached with caution. My experience with this shop was far from positive. A truck that had 250,000 miles on it and was showing signs that should have raised some serious questions about a failing head gasket. Instead, I was led through a series of costly repairs that basically treated the symptoms instead of finding the actual problem. Those repairs ultimately failed within a few weeks. They also installed what I believe were cheap aftermarket parts, including the wrong front struts. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility and replacing them, they wanted to charge me to install a lift on the rear of the truck to compensate for the front end sitting higher than the rear. WTF? Another big concern was the price and quality of the parts. When I asked about the brand of the parts they were installing, which seemed they were hesitant to reveal, I was surprised to find what appeared to be nearly a 100% markup compared with retail prices. Their invoices also don't identify the brand or manufacturer of the parts, so you really don't know what you're paying for. In my experience, the parts were marked up an unreasonable amount, especially considering the quality. Looking back, I feel like the focus was more on getting me to authorize additional repairs rather than properly figuring out what was actually wrong with the truck, knowing Id probably just cut my losses if I had been told the truth about the head gasket from the beginning. I originally brought my truck here because I was trying to avoid dealership prices. Unfortunately, when I finally took it to the dealership, that's when I learned what was actually wrong with the truck, which was in fact the head gasket and the wrong struts installed. The dealership also asked me if I had ever used a quick sealant in my engine because of the sludge they found in the radiator overflow, the radiator that auto clinique just replaced. I don't have proof, but definitely raised even more concerns about the shop practices. I was so hopeful that I had found an honest shop, but sadly, I'd have to say they are far from it. And Ray, I'm not interested in you telling me how you offer a year warranty on your parts and repairs. Thank you

I've had so-so success with color matching in the past and with my metallic paint, this was not the option I wanted to go. Jeremy took a look and told me he could get it nearly perfect, which I was a little skeptical of since is was on the door on a body line and was body shop didn't even want to quote PDR. Took it back in on Saturday at 9:30am and got a text 2 hours later saying it was ready. He showed me in the garage with his bright lights and I was blown away - literally couldn't even find where it was. He even took care of another small crease on the rear quarter panel that I hadn't even seen and applied some touch paint to a small chip on my front bumper I had asked if he could help me with. Jeremy took care of it all at a fraction of the cost with better results than a big box paint and body shop. I'm blown away with how good it looks and encourage you to not hesitate and bring your ride to Dent Out if you have any dings or dents. He is an artist and a perfectionist and will do whatever it takes to get it look as good as possible!

We had updates on our car through the week detailing its progress. Dentout.com is a five star business.

My purpose in writing is to recognize the STELLAR repair work on my 2005 Chevy Silverado Z71. Over…read morethe past 2-3 years, I have had damage to the crew cab and bed on my Z71 from two different incidents. While not structural problems, they were more than a "nuisance" and I toyed with idea of getting the damage professional repaired. I obtained four estimates from reputable shops in north Texas, but all recommended replacing the panels on both sides of the bed, which would be cost prohibitive because of the truck's age and supply chain delays and expenses. While discussing the issue with Martin at Tops Auto Trim (which I've used and trusted for several years), he mentioned an associate that owns a smaller body repair shop in Farmersville, TX: Chico's Collision Repair. I contacted Junior, the owner of Chico's, and obtained very reasonable cost and repair time estimates. I dropped my Z71 off late morning on Monday and picked it up that Friday, as promised: Body work completed and repainted as promised, at the estimated cost! I COULD NOT be happier with the workmanship and attention to detail at Chico's. Junior's team set about preparing the damaged sites and effecting repairs before I left the shop on Monday and completed the jobs on time, and at the stated estimated cost ... which was at least 50% less that the other lowest bid! Chico's has my highest, unqualified recommendation for auto/truck body work. They are clearly a cut above their competition!
