I don't know where to begin! Jose's Auto Body does absolutely amazing work! Let me tell you my…read morestory! I took my 25 year old van that had been in a wreck to him for service. It needed the radiator support bracket, a new hood, a new drivers side front fender and a headlight. Plus a part of the top drivers side frame needed to be straightened. The hood was missing completely and the front fender was beyond repair! Jose searched and searched and found ONE Plymouth Voyager that was a 1999, the same as my vehicle. That was a miracle! The hood needed work, but Jose was so happy to find it, and he said, oh well, if that's what we have to deal with, I'll make it work. So, he restored my van that was otherwise in great shape with only 108,000 original miles. The van had been garaged its whole life. I know if I turned it in on my insurance, they would have totaled it out due to its age and they would have killed an otherwise very good vehicle that still has a lot of useful life in it. Jose also mixes his own paint colors and so he was able to match my color so perfectly that you could never tell that it was ever in an accident. The color was a deep purple. He did an excellent job for me, for an excellent price, and made me very happy that he saved my vehicle!!! I will continue to refer him to other people and he will be my "go to" autobody shop forever! Why would I ever go to anyone else. Trust me, if you use Jose for your autobody work, you will not be disappointed! And, he even went above and beyond because after I paid him for the work, he noticed that the radiator was leaking and he spent another 30 minutes figuring out why. He replaced the radiator cap and noticed that it was leaking around the hose attachment that leads to the overflow tank and he replaced the hose clamp with a smaller one and that stopped the leak! He did that free gratis!!! I'm telling you, he's the man for the job! I am one very happy customer and they deserve an AAA+.

G_d gave two ears and one mouth for reason but those other places did not get that. Vivid, they listened, they understood that I was paying for this work. They were cooperative, they were friendly, they were terrific. Needless to say, they did a beautiful job. This shop is ran by true scammers, Alfonso and his assistant Judy, are the definition of unprofessional, dishonest, and unsafe. I trusted them with my car for what was supposed to be a simple 1-2 week repair. They demanded money upfront, claiming to be a "small mom-and-pop shop" that needed the funds to buy parts. To speed things up, I Zelled them the money. Instead of doing the work, Alfonso gave me excuse after excuse, blaming my insurance, blaming suppliers, blaming anyone but himself. Meanwhile, my car sat on their lot for 30 days (untouched and unrepaired) in the Texas heat. When I finally requested a refund and to take my car elsewhere, Alfonso and Judy turned hostile and aggressive. I was verbally attacked and had to call the police just to retrieve my car. By that time, the battery was dead from sitting unused for so long and I now have to pay for another one. They refused to provide any repair timeline, refused to return the money I had already paid, and their negligence forced me to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for rental cars. Alfonso continues to string me along with empty promises of a Zelle refund, claiming his business "needs to make more money first" before he can pay me back. Imagine that level of dishonesty. After researching further, I discovered I'm not the only victim. The BBB and other review sites are filled with similar complaints about this shop taking money (including insurance payouts) and failing to perform repairs. This is not a one-time mistake, it's a pattern and a scheme. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any business. The lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic human decency is shocking. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even for something as simple as an oil change. PLEASE don't fall for this scam. I now have no choice but to pursue legal action.
