Absolutely flawless! Jeremy got my vehicle looking good as new! I got a pretty bad door ding in a parking lot (no note left), and called a paint and body shop and was quoted nearly $1,000 to fix, plus it involved repainting. I've had so-so success with color matching in the past and with my metallic paint, this was not the option I wanted to go. Jeremy took a look and told me he could get it nearly perfect, which I was a little skeptical of since is was on the door on a body line and was body shop didn't even want to quote PDR. Took it back in on Saturday at 9:30am and got a text 2 hours later saying it was ready. He showed me in the garage with his bright lights and I was blown away - literally couldn't even find where it was. He even took care of another small crease on the rear quarter panel that I hadn't even seen and applied some touch paint to a small chip on my front bumper I had asked if he could help me with. Jeremy took care of it all at a fraction of the cost with better results than a big box paint and body shop. My jaw dropped when I saw the car. It was like the dent had never been there before! My car was hit in a parking lot and the driver drove away without leaving a note. Rude. I have a 2015 Chevy Cruze that suffered hail damage, primarily on the trunk of the vehicle. Some of the dings were quite large and deep. I first had a local hail damage repair shop assess the damage. They immediately wanted to replace the trunk rather than repair it and were going to charge my insurance company for a hefty repair bill, too. They also said they would have to keep my vehicle for as long as two weeks to finalize the repair, which was completely unacceptable. So, I kept looking at other options. To my delight, I found Dent Out via a Google search. An added plus is that they are located in my hometown of Allen, so I decided to give them a call. Jeremy Gigler is the owner and operator of this at home business and promptly answered my call. He is incredibly friendly and invited me to stop by so he could assess the damage and provide me with an estimate. With much confidence and little hesitation, he told me that he could perform dentless paint repair on the trunk and that replacing it was completely unnecessary. He offered me a very reasonable price to have the vehicle repaired and said he could have the work done the same day I dropped it off. I took Jeremy up on his offer. Dropped the car off this morning and picked it up this evening and I couldn't be happier with his workmanship. In fact, I am ecstatic. The trunk looks brand new and after staring at it in different lighting conditions and from many different angles, I cannot detect any imperfections whatsoever. Jeremy even went an extra mile and touched up a few paint scratches that the car had accumulated over the years, without me even requesting him to do so. Jeremy has so much pride in what he does and his quality of workmanship is superb. I highly recommend Dent Out and would not hesitate using his services again, should the need arise. I got the worst dent in my car. I was told by the insurance company that I would need a new door. Then he said they have to basically paint the whole side of the car so the silver looks right. I told my dad what happened and he said do not paint your new car. I drove to Dallas for the weekend and Jeremy was able to take out a dent in 2 days that the insurance company said would take 2 or 3 weeks. I don't know who to thank more my dad or dent out.
